• Hide Slide intro

  I want to show the slide Intro (which is the 1st slide), but do NOT show it again once he plays.

  I hid a slide at the end of the project and the need to see slide to 100%. I wonder if I need to complete the last slide and then wait a few seconds to the hidden slide complete this program.

  I have a bunch of slides at the end of my project that should be considered only links within other slides.

  The problem is the playback bar provide access to the entire project.

  Say that my project is 20 long slide. Only, you should be able to rub through slides 1-10. As you can take individual slides from ToC.

  The icing on the cake would be that these 'secondary' slides would have read custom bars (you can view 11-15, 16 and 17, 18-20 in a row).

  You can hide these slides 6-10 in the table of contents by clearing the checkboxes under the icon "eye" for these slides. This is not possible with the playback bar. You can't make two types of slides.

  Hi all is there,

  I don't know if this is the best forum to post this question but I'll try, maybe someone could help me.

  I'm working on an e-Learning project, all content (texts, graphics and audio) are ready, I just put them in a very complete presentation

  To create the presentation, I buy Adobe eLearning Suite.

  For my presentation, I want to have some sort of bar menu at the top of my slides and to do that I started creating a custom widget.

  The menu bar is created with Flash (AS2) and animation are friendly (it was the easy part)

  Now my problem is how can I bind the button actions to my Captivate project?

  I have 10 buttons action should be to move the presentation to a specific slide.

  I try to do with the cpCmndGotoSlide property, but that seems not work

  I also have another interrogation, "exporting" properties of my widget to Captivate to aim for each button slide number?

  Can you please give me a pointer to web sites that explain this?

  I read somewhere that it is possible to pass XML parameters, but I can't find how

  Can you also recommend a book?

  Even if you don't place in the widgets folder, it can be inserted as a widget by insert > Widget or by pressing Ctrl + Shift + W

• SQLite / Widget undefined question

  I am developing a SQLite DB backend for a widget on a real device (9700 running 5.0.0.714) application.

  I get cannot convert not defined for an object when I try to refer to the database object.

  I guess that's because the database file is not created.

  Is there a way to specify the location of the file data on the SD card?

  Once the database file is created, I see in the list of the files in the device?

• Accrodion Widget Menu question

  Has anyone already used the Accordion widget in Adobe Muse to serve a menu? Im trying to get cela to fall upward and push the menu down as it appears.

  Here's an example www.linkinpark.com if you click the media button, it shows what I am trying to achieve. Searched a bit on this topic.

  All that is needed to do this is to make sure you check the option may close all. After that, remove all but one of the accordion panels, then place your vertical menu in the content area. Be sure to close the accordion before publishing.

• iBooks Widget Audio question (leading edge)

  Hello, my name is Dominic Redding. I worked on a HTML5 widget for an iBook (stable via iBooks author). I had a problem that I can't find a solution for (I checked through these forums, the Apple forums and some other forums, and each "fix" missed me). I implement my audio through the implementation of audio native from the edge (using the latest version), and then assign the room a div visibly out of the scene. My problem is:

  I have audio in my project that triggers whenever a button is tapped. Preview of the browser Ctrl + return, everything is A-OK. When I put the .wdgt in iBooks author and post it on an iPad, the audio won't play entirely. When I test the .ibook on Mac iBook, everything works perfectly. When I test the .ibook on an iPad, it fails again. I use .m4a audio files.

  I'm trying to figure out how to get the audio to play on an iPad (or why it will not play on the iPad) and I need help. Thank you for your time.

  I thought about it. I tested the audio I was jQuerying against animate audio set to play in the dashboard interface. The audio interface of Edge played it perfectly, so I looked through my rating. SYM.$("element") [0] (edge) .play; Restores the sound at its beginning. I put audio to have currentTime = 0 and then play, which is somehow messed up the order of audio playback and prevented his on the iPad.

  It is very strange, I've never seen action at the level of the slide that you have in the view of Advanced Interaction. Even if you have an action on the input (or output) is not specified there. Reason is that this Panel displays only all kinds of inventoried items (click boxes, buttons, TEB, interactive widgets and question slides.) Events on entering and leaving the slides are not identified, cannot be displayed here. This Board is read only, no way to change something not like the URL, and I also doubt that it will have effect. I think something is corrupted here.

  Maybe say "when" you want to display the URL? If the right input on the second slide (in your example), add this action to the event on enter to this slide. There is already a similar action triggered by the button on the first slide (same as the 'Phantom' action). If you know what you want to achieve, maybe we can help.

  Slide jump all by playing the presentation.

  Type the number of the slide on the keyboard, and then press ENTER.  So, if you're showing slide 20 and you want to hide slide 21, 22 press then enter.

• footer and widget fullscreen

  I want to protect my footer of my slideshow widget in full screen. I could put my footer in a single layer and hide the widget in another, unfortunately in this case the footer part of my slide show. I don't like this solution.

  The site you shared has also the lower part of the image of background/slideshow hidden behind the footer bar - and it is the behavior of slide show full-screen Muse parts.

  You can use a standard slideshow 100% flexible width with height fixed, but then it will not stretch or contract vertically in response to the browser.

• How can I disable form Widgets completely AI CC2015?

  It's about to drive out me of my mind. I understand how to use the new functionality of Widgets form because MOST of the functionality is available in nifty Grahics VectorScribe. But how do I turn off the feature COMPLETELY?

  I can't NON PROPORTIONNELLE scale with the bounding of the Center box now, and it drives me crazy.

  There is no "hide form Widgets" on the View Menu, there is a corner Widgets hide. Rectangle and Ellipse tools have a button at the top to stop it in the top bar, but not the polygon tool. But, even if I hide the button, as soon as I switch to the on with the Bounding Box selection tool, it's back and I see no way to hide it.

  It is not just an annoyance, I can't change the shape of the Center more. Currently, I draw the eye to a cartoon character, so it's an elongated ellipse. To the help of the tool rotation or bounding box I turn slightly to match the position of the head. Now, the HEIGHT of the eye is fine, I just need to adjust the WIDTH of it, so I get the selection tool and try to gran CENTRE RIGHT and CENTRE LEFT points, boxes, marker, whatever, the markers are now small circles and changes of mouse by the old spinner for some elipse dotted that allow only a PROPORTIONATE scaling of the CENTER. I just need to adjust the width of it while keeping the height!

  If you take the TOP CENTER marker, it allows a scale that keeps the BOTTOM in place, and if you take the CENTER LOWER marker it allows on a scale that contains the top in place. But, on each side, by grabbing the marker Center, no combination of Alt, Shift, control, orders and dragging doesn't allow anything but a proportional scale of the Center. And I see nothing in any menu that allows you to turn it off.

  Now, I can always take a corner marker and get the old behavior, but which changes the width and height set. I just ned to adjust the width while maintaining the height and even using the scale tool and if you select a reference point adjusts always TOGETHER, so as far as I can tell, I can't adjust width ONLY with any tool unless I have use the transformation Panel, if you select a reference point and editin manually numeric values... This is ridiculous...

  So, I can draw a shape of crazy pie, but I can't to scale a form while keeping the height? Please tell me there is just something missing me and is not the expected behavior, because it makes pretty well useless the bounding box of the... I really want to download Illustrator CC2014 in order to use the framework encompassing...

  Found. Object > shape > expand your form. Lets go back to the 'normal' behavior But, in any case, you still have to solve this problem.

  1. you can't evolve a form not extended on the sides while keeping the height. You can measure the height while maintaining the width, but not the back.

  2. There is no way to disable the function as you can hide widgets corner in the view menu. Please add this. It's annoying and seems like an oversight.

  3. the polygon tool doesn't have the button on the top bar to turn off the function as the tools of the Ellipse and the Rectangle.
