HP all-in-one touch: while a touchscreen video card

Can I put th video card because he did not have enough memeory to run the games I want to play?  Batman Arkum city says im running 1904 497 so that the screen stops and starts and shutters

Hi there @willy68057,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! It's a good place to find the help you need, other users, the HP experts and other members of the support staff. I understand you are looking for what options you need to update a video card in your computer, all-in-one.

Unfortunately, if you look in the HP Pavilion TouchSmart 20-f230 all-in-one desktop product specifications

you will see that it is not an expansion slot that you can use for a graphics card. The video is integrated/combined with the processor.

I hope that clarifies.

  • Help! -Acer Aspire all-in-one touch screen after upgrade Windows 8 Pro

    Hi all!

This is a rather confusing questions and about * me off no end!  I know that some of you may have encountered this already and could have a potential solution?

I have an Acer Aspire all-in-one, AZ5101 (Aspire Z5101), with 4 GB of RAM, etc..

Since the Developer Preview of Windows 8 came out, I've been running Windows 8 perfectly.  I completely uninstalled (each time itself) and run the following:

    Windows 8 Developer Preview, 64-bit

Windows 8 Preview of consumer, 64-bit

    Windows 8 Preview, 64-bit version

In any case, on this PC worked perfectly - y INCLUSIVE of the TOUCH SCREEN.  I never had a problem.

So far so good.  Then, they finally released updates Windows 8 Pro official licensed by download.  I bought the upgrade and downloaded.  Just like in * ALL * other cases, upgrade, I chose "keep nothing" of the old system (I never really got all the important data on here), and do the upgrade itself.

After the upgrade was complete, and ALL Windows 8 Pro updates have been applied by Windows update, I have a system where the screen is clear and precise, everything works, and all devices in Device Manager, show the Greens well, it works fine - NO ERRORS.  HOWEVER - NO CONTACT!  No touch no screen function at all.  The screen now has this time as a standard monitor.

I tried the driver Idéacom - no luck.  Anyone know (please? LOL) how to get the touch screen to work again?  Thank you very much!  I really appreciate any help you can give.  Microsoft technical support had NO idea and no reply emails from Acer! Laughing out loud

    Thanks again,

    Mike

I bought at Best Buy and it came with a recovery disk or manual.  I'm having a problem with it getting stuck on the sign on Page.  I put my password and it will stay on mode "think" and leaves me not in the system.  What do you suggest me? I know that there is nothing wrong with the password that I can enter the other computers in the House with her.  I tried to stop and hand as well and get the same problem.

I'll put up my receipt just HP Envy all in one, and, while I have my Outlook dot com username and password configured properly, I am repeatedly asked for my password, even within the same session, whenever I go to a different application.

This wouldn't be quite so bad, if I could at least see what I type, but I have to type blind every time.

Since I work alone and my office is locked when I'm not here, this seems like overkill.

    Surely there is a soultion?

  • Printer error 0x610000f6 General on Photosmart all-in-one C309n

Whenever I print, I get a general printer error on my HP Photosmart all-in-One Touch Smart C309n; the error number is the same every time: 0x610000f6.  I have to press OK on the screen of the printer to empty before printing again.  Sometimes it will show all the work until the error comes up, but other times it will bring up the error after the first page, and I have to turn it off to get the rest of the print job done.  Help, please!  Thank you!

The code you get is normally caused by an ink system failure, but those who won't let you push OK to get in front of them. Your printhead may be out. The print head would be out of warranty now, as is the printer, so the only thing you can do is to try to clean the print head. The document following the link will take you through the steps of cleaning and aligning the print head. The place in the document that tells you the following steps are labeled step 4 and step 5 under Six Solution in the document. If the message continues to rise, you may need to physically clean the print head. The steps to do this are in a post from Bob_Headrick. She is tied below the document mentioned above.

  • Inspiron One 2205 all-in-one does not just seeing

I have a problem with a Dell inspiron one 2205n all in one touch.

When I turn on the power button it stays amber, but I hear the fan start.

A previous post HERE mentioned "so the culprit might be your internal power supply or internal 3V CR2032 lithium cell battery.

So I replaced the battery, the pc started OK, but as to check the fault system. He said then he could supply no difficulty, so restart PC with no other attached outside duct form lead of course.

I did and I have the same problem again, amber power button, blanck screen, but the fan seems to work more strong Dorian until I replaced the Batttery.

Is my next option to orer and replace the power supply internal as advised in the other post. It seems that it is acoomon problem for Dell computers.

orderd Pc 27.7.2011 model number Do502207

Thank you very much in advance for your comments and help!

Is the constant or flashing amber power button?

When you have replaced the battery, you press/hold power button for about 30 seconds before installing the new?

You can try to disconnect all BOF PC including the power cord, then press on/hold power button for about 30 seconds before reconnecting the power cord and trying to start.

You wanted to say model 2205, not 2205n you wrote? The 2205 a external power supply. So it could be the part that failed. I don't see any registration for a 2205n.

  • HP Pavilion - 27qe touch everything-i: HP Pavilion - 27qe touchscreen all-in-one PC Downgrade of Win10 of Win7 Pro 64 bit

I ordered, from hp store-still in production, a HP Pavilion - 27qe touchscreen all-in-one.  There are 10 Windows.  I would come down to Win7 Pro 64-bit (I can buy a legal copy of win7 and do a clean install).  I understand that I would lose some features like the touch screen, but I really prefer Win7.  I'm looking for info on how to do this?  For example, where to find the proper drivers (determine which and where to download to), BIOS etc.  Drivers listed on hp for this computer are for Win10 only, there is no Win7 drivers listed.  Of course I'd first recovery disks Win10, where I always want to go to the Win10 or if Win7 is not working properly.

Any info/help appreciated.  My wife and I share one our computer at home with Win7 on it.  Me, my wife and probably would be better to use Win7 we are used and as.

    Thank you...

Thanks for the info WAWood.  I decided to nix the idea of decommissioning.  It would be too complicated, as you point out.  Have a good!

  • HP Compaq Pro 6300 all-in - One desktop PC Touch Panel does not

I have a new HP Compaq 6300 Pro all-in-one desktop PC. It came with Windows 7 32 bit preinstalled, but I wanted to Win 7 64 bit so I had to do a clean install and therefore lost all my drivers.

I was able to get most of the drivers I need HP driver download page for my specific model, but the touch screen under the screen no longer works. It certainly worked until I changed the operating system. To clarify, this is a sign of close contact under the screen that allows you to mute sound, change the volume or change the brightness. The control panel items are invisible until you touch it, how the options - this feature still works. They light up, but do nothing for the levels of noise or the brightness.

I don't know much about the drivers, but this seems to be a driver for me problem. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could get the touch screen works again, because it is an interesting possibility, I'd like to be able to use.

    Thanks in advance.

Hey, no one has responded to my request, but just Serendipity led me to the solution, so I'll post it here in case someone else has the same problem.

In his search for information about installing additional RAM memory, I found myself in the correct name of the touch screen, I had a problem with: capacitive controls, aka buttons capsense. Once I got the correct term was a few seconds before I got the solution, see:

HP all-in-one control panel Button for Windows Support

According to the HP support page, the little softPaq provided "patches a question wherein Capsense buttons (mute, Mic, theft and theft down) of your computer do not work after manually installing a version of Windows", reinsert the necessary registry key.

The softPaq (sp60481.exe) worked well for Windows 7 64 bit on my HP Compaq Pro 6300 all-in-one and I am very happy to have this cool touchscreen works again.

I have unfortunately broken the touch screen on my disabled son all-in-one, I think it's an hp 320-1190 has (or similar No..). I can't tell you the exact model No. as he is now deceased under repair. I was just informed that the screen is no longer available and so they cannot provide me one to fix the pc. The pc above has a vga / digital Jack on the back? If so, I can almost certainly plug in a new screen to hold it for a little longer. Or, as it is not so much the touch screen, is it possible to replace it with a plastic or glass front?

  • HP Pavilion 23 touch screen all in one

After I upgraded to Windows mytouchscreen does not work, when I look for the stylus and touch it says that I don't have, I tried to download

    Hello new @YOLIE80S,

At this point, I would say we have all the drivers for your computer on Windows 8.1. I would like to have you go to the drivers page from PC Desktop HP Pavilion TouchSmart 23 - f217c all-in-one and start with the Chipset drivers. Once they are installed you should re - install ALL drivers for your computer.

If the above does not work, we will have to back up, recover your computer to factory settings, run ALL the HP and Windows updates and try again Windows 8.1 update. To save your personal information and ensure it is not lost, I would like you to look at and follow the steps in the HP Support document: backup of files (Windows 8), who will be your personal files are up to date.

CAVEAT! If you want to keep the e-mails or bookmarks/favorites that you want to save them as I do not think they are saved in the backup HP process.

Then, I would like to see again you and follow the steps in the HP Support document: performing a recovery of HP (Windows 8) system, which will allow you through to get your computer back to factory settings.

IMPORTANT - your staff of files such as libraries, personalization settings, user accounts and desktop themes are permanently deleted. The settings on the computer are returned for values by default (as it was when it came from the factory). All applications and software installed on the computer when it came from the factory are relocated, and their settings are reset to the default values. In addition, software, applications, programs, and everything you have installed or saved on the computer are deleted permanently.

Once you have recovered your computer, don't forget to run ALL the updates from HP and then run ALL Windows 8 updates. Finally, run the 8.1 Windows Update, and then install all the drivers on page all-in-one HP Pavilion TouchSmart 23 - f217c drivers PC Desktop that I linked at the beginning of this post

If ultimately it does not work the Pen look and Touch of your computer is perhaps not currently compatible with Windows 8.1 and you may have to wait to see if new drivers are validated. I want to thank you for display on the HP Forums. Have a great day!
