HP 5532: Printer claimed on another account

Try to set up instant ink but comes up with the error message "Printer claimed on another account" How will I know which account and tries to remove it?  Assuming that's what it takes! Very frustrated.

I understand that your doing a message that your printer is asked to another account.

I want to help you with this.

I'll assume that the printer has been on an account during installation.

Perhaps an email or an email of partners or children?

the only real way to know is to call HP Cloud Service.

I would like to make a suggestion that can help speed along your way and you save you a phone call.

On the façade of the 5530 tap web services.

It is located in the corner of the screen management.

It will show you an e-mail address.

If the email is not personalized (sounds like random and letters numbers) then I would remove the web services.

Where you find this mail, tap Settings, then scroll to the bottom.

You will see the option to delete web services.

This will release the printer from the unknown account.

It will take you to the main screen.

Press the icon for web services.

It will ask you to accept the terms and words auto updates.

I recommend you to accept both.

The printer will display a new claim code.

If the printer has a personalized email, the same steps will work.

The downside is that the custom e-mail will be permanently lost.

If you do not want to lose the personalized email I would call Cloud Services.

    My LaserJet M1212nf do not print, and it has never printed. Whenever I have create a print job if printing from a PC, copy something via the scanner, or print a report in the menu, it goes through the following:

    3. Paper stops halfway in (seems to me like he already spent fuser, then probably would not print correctly in all cases), then the printer claims there is a paper jam.

    Unfortunately there is no easy way to migrate your online number to another account.

    Direct transfer from one Skype account to another is not possible, and even if your number online expire will be reserved for 90 days on your current account until it can be bought by another account.

    In the future you can consider using Skype Manager. If you buy the number online via Skype Manager, then this number can be attributed to Skype Manager and re-assigned members to any other account: https://support.skype.com/en-us/faq/FA976

    I just bought a new HP ENVY 5532 printer today. Put in any and everything works fine apart from the printing of photographs, either by a r file directly from an sd card.

    I've followed all the instructions to try to improve the quality:

    Perfect ink levels, Test page is perfect, released the cartridges and handed over, have selected the best image quality and so on, but my pictures come out terrible, as mottled, fuzzy spots!

    Hello again, just to let everyone know what happened with my printer problems.

    Been busy indulging at Christmas and new year to post lol.

    Then arose the next morning of the day after Christmas and was ready to pack away printer box and go visit the store I bought. Before I did I thought (for some reason) I would give it one more go and see if I could fix myself.

    Started the printer, select a picture, choose 'Print', paper type, size, etc, etc and click on print. Eagerly, I look at the paper comes out slowly and this IS!

    Printed picture perfect! No not all wet, not canvas, not fuzzy search, no ink on the back of the book... PERFECT!

    So it seems, it has resolved itself or may have a few prints of clear/correct itself, I don't know. As far as I know is that I have printed several pictures since and they all light up spot and am impressed by the quality of the pictures too.

    So thank you all for the comments, finally solved... Somehow...

    On a computer, we have two user account: an admin mastering (Bev), the other without (BevsGuest).  Note that this is not 'the' guest account.

    The computer is located in a private residence, not not part of a corporate network.  Is there any other computers.  The printer is wired, not wireless.

    I could try to roll back to a system restore point.  But it would be a shot in the water, and I'd rather make minimal changes.

    Instead of a new user account, you can move the public folder of music, and from there the two accounts are accessible and played.

    If you want to continue copying, then you can copy if the default location for the new user account.

    Sign in with the user account that you may have created. To ensure that this new user account has administrator privileges.

    a. open the Explorer, click on organize, and select folder and Search Options

    b. click the display and check the option Show hidden files and folders box and click OK to save the settings.

    Now navigate to your C:\Users\(Old Username folder) and copy all the files and folders in the folder C:\Users\(Old Username) in the C:\Users\(New Username folder).
