It is set up as a network printer. last week went to use the printer and the power button has been lit in green and then dimmed and then back to green, a slow pulse glow. I couldn't be able to top or power down. LCD screen was also incarcerated. I have one plugged in the unit from the wall and waited a few minutes. Clogged again and it went through the start of the SS.  tried to no print, no luck, lcd screen calmed locked and I can not turn off the machine using the power button.  Help

  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Power to the router.
  • Connect the power cord to the printer. If the printer does not power ON automatically, then press the power button on the printer.
  • After the printer is in sleep mode, do a copy of the document or image.
  • Now, you can power on the router
