  After you have extracted the files you get the folder with other files
  I assume these are files required by FM tuner driver.

  Now you need to go to Device Manager, must mark the FM tuner (possibly unknown device if the driver is missing) a duty to install/update the driver.
  In your case, use the Advanced Setup.
  This allows to point to the files extracted.

I would appreciate any suggestions really, I've tried a few methods have been proposed by different forums/sites without success.

  I guess it is an adapter to allow their reading of a micro sd to a phone card or a Tablet is it?

  If this is the case, you should be able to access the contents of the card via the usb cable that connects the device to your pc without having to use a card adapter...

  Unfortunately I think that there is nothing you can do because the files are unnecessary if disk HARD recovery doesn't work because you must be able to access the Windows Advanced Boot menu.

  I agree with you, it's not good recovery disc HARD Toshiba doesn't work for you, but you must also understand s your fault if you didn't create the recovery disk as mentioned in the user manual. ;)

  So either buy you a new recovery disk or you are using a Microsoft Windows disk to reinstall Windows. All drivers and tools that you can download on the page of Toshiba.

  As a general rule, the installation - insert the installation disc, restart the computer and boot from the installation disc.

  The computer might need to be set to boot from the DVD drive.

  Each computer is different, when you turn on the computer, it should tell you what button to push to get into the BIOS. It is usually one of the following options and you have to push it in the first 5 seconds:

  F1 F2 F10 F12 ESC LED

  Once in the BIOS find the menu with the boot sequence and change it if it starts from the CD/DVD drive first. Each computer is a little different for this process as well, so I can't give exact directions.

  If you can start still not install it:

  Looks like you got the installation discs for the manufacturer of OEM computer, if so those are modified OEM Windows 7 install disks (they aren't the installation discs for Microsoft) and the best answer may come by contacting the manufacturer of OEM computers, because the changes they did make the different installation process then a normal installation disc.

  Never use DVD provided to install Windows 10. It is an obsolete old construction of Windows 10 meaning that basically, you need to install Windows 10 twice (clean install old build then update install the new version). In addition, the optical drive fails to pass SecureBoot.

  Download an .iso of 10 RS1 Microsoft's Windows Live and do an install USB Bootable using the GPT Partition for UEFI BIOS, make sure that its FAT32 formatted and make sure your UEFI BIOS settings have Legacy Roma disabled, Legacy Boot disabled and a start on UEFI with SecureBoot.

  As you can imagine, MenuItemExecute() is on the menu... running items these does ARE menu items that in Acrobat/Reader and NOT in any application based on an external window.

  What menu item you try to run?  Perhaps there is another way to access this feature?

  I installed Windows 7 and I guess that all the drivers that are downloaded from the Toshiba site. The 3 G Modem appears as "modem" and I can create a modem Connection with it, but for sure, it does not work.

  I know online the 3g software f.ex. who is coming with an external modem huawei.
  First this software asks the SIM card pin when starting and then I can specify the apn, the user and the password for the connection.

  I do not found something like this in one of the programs availbale or driver for the 3g modem.

  Please help me as soon as possible because I need this conection on my journey now.
