  Assuming that you have a software later that your profile above (it says iOS 4.3.2, which is now about five years old), open iTunes on your computer and use the menu to access iTunes > Preferences > Store and select «automatic music - downloads»  Who will download future music purchases you make on your iPhone to your Mac.

  To download music purchases already made in the iTunes Store from your iPhone to your Mac, use menu iTunes when the iPhone is connected to iTunes to go to file > devices > transfer purchases.

  iCloud is not a storage space for media. If you delete these items in your device, then they will go into iTunes in the cloud, and you will see a small symbol of cloud beside them. But you will have to re - download access. If you need to free up space on your device, go to settings > general > storage & use iCloud and then click Manage Storage under the first section (storage). You will then see a list of everything on the device that is being established. See if you can import photos or videos on a computer or remove applications.

  Then, go to settings-> musicand make that Show Apple music is turned OFF.  Tap the music app.  If you see this image with the girl holding the iPhone, there should be choices on the screen to Join Apple music or display your own music (don't remember the exact wording).  Choose the latter.

  Looks like you are not able to access any music either because the music app seems to be stuck. I would start by stop smoking parameters, as well as the music app:

  Force an app to close the iOS

  1. press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used.
  2. slide to the left to find the application you want to close.
  3. push upward on the overview of the application to close.

  When you have done that reboot the device and test again the question:

  iOS: switch off and on (restart) and reset
