  I can't make a copy of the surface of the glass of the printer. Automatic advance works great, time to take the paper and print a copy. In the past, printing from glass was not a problem. The error message on the printer says "Document Feeder Jam. Reload document, then restart of work. " The problem is that there not be jammed.   Hi, I recently had 7 reinstalled windows on my HP all in one model # MS227.    I didn't know I had to record all programs for hp. I can't find how to install my webcam and all other important HP.  After the call to HP, I didn't ever come dics with my product and is now out of warranty.  Is there a place where I can download a driver for my webcam which is already in my monitor? any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm still learning. Thank you

  I would like to help.

  I would like to uninstall the HP software.

  Then, just to be safe, I check and repair disk permissions.

  Redo the Apple updates.

  Reboot/restart the Mac.

  Install the software again.

What is the plan for the installation of the printer basic logic (IE... direct connect USB - wireless - cable) or install also completely wireless?  ... I should completely uninstall the printer and system drivers and re - install as a new system... And are there associated lib files that it removed the old driver of 2.8 and 2.10?

  It turns out that the hplip should be reinstalled... but which has also compounded the problem was that the firewall should be removed to complete installation... Thank you for your help

  The "image on fax send report is set to off" is just for the image on the fax. This is will you won't fax. Check the connections.

  You should have the telephone line from 1 LINE of fax directly to the WALL SOCKET.
  You should have the phone plugged into the LINE 2 of the fax machine.

  Access your fax on the printer settings.
  Go to the ADVANCED SETTINGS.
  Enable error CORRECTION MODE (ECM) - OFF
  You turn Fax speed to-SLOW

  After that, run your FAX TEST and see the results.

• All-in-one HP ENVY 5530: problems scanning with Windows 10

  10 Windows does not recognize the scanner of my all-in-one.  I have no problem with it recognizing the printer and printing.  I removed the device and reinstalled several times.  As soon as I did this I can use the scanner in the device only, but not from the pc.  When I turned off the pc, it disables the scanner and I have to start all over again with delete and reinstall.  What should I do to solve the problem?  Thank you.

  You may need to temporarily disable any Antivirus software, just to be sure, that it is not interfere with scanning.

  I have provided a paper for not being able to scan using Windows 10. If you're still having problems, try one of the applications in step 6 of the document, unless can not analyze after the upgrade, HP printers - printer after Windows upgrade problems 10

  I bought a HP8600 N911a all-in-one and found to my great regret that it does not support the HP wireless Direct.  I printed the network configuration page, and it doesn't have a Direct wireless HP section.

  I'm looking on the site HP and N911a, N911g and N911n say all these machines ePrint, AirPrint and printing from mobile devices, but nowhere do I see isn't the State which printers actually supported HP wireless Direct.

  Where can this inside info on printers is therefore of a civilization disappeared, so customers can make an informed buying decision and should not be required to return these machines to retailers unhappy?

  Thanks a bunch!  It was the perfect solution - the active firmware HP Direct wireless update, so I didn't have to return the printer and buy another.  Which I'm sure is appreciated by the retailer and HP too.

  OK, finally got this problem. Did a google search and finally found someone who has exactly the same problem.

  I had to disable all security software, and set the control to the lowest setting (off) UAC Windows user account. Then, uninstall and reinstall the HP software.

  Not sure why this started all of a sudden, only thing that's happened to rescently was multiple 14 or so Windows 7 updates on close April 14, 2015.

  Well well after 5 days that I fixed it myself, same technical 1 Microsoft Support level could not repair after a 1 hour on the phone and connect remotely.

• 7680 all in one, the 94% install problem fatal error Vista

  I can't go in front of her.  the 7680 me well served for a year.  then my daughter unplugged the ethernet to cable to get his laptop online. We plugged the 7680 back in but ultimately it does not print.  So I thought to uninstall/reinstall would be the easy answer.  Joke on me, about 40-50 restarts later.  I did all this, selective startup, without firewallls, no recorded msiexec and re-registered it, level 3 uninstall after each failed attempt, (why is there an uninstall of L4, why say nothing of use it?), loaded the fresh software on hard disk, emptied temporary files constantly, did a scandisk, but always keep slamming my head into the wall at 94%.  Error message is simply fatal error, no code.  Yes, the printer is not connected through connection ethernet or usb, I try to install the software.

  to get to the Vista command prompt was not accurate.  I overcame that, it is easy, by the way, just click with the right button on prompt on your programs list and choose open as Director.  Anyway, when I put in C:\windows\system32\fsutil C: resource setautoreset true control, it just tells me there is no resouces here!  As I should have done better.

  OK, here's what I did.  Ran to the installation in safe mode.  It gave me a message that the print spooler has been disabled.  The installer won't.  Restart #74 or more, out of safe mode, that you can't seem to printers in safe mode.  Standard startup mode, I found that my printer Quicken was the spooler disabled.  I gave him.  On the next try, without even entering mode without fail again or even selective startup, THE PROGRAM is INSTALLED successfully. Wow.  Coincidence, or a solution?  Oh, another thing I did last week before that I had to give up this problem temporarily, I ran Norton scan diagnosis.  He said that I had a piece of equipment disabled, a HP 7600.  I gave me an uninstall or remove the option pilot at that time, something like that, that I took.  That too could be important.  Good luck, people.  I hope this helps someone.

  I suggest that you try to go back to a previous restore point to: HP PC - use Microsoft System Restore (Windows, 10, 8).
