HP 15 r014tx: incomplete restoration

I m facing the incomplete restoration after frm recovery disc factory reset. WHT should I do please suggest a method... Please can anyone suggest me... its urgent

Enter the BIOS and change the date to 01/01/2012, save & exit. Boot from recovery disks & let it flow. Still, on the first restart initiated by recovery enter BIOS again to ensure the date is 2012. Yes leave back if if change once again, then restart.

It has worked for many. If it ends, you can enter in the BIOS and set the correct date.

Hello I hope there, can someone help me with this. A few months ago, my sister called me and said that his computer no longer works. When she got the computer I did a set of recovery disks. She brought me the computer and I started to try to use the recovery discs. After that I went through the process of a factory reset with the disks, it says incomplete restoration after about an hour. It seems to go through the process and it gets all the way up to a point where it actually shows windows 8 background. Then a message appears on the screen. I enclose a few photos. First pic is the message that appears. The second picture is what appears when you click the Details button. Any idea what could happen and what can I do about it?

    Thanks for any help

Enter the BIOS by pressing F10. Set the date to 01/01/2012. Save & Exit. Try to recover again.

I googled a bit, try alternatives, including the restoration of the default BIOS settings and set the time to the year 2012, and perform a hard reset. No solution worked.

    I have no recovery disks.

What are my options? And this sounds like something that the computer must be returned under warranty?

    Thank you.

You should not enter the activation of license key Microsoft Windows 8.1.

It is coded in the BIOS and the operating system should operate when you connect.

Make sure you that you install the version of Windows that your laptop came with. Otherwise, there could be a problem of activation.

  • Pavilion x 360: Recovery Manager / incomplete restoration; Error of CTO

    Hello folks...

Ok.. so... Last maybe ish around Friday, I managed to get some kind of virus/malware which took over.  Tried to remove anything but simply opted to do a reset via the useful HP Recovery Manager.

Everything was fine until the end and he said that it has failed or something (if there are several days)... Would recover to zero the system (if this is important).  Whatever - he said it has failed, you need to restart, click 'ok' and it was then that he would not start.

Just saw the logo screen HP, circles bit twirly, screen becomes black, gray and starts with the HP logo screen again and again. Made this for a few hours and finally just stop it completely.

I went into the start menus, ran tests (HARD drive, memory, battery, motherboard, etc.) and everything is in working order. Run try to reset the computer to factory settings... 1/2 day later, it ends upward (I see the office during the final stages) and then all of a sudden I get the «restoration incomplete - save log/details/try again»

    Product Version information: 1.1530.23.0 # N5R10UA #ABA

Details: Unexpected reboot during [installation procedure for Windows} will cause panic CTO because the image might not be normal now.

Retry does nothing except continue the incomplete screen.

Tried the BIOS to 02/01/2014, 02/01/2013 including some messages/support pages suggested.

At the end of my tether.

The partition is the same as Recovery Media - but in case of corruption or hard disk failure, you will need a recovery media to boot from.

  • Envy 17-j130ea: incomplete restoration

Hello, this seems to be a very common problem, but very few solutions were given.

I try a factory reset and it works through the preparation of original Image Recovery smoothly but then he made many reboots and tries to install the software. I think after the driver installation process, then restarts and says that the restoration is incomplete.

I give myself a retry option but it tells me to insert recovery media, but it does not detect it what so ever.

Steps to fix this problem I tried out the recovery media after the second stage (copy of the files needed to restore the hard drive), I read that it out will prevent the sister get into a tangle wih what files to use. This did not help.

I'm trying another solution that I found which is settin the BIOS date to 01 14, 2014, I don't see this having any solution what so ever. When this process ends, I'll post newspapers I get that you can see what might happen.

I don't have a recovery either by car, I thought that I would need is more what I saved on the flash drive. I was wrong.

I ordered from a recovery media for my number of portable product and the series, but I hope I can get some positive results from the experts here with the flash drive I have, otherwise I might install Linux temporarily as the use of this portable hot plastic is not at all fun to me.

Third time lucky it seems. I don't know if it was the time change BIOS or just got lucky, but it finally worked this time... I am so happy.

    Hello

I had created a recovery USB and when I need to use it, it seems not to be working 100%. Reset complete fatory gives me the "Restoration incomplete" screen with some newspapers on

ChkrrBB.CMD: DETECT ERROR SOME FOR pinist_bbv.

    Hi res link here

When I reset it with 'reduced Image' works fine, well after the second time, he did.1st time he stopped at a login with an account screen admin that has been disabled. He worked the second time around, no partition recovery (from Corsica) and my c: is only 80 GB (500 GB HARD drive installed) with 10 GB remaining after completion. (Which I'm sure I can go up to the unallocated space)

All begin just because I needed to get out the hard drive.

I just want to know if my USB could be the problem? I did all the memory and hard drive tests and happened.

I would also like to know how the provider a set recovery for my laptop in Asutarlia?

OK, the full restore worked perfectly. I've done this process several times and his work perfect every time.

Read and understand all the points before attempting this method.

    1, remove the instrument msata

2, use the recovery disk to restore windows 8.

If you can not always start the cause of the computer there is an error as "0xc000001" go to option 3

If the computer starts and you want to re-enable msata cache go to option 9.

4, once the agenda fully insert the msata device (do not close down)

    5, select file, refresh

6, select drive msata, delete all partitions, create a new partition, the file system: fat32 or ntfs. Then press on apply.

7, reboot and eject the Partition Wizard

    8, enter bios, Disable legacy

9, enable Intel rapid boot in the bios. Save and exit

10, Windows should start now. Install the Intel Quick Start technology software

11, Execute and go to the acceleration tab, select Enable, leave all the default settings

    12, finished

It took me 4 days to come with this method. I hope this can help someone else out there.

  • Incomplete restore of the backup bookmark

Save my Firefox bookmarks in the correct way to "import and backup" button in Firefox. He created a JSON file. But when I tried to restore my Firefox (same version) in another computer, nearly half of my bookmarks (links and folders) are missing.

I checked the JSON file and I see of course that all is there since the original browser. But the feature of "restore" (NOT "import") in Firefox does not recover all of the data in the JSON file.

In any way that the JSON file has been modified. Why?

Try to delete or rename the places.sqlite file run and see if it works better with a soft places.sqlite that Firefox will create.

You can also check the JSON backup content to see what text is in the position where the import stops.

You can open the file in Notepad (Firefox/tools > Web Developer) and click on the "Pretty Print" button for easier inspection.

  • incomplete restore on hp Pavilion dm4

    Hello

I m just try using the recovery system my HP Pavilion dm4 laptop beats edition and it s being a nightmare... the fact that HP Don t includes a CD to reset the computer to factory settings is an incredible headache.

Model: HP Pavilion DM4-3002ea beats edition Notebook PC Entertaintment

    Product number: A8J22EA

    OS: Windows 7

I created a hollow of recovery DVDs, media recovery software, but I have tried 3 times and no luck. After I installed all 4 DVD my computer turns off and when I reboot I get a message saying MSDOS:

    "Please wait...".
    upDrvLtr:C:
    _"

Then, I get a screen that says:

    'Restore Icomplete '.
    The restore did not complete.
"Please select one of the following buttons: Save log/details/Retry.

If I click on "Détails", I get the following error:

    «Sysprep not properly launched...»
"The process results in panic CTO because the image isn't normal."

So I tried to order a new hollow disk best2serve.com but it s recovery is not possible because my laptop is in English and I live in Germany, whenever I place my order on the English site and I try to pay, the web redirect me to the German site where my laptop model is not found. I send a message but no response.

I also tried to install a new copy of windows 7, but it stops because it requires drivers for my computer. I downloaded the drivers from your site, but it seems that .exe files are not recognized.

So... what I should try before you screw up my laptop?

    Thank you.

After reading dozens of post on this subject, I found the solution... as dumb by changing the USB where I have WIN7 on a different USB port. It seems that I was using a port USB3...

    I now have a clean Win7.

In any case, thanks for your help.

    Hello

    You are welcome

First, use another PC to create a bootable Windows 10 DVD or a USB Flash drive via the following link.  Under the section "Imperative to create a cable USB, DVD or ISO", download the media creation tool.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/Windows10

Once you have it, run the tool, select 'Create the installation media for another PC', then select the language edition of Windows 10 and 64-bit.

Follow the rest of the guests to create this and then click on finish when done.

Insert the Installation of Windows 10 support and stop the laptop by pressing the power button for 10 seconds.

Click next to the ESC key as soon as you press the power button to enter the Boot Menu, and then select the Boot Options Menu ( f9 ).

Use the arrow keys to select CD-ROM or USB key, depending on the type of media you created, and then press ENTER - if you are prompted to "Press any key to continue...". "- make.
