  If you haven't done so already, try the following.

  From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the document has been deleted.

I downloaded the current software on the HP site and tried to use the disc that came with the printer. In both cases, that the installation program begins to run, goes through four steps and when it is installing updates, it disappears from the screen. I do not understand that because it has been installed and operating at once through my wireless network and still work on my desk. I totally uninstalled all the software before you try to reinstall. I even checked to ensure that the appropriate records were in place after not install for the first time. I went through this about six or eight times, try different things each time. I also disabled my antivirus (Panda Cloud AV) and that made no difference. At this point, I'm out of ideas and really need help. I also read some relevant posts in this forum without good results. I need help in the worst way! Thanks in advance for any help.

  Sorry it took so long to get back but things have been hectic. I really believe that my problem was one or more files that are damaged somewhere, so I took the easy way and installed Windows 10. After that I installed the printer and everything is fine now. But I really appreciate your help.

  Try to perform a "reset printing system" on the Macintosh and then reconnect to the printer.

  To reset the printing system do the following:

  3. right click or control click in the list box for the current print queues.
  4. Select the Reset printing system...
  5. enter admin user name and password
  6. restart the Macintosh

  Most often when a device does not work, it is because the driver is damaged.  Re-install a new copy should help

  Install and activate the original operating system provided with the computer first (I guess it's XP).

  Update to upgrade to Vista, then use the Vista product key that you used at the time to update (because it works now as you WILL upgrade and do not try to install only a facility full after an installed clean).

  Open Windows Update by clicking on the button start . In the search box, type Services and then in the list of results, click Windows Installer. Check to see if it is manual or automatic.  and if the service was stopped.  Must they be status type Windows install (middle of page): automatic

  If you're referring at the origin of Creative Suite (CS1) then this activation server was closed by Adobe a few years ago.

  Trying to solve: turning the printer off, then on.  uninstalled and reinstalled the software;  element removed print queue and tried again. checked the inside of the printer for jams or lose parts but all seems normal.

  OK, first of all we will reset the printer.  Turn off the power, unplug the power supply from the back of the printer and the wall.  Wait a minute or two, plug it back in and turn it on.

  If this does not work, reset the printing system:

  -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
  -Right (Ctrl) click the box of the print queue and select Reset Printing System.
  -Select the sign + to add again. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

  Hi, my SQL Server 2014 works very well in my server with WIndows 2012 until I installed the new day & service pack that was required for server hardening.

  I successfully installed SP1 KB 3058865 first, then discovered that the services do not start. After so much research to fix, I came with the 2 cu updates KB3075950, KB3094221 in knowing that it could solve my problem but unfortunately is not.

  I also tried to change the service account that many suggest, but his does not work.

  I tried to replace the master file & maslog but also failed.

  I tried to run etc and unique usermode and restore master db... also failed.

• HP Photosmart C4780: HP photosmart C4780 will not scan to my computer

  I plugged in just this HP all-in-one to my computer.  It does not analyze to my computer.  It will scan on an SD card without problem.  What can I do to make the scan to my computer?

  A few questions for you:

  • How is the printer connected, wireless, Ethernet or USB?

  • What is the operating system you use, Windows or Mac? What version?

  In the meantime, maybe one of these guides will help:

  • Scan from the computer with the (Windows) HP Solution Center.
  • Digitization of Documents and Photos (OS X).

• C4780 will not scan in mac Mavrick, worked fine before update

  I have an iMac and upgraded to Mavrick. Now my scanner, Photosmart C4780, does not scan. I have HP scan, 2.4.0(5), that has worked well before. I can't find an upgrade to scan from HP on the web site. When I use it, nothing happens and I have to use Force quit to turn it off. Suggestion? Thank you

  I saw your post on the problems you are having with a sweep on the Mavericks.  I checked the drivers available and there is no driver available for the Mavericks scanning. However, there are solutions to analyze.

  Click on the link below and choose 'How to scan with the Apple Software Update driver?' and then you will see 3 methods, choose one of them.
