  I just installed a new black cartridge of hp 564xl with an expiry date of 30/01/2017. Low and behold the black is not printing and the printer was bought in 08/2012. I did everything what was proposed in the support forums and nothing helps nothing worked. The three other colors print fine except the black. Based on the responses of everyone I guess that there is no compensation for her and I should scrap this device after three years of constant use. I think from now, there will be a solution to this problem, but Hp is not us.
