How can I 1) appoint a scanned document (i.e., call it as a file) and 2) how do I make a continuous file, for example, a file of five pages?

Hello

Before clicking SAVE, give a different file name.

I want to install a 7610 Deskjet to print via WiFi on my home network to a windows PC 10.

It prints pages test locally, and the computer (preferences Print - print a Test Page).

It still prints the first document, but that the document never leaves the print queue. His status will be 'print' and sometimes size will show that all the file has been sent (e.g. 123/123 MB and sometimes it will show almost all has been sent (for example 120 MB / 123 MB).)

The doctor Print (v4.9) downloaded and installed: HPSupportSolutionsFramework - 12.5.26.37.exe. The print doctor always reports "Print queue problem solved" and remove the blocked entrance. I can clear the error by deleting files to print that and restart the print spooler service. However it only lets me exactly a document more having to restart the print spooler.

  • HP Officejet 7610: HP Officejet 7610 doesn't connect to the computer

    Hello.

Recently my 7610 Officejet printer has started to behave strangely. First wireless seems to be lost and I need to start using a cable connection. These days the scan function is not available for the analysis of the function of the computer is not available. The message reads - could not connect to the printer.

Today, I downloaded the latest drivers from your page and tried to reinstall the printer. Here I met the dilemma in which the printer is not found in anyway - not via a wireless connection, or via a cable. I looked in two of these threads:

    Hello

My laptop Toshiba Satellite C855-155 2 years, used to run the display driver AMD Radeon HD 7610 (V8.932.5.3000 January 20, 2012). Suddenly, it no longer works. Login screen looks scrambled. I can only start the laptop with the Standard VGA driver but the screen resolution is 1024 x 768 (not the 1366 x 768 normal) and no screen dimming, automatic off tension or sleep/hibernate functions is not working either.

What do you recommend? Is it a hardware failure?
    Thank you in advance,

    Hello

Have you tried to reinstall the display driver?
    > What do you recommend? Is it a hardware failure?
Best test you can do is to back up all your important data and reinstall original recovery image and test your machine with the factory settings. If the problem persists it may be hardware related issue.

  • printers HP 7610 stops at halfway printing or returns error on win8.1 (wireless configuration)

Help please...  Just got the printer large format 7610 a few days ago and installed everything fine on win8.1 from the CD and select the wireless option.

All right, except if I try to print one full photo page, or something other than a small photo or a document.  The printer stops printing before it's over or a useless error message on the screen saying "printing error on HP Officejet 7610 Series (network).  With no other info.

Sometimes the picture full page prints completely, but after a delay of 10 seconds, the error message appears on the computer.  It's as if the computer has not received a "finished printing" status message of the printer.  Maybe after a time-out period, it displays the message, assuming that there is an error with printing.  Basically, the handshake seems wrong.

I tried to print from several programs, such as Picasa and Irfanview.  I disabled my anti-virus software too.  I enabled the discovery of the public and private network and printer and file sharing too.

But... If I go to control panel > printers and peripherals > and select "add a printer".  And add another printer 7610 (which only allows you to select the driver "7610 series class driver"), this second printer (with the "class driver") will not get the error.  However, this printer has all the options of paper and some other features of the 7610 printer selection.  This second printer uses a "TCP/IP Port", not a "WSD" port as the (network) install uses.  So the question is somewhere with WSD port / protocol services device, which uses the installation of the HP printer on the CD of the web site.

7610 (wireless network - using the WSD port) printer driver seems to have a major problem.  Help, please.  I can't print the large 13 x 19 even images I got this printer, since it will not be printed a large full photo.  The wireless communication protocol or the Protocol seems terribly flawed.  I use 802.11 WPA - PSK with high quality signal (first level 5).

Thanks for any immediate help or clues.  I went through all the normal stuff.  verified that all software are up-to-date.  There is no firmware downloads available, the firmware in the printer is the most recent.  powered and on all 3 devices (printer, router, pc).

... Edit... The only solution I came with is go to control panel > display devices and printers > right click on the printer, select the printer properties > Ports tab and change the "WSD" port to one of the unused ports "TCP/IP".  This causes a second printer to add to the list of printers.  In this way, I have media and the paper size options.  But I'm afraid I've lost all the features that come with using WSD port peripheral, such as scanning, web services etc..

It is the only solution to this problem that worked for me. Why it has not been resolved by HP after all this time I'll never know.

    http://troubleshooting201.rssing.com/browser.php?indx=14839819 & Item = 2327

More specifically - that part of the above page, it is what solves the problem-

Find out what IP address, is that your printer uses.
Go to control panel, then click "View devices and printers."
Look for your printer right click.
Click on "Printer properties" and a new screen opens.
Along the top, you will see some tabs. Click on the one that says "Ports".
    Click on 'Add Port '.
Highlight "Standard TCP/IP Port" by clicking on it, then click "New Port". A new screen opens.
    Click "next".
Type the IP address of your printer, and then click "next".
Your computer should find your printer.
Click 'Apply' and your printer should work fine.

  • 7610: print envelope A10 from one Android device on printer Officejet 7610

HP Printing Service decision-making in available on Google Android game seems to settle and open normally.

The printer is a wireless HP Officejet 7610 large Format printer.

After an address in Word (on Android) and or Google Docs, try to print an A10 wireless phone

    in case of failure.

A10 is available in the printer plug a properties box. Checked.

However, when you use the actual Print Setup dialog box, the drop-down menu to select the paper shows only letter and A4.

Tried by selecting different combinations of size "checked" in the sheet in the Properties dialog box. could not get the A10 to appear in the printer setup menu.

A10 was also selected in the properties of real printer on the laptop.

    Hello @ibjman,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you have a hard time, printing an envelope of A10 from your Android device. I would like to help.

I couldn't find a reason for the software to reject the size of the A10. I went another way and looked at the material instead.

You can find the following link handy. Specifications for the HP Officejet 7610 and 7612 large Format e-All-in-One Series (H912)

I went through the list of supported paper sizes. The Officejet 7610 does not support size A10 envelopes.

The application supports the paper size. Given that the printer does not work it only allows you to print with this size. This isn't a good answer, but it is a solution to the question: why you can't print in cell A10. Or a Kudos. Let me a Kudos.

I hope this helps. If you need other assistance please let me know.

  • OfficeJet 7610 large format: Advanced color settings

Bought an Officejet 7610 wide format e-all-in-one more than 1 year ago.  Finally put in place.  Am I correct, that there is no advanced settings of color as my old Photosmart C6280 - brightness, saturation, hue, and settings for each color? Is this what current HP - Photosmart line?

    Hi @jyz2100,

Although the advanced color settings may be different, there are options with software and print, dialog box that you can modify. I wonder if you might find the following useful information:

    The default sRGB mode
The default sRGB color space is the most common configuration for print jobs. As mentioned, most of the images are sRGB and sRGB offers color high quality automatic without user intervention. When sRGB is selected, the driver controls the color management. Color management should not be attempted with ICC profiles, while the pilot is set to sRGB mode. This will lead to generally low color fidelity.

  • OfficeJet 7610: B Super impression on OJ7610 in Yosemite/Chrome

    Mac Mini

    Yosemite OS10.10.5

    HP Officejet 7610

Paper size difference.  When copying, the selection for Super B 13 x 19 paper is not present.  Auto does not work.  New driver [Yosemite] installed.  13 x 19 in default system preferences/printers. The only reason why I bought this printer is very frustrating as the ability to print this size!

Thank you X-23.  I was afraid of that.  Not trying to digitize 13 x 19, as I know, it cannot do this but hope that I was able to custom resize 13 x 19 a smaller original.  Seems that the software is the culprit.  Not resolved but resolved as much as possible.  Yet X-23 thank you for your kind cooperation.

  • HP Officejet 7610: Scan of the computer cannot be activated or scan and combine them into a single pdf document.

I've recently updated to macOS Sierra 10.12 and scanning to HP computer software cannot be located when I open the HP utility.

I can't find a further recommended HP software for my device other than El captain in operating system online.

If I try to scan through preferences systems for printers and Scanners I can open the scanner, but I can't create a PDF combining into one document - it cancels the procedure after about 2 pages!

The scan HP Destinations 'PDF for Adobe Reader' is red 'could not locate the target application that might have removed or uninstalled. File format = "PDF".

How can I get that back?

    Thank you

    Hi @JOGL,

Thank you for joining the HP Forums!

I understand that computer analysis can not be activated as well as the scan and combine them into a single pdf document. With your printer HP Officejet 7610. I am pleased to see that for you!

At this time for this model. There is no software and drivers for Mac OS X 10.12 again, given that the operating system has just been launched, it could take some time. For the time being, you can try to use HP Easy Scan to see if that can meet your scanning preferences. In otherwise, all we can do is wait for the software and drivers to be released.

  • HP 7610: lines to scan hp 7610

I get a line when I scan using the ADF for my HP 7610. I checked where it appears and it does not appear until a roll it seems there is something in there, causing somewhere this line. I've included a picture where the line is displayed. Any help in how to clean the ADF to eliminate the line?

    Hi there @gemarino,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! It's a good place to find the help you need, other users, HP experts and other support staff. I understand that you have a problem with the line on the copy or scan. I'll be happy to help you.

If you make a copy of the glass, not adf, do you still have the line?

If none is not an issue scan, but ADF glass question. Dirt, dust, or something on the ADF glass will show a line to the bottom of the page.

Make the top of the page and copy black of the ADF.  This page of output line on glass surface facing upward and the top right.  Follow the line to the glass of the ADF on the left.  Clean the glass very attentive to were the line is on the page of th.  Copy a blank page to see if the line disappeared.

  • 7610 officejet large format e - has: firmware

I got a new printer, and with my mac 10.9 the accompanying Cd is not approved to be updated.

So, I guess I should donload and install the complete package of software/driver from the HP website.

    My question is:

I also see option for firmware to download to install it, but I'm not sure if this is already included in the package?

I want to avoid it playing while installing what has perhaps already been carried out by another installation, you know?

    Thanks for any clarification!

    Hi @coatl,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand you're wondering if you should download and install the firmware or not before you download the full feature software and drivers for your HP Officejet 7610. I'm happy to answer that question for you!

Honestly I download and install the drivers and full software functionality as it seems that the firmware that you are talking about is just the OS for this printer driver. The pilot-OS would provide only basic printing and analysis of functions, so that drivers and full software functionality offers more. So in this case, I only worry about downloading and installing the drivers and full software features.

I hope this clears things up for you!

  • OfficeJet 7610: Officejet 7610

I print on paper of double sided gloss 250 g. I chose a paper glossy paper with the printer list, but the spring is very wet and takes more than 30 minutes to dry. Can anyone recommend settings of the printer that will make less wet printing? The paper is for color copiers and laser printers. It was the only paper double-sided glossy, that I could find. Last year, I was with a HP 7000 printer with the same paper and I don't have this problem.

    Hello

Thank you for using the forum.

Have you tried selecting "Other Photo papers", "Other specialty papers" or even "plain paper" instead of glossy paper?  It might be less 'wet' from shiny paper settings.  You may need to do a bit of trial and error here.

If it is not the glossy double-sided paper for inkjet use, there is no guarantee of quality and the duty of the print.  He may have worked on printer HP 7000 because of ink; 7000 HP and HP 7610 using different inks which have different properties and therefore behave differently if printed on the same type of paper.

    Hope that helps.

  • is - what the office jet 7610 supports Apple os 10.9 Maverick?

I heard that new HP AiO-printers support is no longer Apple OS Maverick (10.9) for scanning and other key multifunctios. Is this true? I think purchasin one new OfficeJet 7610 for my iMac.

There is a software/driver posted for Maverick on the printer so the disc that came with the printer support page should also have the necessary software:
