• Movement of mask and the track Matte Question - why it doesn't work?

  I am able to use the first titration module - to create a mask - then the Luma put on the effect of TrackMatte to isloate a region of the video (I duplicated the original) which I am interested.

  -By of many tutorials/videos online, I've found.

  Question: Why - can I not use the mask / "exit" from the ThreeWayColorCorrector to do the same thing?

  Image - duplicate the clip - drop the ThreeWayColorCorrector - using "High color" mode - to isolate people form (from an extract of the interview);  the background is black... the contour hair root and the body of the interviewee is white.

  I get white/black - because I passed the exit of the ThreeWayColorCorrector to 'mask '...

  Now - when I drop this clip on my video editing - that I use for the TrackMatte effect - it does not work as I had expected, it could - at all...

  Very disappointing - it would have been a very powerful way - to create a mobile cache to work with the TrackMatte effect...

  If someone has done something like this before? Y at - it an easy solution - or a setting that I missed...

  Some information:

  I work with a GreenScreen shot - with lighting poor to separate the hairline of the screen.

  Work with green screen - subject to blonde hair.

  I thought that the retro-lighting/hairlight was not necessary - I was wrong.

  Now with the green screen hidden using this ultra key - get jagged effect around the airline and what looks like the snow and noise around the fringe.

  I thought en - 1) video duplication and combining with effect 2) TrackMatte - use a mobile mask that matched just the root of the hair/plan - I might be able to blurr the edge enough to get rid of the unpleasant effect I see...

  As BIG as the UltraKeyer is - different parameters of transparency/spill/Starter/soften seem not to be able to remove the ugly/noticeable hairline artifacts that I see...

  New - look like jagged effect / snow...

  Any thoughts?

  In my opinion, the track-bearing on Pr capabilities fall away from the brand.  The fact fcp7 as it is very useful.  The limitation of the matte in public relations is that the mast is adjusted on the layer is hidden.  You can animate and change the scale and position of the track matte layer, but if you want it to run in smooth synchronization with the matted layer, you're in for a bit of work.  Ideally, you should be able to pan and adjust the layer being hidden inside a motionless mask.  Can-do that elegantly in PR.  This is a faulty design of the Pr, IMO.

  As a general rule, you must go to EI for the good contols, where you have all the power of masking you need, with the exception of the variable feathering, and who is rumored to be included in AeCS6.  Also it would be nice to be able to follow the points of mask, which is not currently in Ae either.  But that's another debate.

  That said, I am able to use the mask to a secondary use as a Luma matte.  Not sure why it does not work for you.  Have you played with the secondary commands sweetness?  I couldn't even be after what is your problem.

  However, here is a tip that I use with Ae that might work for your problem of inlay.  Use two instances of the Keyer.  Use all first to create a "garbage" key, where you will have the most greenery, leaving only a border around your subject.  Then, you can use the second instance of the Keyer to hone in on the edges.  Give it a shot.  Might work for you.  This method gives you an option to avoid the harsh cleanup settings of Matte with eradicating all the Greens in a framework.

  Not sure I understand what you try to do, but...

  Looks like you're creating a continuous sample with a sampling frequency of x ms/sample (for example 500 ms).  Then feed you the 500ms in all loop and I guess off the screen is a wait function.  In other words, the while loop will iterate to slightly more than 500 ms/iteration (assuming that there is nothing slower inside the loop) and check back to see if there is a sample ready.  This means that the apparent read rate is slightly slower than the sampling frequency and the # available creep indefinitely. If something is much slower inside the loop (for example, something takes 750ms to run) you're problem will worsen.  I would like to try out a millisecond timer reading to an output of indexation of the while loop to see what really is your loop rates.

  Seems strange that you're using "Channel N, N sample" and immediately the indexing on the first sample of the first waveform.  No further comment other than seems weird.

  If you can tolerate a little jig in the calendar of your reading, you could try a single reading (1 channel, 1 reading, don't not continuous) inside the while loop (or better still within a dedicated loop parllel) and finish with the clock sampling and stuff of readings available.

  The course

  I created a training course, which will run standalone on our intranet for internal staff. Despite the (known) limitations, I use Javascript to validate the form and open a window of e-mail, for the staff member to click Send confirm that they have completed the course. Without a web server or LMS to use, what seems easiest to obtain confirmation of completion of the course. The form itself works very well and we have tested it with some members of staff.

  I created a slide in Captivate that contains the form of confirmation with a "submit" button. I added a next button, which appears disabled until the user submits the form successfully.

  The problem

  When the user clicks on send, I call a conditional Action as follows:

  • If 1 = 1 (i.e. always do this)
    • Javascript call for:
      • Validate the form
      • If it is valid
        • Open e-mail window
        • Set m_VarHandle.Confirmation_Email = 1
  • If Confirmation_Email = 1
    • Select the next button

  Unfortunately, by filling out the form correctly and clicking on send, the next button is not enabled (the fine again active button). On further testing, it seems that the Javascript has finished running before ActionScript moves on the next decision. So when he checks the value of Confirmation_Email it has not yet been fixed and the next button is not enabled.

  Any ideas how I can fix this problem?

  I bypassed this problem as follows.

  • Added a Clickbox that appears for 0.5 seconds with a break
  • Created a disabled button is visible in the output, which is displayed for 0.8 second

  • The user can fill out the form at their leisure and submit.
    • If the validation fails, the user must correct the form and click on submit
    • If the validation is successful, the reading recovery
  • When playback is resumed, he passes the 0.8-second mark. The following disabled button disappears and the next active button appears. Playback continues until the second 2.0 mark then paused because of the second Clickbox

  I have read technical data online for the PC as well as information of available memory on the HP site but have not found anything that talks about timing RAM and latency.

  I read a few forum posts where people said they had to change the BIOS settings to get their PC to recognize their RAM due to a speed issue or because the system wouldn't start after they have installed more RAM.

  I really don't want to have to dink with the BIOS.  I just want to buy something that will work with the existing system.

  This is a thorough article on the timings of the RAM. With single channel mode, the timings fall usually the lowest common denominator. Mode double channel, it may be OK to use a pair with a 'X' timing and the other with a timing 'Y', but it is not good practice, and can the opening questions. Alternatively, the system that they are the same and it can force all work. I didn't want to try it.

  That's exactly right. It is sometimes called "split DNS" where you have a dns server for internet customers (as beehive.yourdomain.com resolves to the dmz host) and another dns server for intranet clients (as beehive.yourdomain.com resolves to the hosts on the intranet).
  Alternatively, you could send your intranet clients via a virtual local network via servers in the dmz so not only the virtualhostname is the same, but the actual road and servers used by all clients is the same. It's a choice of network for you if.

Your dns server will point to the loadbalancer IP address beehive.yourdomain.com, your host name of the virtual server is set to this value (NOT the value of a physical host in the dmz or intranet instances names) and your certificate will, of course, correspond to beehive.yourdomain.com.
  You can choose to terminate SSL at the loadbalancer or dmz hive bodies - but that is more detailed that I discuss here right now.
