  I've done a few navigation for this question, but I don't see this problem. I guess I got the 7.0.2 update because everything is up-to-date.

  I created a CS4 file on a windows machine, but cannot open it with CS5 on my mac. I just got the error "Cannot open filename"... which is not very useful. Am I missing something?

  Hello lordsilver2, the method you tried is correct, if does not work maybe the sessionstore.bak (renamed sessionstore.js) is corrupted.

  First make a copy of the file (the renamed sessionstore.js) on your desktop and then try to create a new profile and move the copy in the new profile to see if it works. If the file is corrupt is not sure the books above.

  I created a Flash file (which I will call 'film 1') in which a clip was inserted. When I play the whole record, the clip rotates too slowly for my taste, but I noticed that if I go in the original movie clip file (I'll call "movie 2") to slow down and save it, back to the movie 1 and update the clip are impossible due to a motion tween that is bad (no idea about the solution which).
  
  Is it possible to speed up the clip from inside the 1 movie? A kind of script tool or simple? I am a newbie to Flash and maybe there's an easy solution for it. Otherwise I set Movie 2, export it and re-import them inside the 1 film until I am satisfied with the result.

  If I use Bridge CS4 on a directory, then open the directory even with Bridge CS5, bridge insist on rebuilding thumbnails and previews (as shown on the lower status line).    If I reopen it then the directory in Bridge CS4, it rebuilt again inches and previews - but only inches seem to be rebuilt.   Preferences in both versions of the bridge are "identical".  The bridge cache files are kept in directories of images.

  The construction of the cache seems to be pretty fast (faster than expected) - I don't know what, if anything, is being rebuilt.

  What is an operation expected?

  This poses some difficulties that I have 530 000 images (7 terabytes) on Bridge CS4 and the reconstruction of the files would literally take weeks to rebuild.

  Central cache built in Bridge CS4 allows not in Bridge CS5, as expected.  But there is a way to save a lot of time is the construction of a local cache in CS4, which will produce 2 hidden files '.   I start a new document. Then I place my scanned pencil/color pencil, drawing, in the document. I tried to scan and then placing it as jpeg, bitmap and a tiff file. I tried scanning and place then, in color and in black and white. The scan mode that I use is flat. Adobe Illustrator allows me to select the default button and one of the eleven preset buttons (e.g. photo high fidelity), but cannot me click on the record button custom. The custom trace button is gray while all other buttons are white.

  Does anyone have any ideas how I could track custom?
