You will need to either Setup of endpoint without CUCM self-sustaining, as Acevirgil mentioned, however it isn't bigger than its configuration already with CUCM. The other alternative is if you have a VCS or highway, or of those who can ensure Interworking using SIP to H323 and vice versa.

    Do you know why the other side can't H323, is there a way to ensure the interoperability of H333-SIP calls?

    I successfully connected and combined the SX20 Cisco's Telepresence and Cisco Telepresence Touch 8. Before using the 8 key, we used the remote control instead. As a result, I have two questions about this.

    After you connect the 8 Touch, you can still use the remote control, you will need to put on the SX20:

    SystemUnit MenuType experimental configuration: full

    I think that the standard background when using a touchscreen device is what you see, blue with large clock.  However, after the MenuType return in full which will give you the full OSD which is used with the remote and not that of the button, you may be able to change the background then.

    Here are the docs for you to configure the Basic for AP switch port configuration IE 2600 s and wlc.

    WLC port must be configured as a trunk.

    Port of the AP must be access.

    If you choose the option dhcp 43, it uses the TLV format. Type is always f1, the length is 4 * (wlc number for which you want to provide discovery for, in your case) Value = Hex conversion of the wlc management ip address.

    Hi all

    Let me start by saying I've searched high and low to find answers to my questions but couldn't find one. So here: I'm not very familiar with Cisco products. I have some knowledge and experience with configuration of routers/switches but all very basic. Today, we received our new router to our business environment. A standard C881 Cisco-K9. Our previous router was a model House and not suitable for our needs.

    -Configuration of the WAN port. We have a fiber of our ISP connection, the modem they provide has a useful interface that we can use our internet connection. Basically just connect our router to the router with a network (RJ-45 UTP) cable. Very basic, but it is that we put in some very specific IP on our router on the router to communicate. No DHCP on our side of the ISP; I have to put in manually by default, a gateway address DNS, subnet mask and IP address. How to proceed on the CLI? What are the commands once I have access to the port to the WAN interface?

    -I know a little how configure DHCP for our workstations, but one thing that has been a problem, is that the ports are L2 according to the router. Once I put in the no command switchport, in order to be able to assign a DHCP server to an interface I get a message prompt that the command was not disabled or something like that. How to solve this?

    -How can I set up a VPN on a specific interface on the router port? And is it possible to use the portfast on this interface once said VPN is enabled? I need to do this because our mediaplayers running on Android have problems with the VPN and DHCP at the same time. And static assignment does not work, I tried.

    -The VPN will be implemented on the WAN interface. If you have problems 'VPN and DHCP', then your VPN probably is not configured correctly.     Limitations of compatibility with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)

    DMP who use firmware version 5.2 is compatible with a single version of Microsoft Internet Information Server.

    This supported version is IIS 6.0 for Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition. If you do not have the support for IIS version but

    want your DMP to recover the assets of a Web server, we recommend that you use Apache instead of IIS.



    I suggest to use Apache instead of IIS for the Web Server service. IIS can be used as FTP if necessary.

    Hello Ahmed - although this configuration "can work", Windows 2008 Small Business Server is not on the support list. This means that it has not been tested and it certifies to work with telepresence.

    To my knowledge, he's not on the roadmap for the future support however, I search and repost as soon as I have an answer for you.

    I'm no expert on this technology, but I have some idea and already deployed some projects dealing with the integration of Cisco (CUCM, VCS) video infrastructure to Microsoft video infra like Lync. It would be the same process to make it work in your case.

    How does your deployed SFB? How do you do a conference for audio and video, participants can join the conference by dialing?

    • Mediation server would be required as a front-end server for you to integrate IP/PBXS using SIP trunk to enable voice (audio) Conference with the participants to the PSTN.
    • AVMCU Should be (Audio video Multipoint Conferencing Unit) will host the video conference that will include video endpoints as participants.
    • Video of Interop (SCREW) Server would be required to interface your SFB to third video conference infrastructure such as Cisco UCM or VCS for the endpoints Cisco call client SFB of endpoint of Cisco to participate to the conference organised on SFB by dialing the conference number.

    I'd say contact your AM SFB or Support as well for queries about how to plan your infrastructure SFB and direction.

    I stuck in a config below file I made for our ScreenOS Firewall work with Cisco ACS v5.2.  This configuration may not work because yours is Junos, but it could bring closer you reach to understand.  Also, if you have not been on the Juniper J-Net ask autour, give it a shot. (forums.juniper.net)

    I did some research and the answers it was supposed to be possible, but no info on how to do it.  I wonder if it is possible to configure a Cisco ASA 5505/10/20 to be a customer to an existing (in this case) cisco vpn client.  The reasons why are complicated (and irrelevant IMO), but basically, I need to be able to make a small network that may be on this vpn rather than on individual computers.

    The vpn client is a Basic IPSec over UDP Cisco VPN to an ASA5505.

    So, how to set up an another ASA to connect to it as if it were a client?
