  If Revo can't find it, then the most likely before path is to reinstall Real Player and then uninstall it (it's been so long I have installed something real that I don't remember if Real Player is one of the applications that refuse to install unless the previous version is removed).

  What program? -man been program if I had to guess, even human was that "reinstalled Windows, format hard drive" and so on.

  How that could happen?, if the file has been changed in one of the programs of Windows, but hot downloaded/sauvΘs properly icloud could happen.

  How can I restore it? Tell us where you want to restore from and we (me or anyone else if I do not know this place enough) will tell you how to restore.

  If you do not know where to restore from - start to go to icloud.com - login and go to settings, under Advanced there is some recovery, including the file recovery options - see if that helps. Good luck and best wishes as well.
