  If this does not work in mode without failure, then disable all extensions and then try to find out who is the cause by allowing both the problem reappears.

  • Choose "Disable all add-ons" on issues to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode to set window to disable all extensions.

  I understand that you want to disable the open Internet Explorer at startup option.

  Method 1
  Step 1: I suggest to start the computer in safe mode with network and check if the problem persists.

  Step 2: If the problem is solved in SafeMode with networking, then I suggest to perform clean boot and remove the program that is causing the problem.

  I posted this yesterday and know that I have to give it more time, but I'm a little frantic.  I know there are a lot of people out there who are much more computer-saavy as I am and can give me advice.  I dropped the laptop and it will not far away, nor is it open and he fell on the carpet, but the screen remains black, there are 2 buttons that have a white blinking that blinks 4 times then stops for a few seconds, then flashes again.  I think it's some kind of cryptic as message "help me help me that I have fallen and I can't get up!" What can I do now?

  I would be eternally grateful if anyone has any advice on this problem.  I have installed and configured a new instance of the VMAs, he added on the field, added target servers, however I do seem to be able to run anything against the hosts resxtop for example.  He not seem not serious if I run it with information of local identification or AD nada! prompt bounces just to me.  I know that the credentials are correct for what I tried, I confirmed the time system, tried the two keyboard American/UK, rebooted the box I know DNS is ok and we tried the intellectual property without worrying.  Its a long shot, but if someone could take a look at the attached screen shot and let me know if I something stupid I would be grateful.  I really want to nail this as its in my VCAP tomorrow, I feel like I know the relevant controls but want to actually test it.
