  Hello

  Whenever I'm trying to visit Hotmail/Outlook, Firefox is crashes and unresponsive for about 15-30 sec. It is not just Hotmail/Outlook, all HTML5 Web based (like Canv.as, 9GAG etc.) sites causing problems same too. It isn't about my system, because my laptop is only a few months and has Intel i5 processor and 8 GB of RAM.

  Here are the steps that I already tried and did not help:

  1 delete and create profile
  2. clean reboot without Add - ons
  3 clear the history of the browser, cache, temp files, etc.
  4. install Firefox uninstall/cleanup

  What am I supposed to do? I use Firefox since 2005 and I don't want to use other sneaky browsers.

  Hi bambamtusa, since it occurs on the first visit in a session and more modern pages, another thought: you have a lot of fonts on your system? See: Firefox crashes on websites (example: g2play.net) on deactivation of the downloadable fonts (gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled = > false).

  Thank you for reaching out by Apple Support communities. From your post, I understand that your Microsoft Outlook is quit unexpectedly when you try to send an e-mail. I rely on email everyday, so I know it is important that your e-mail client works and would be happy to help you!

  I have some basic troubleshooting to that I can recommend to help determine if the problem is related to your OS X software and fix it in this case. Please, try the following steps in order.

  1. Quit the Microsoft Outlook application, by following the steps described here: OS X El Capitan: Quit apps

     Once the application has been exited, re - open and now the SHIFT key on your keyboard. Try to send an e-mail.

  2. If the application closes always, restart your Mac by clicking on the menu Apple  and selecting restart... in the drop-down menu. Once the computer is back on, open Microsoft Outlook and try to send another e-mail.
  3. You can continue troubleshooting if the app close unexpectedly again by restarting the Mac in safe mode. Instructions for using the safe mode can be found here: try safe mode if your Mac does not start-up

     Even if the title of the article is not exactly the same as the problem you are experiencing, safe mode is still a big step to take. She will run a scan of your system when starting and also disable some software and processes that may be causing a conflict. Once in safe mode, try to send an e-mail. If Microsoft Outlook continues to quit smoking, try the next step.

  whenever I get picture attachments in my hotmail / outlook and I try to view them in a slideshow, it constantly me turn on silverlight.

  Silverlight is enabled and it allows to work last month.

  I tried it with internet explore and it works very well there.

  anything I can do to make it work again with mozilla?

  I use a HP Pavilion dv6 notebook pc with Windows 7 Edition Home Premium and I have currently the 5.4.0.402 HP SimplePass version installed.

  I use SimplePass since I bought this laptop and it has always worked well for me. Now suddenly it seems SimplePass does not recognize Hotmail/Outlook as a login page (than that makes sense?)

  Whenever I visit outlook.com now simplepass do not ask me to slide my finger. Whenever I connect to a new simplepass (non-registered) e-mail address don't ask me whether I want to save. It still works on other sites as well (for example, facebook and this forum)

  However, I have tried all the suggestions in this post, and it still doesn't seem to work.

  SimplePass Web page offers little assistance, saying that I need to upgrade to the version of windows 8 first and see if that helps. (but I have fear of the version of win8 will have even more problems because I use win7..?)

  The strangest thing is that it used to work. I don't know what I could have done it spoil. The only thing I can think is that I might have deleted some of my history/cookies? I don't know if this would affect SimplePass, but then why would it still work on facebook and other sites... ?

  As more than first level help desk people, they are idiots! They are lucky to know enough to pick up the phone if it makes a noise.

  If their network or range of IP addresses is blacklisted only they can fix.
  I would ask to have this comeback for someone who knows something.

  It is not your problem, and there is nothing to fix on your computer.

  Open Acrobat DC, go to the menu help & "Repair Installation".

  If it still does not work, try uninstalling Acrobat DC using this cleanup tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning - Adobe Labs tool, reboot your system & reinstall Acrobat DC.

  I can't imagine (the reasons of) a workflow where you are systematically copy/paste text from Outlook Illustrator. Paste text directly from a program potentially applies to any amount of markup hidden is misguided and that includes all of Microsoft Office. When it works, you're just lucky, I think. Is not the answer you want, but for what it's worth, I never would consider even copy/paste from any desktop application in any Adobe application without an intermediate step to stick to and copied-from a text editor.
