HP c7280 wireless printer everything a

My printer keeps going offline and I have everything and it won't print! Help!

If the printer is connected wireless and you've got a new router, you have to reconnect the printer to the wireless network.

On the front of the printer: configuration > network > network by default.  Now, in the same network menu, run the Wireless Setup Wizard.

When it's done:

1. make sure the printer is on and connected to your network. Verify that you can access the printer's internal web page by accessing its IP address before continuing.
2. click on > start > Control Panel > devices & Printers.  Remove your printer (right click > delete).
3. click on add a printer
4. Select local printer
5. Select create a new port and select Standard TCP/IP Port, and click Next.
6. under device type, select TCP/IP Device. Under the name of host or IP address, enter the IP address of the printer. Click Next.
7. Select Hewlett-Packard in the list of manufacturers and select and select your printer model. Click Next.
If your printer model is not in the list, then select disk provided, browse the CD that came with your HP printer and select the first file begins with hp and ending with INF. click Open, then OK. Select your printer model. Click Next.
8. If prompted, use the driver that is currently installed.
9. He will ask the name of the printer - enter a new name or use the one existing. This will be the name of the printer that you select from other applications.
10. we may ask you to share the printer. Choose No.
11. the printing area of Test Page is displayed. Go ahead and print it out.
12. click on finish.

I tried to follow the procedures on the HP Support site and drivers, such as the routine HPHNDU.exe and others, but have had no success.

I'd appreciate the help. My previous post in May has all the answers.

Seems that the fatal error was not fatal as it appeared.

I ran the HPHNDU again in exasperation, and it printed a test page. So, I printed another Notepad document just to be safe, and the printer now prints. There at least one test. It's good, but the scourge caused by the report "fatal error" doesn't exactly inspire confidence in HP Setup.

We recently upgraged to a new blank media 3 hub, the printer is connected to a Hp Windows Vista desktop via USB, other devices (laptops and tablets) could access the wireless printer when the computer is turned on.

I also created the same printer to be used wireless by the other devices without the Office of marketing, it was a pain having to keep it logging on when he fell asleep. The printer had a different name if you are using one.

After that the hub of the Virgin was installed I can is no longer using the printer without the Office being wireless, the new Center can not find the printer connects as is done before that other laptops, I had no problem with my old hub and a separate router.

I've tried everything as suggested by Virgin (not much there) and reinstalled my drivers for the printer. Any suggestions what I can do?

    Hey @huypas,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see that you have some problems with printing from your PC to 10 Windows to your desire 7640 e - all - in - one printer. I can help you with that.

First of all, this printer does not have the capabilities of cable network. Whatever the cable runs from your printer to your router needs to be removed. Once the summer is over, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Now:

    1. Turn the printer off.
    2. While the printer is turned off, disconnect the power cable from the back of the router for a minute.
    3. When the lights come back on the router, turn on the printer.

Please let me know if that allows you to print everything faster. If so, please click on accept solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.

  • HP 4500 wireless printer: printer all-in-one cannot scan glass

My hp 4500 wireless printer worked fine until it just stopped printing.  I reintstalled the original installation disk and printing has been repaired.  However, the desktop icon for the hp Solution Center, which allows scanning of computer files, has not been activated, and accordingly, I am unable to scan from glass.

New driver from HP site could not install completely and still have the same problem.  I tried to reinstall the existing drive, and it is still able to print, but still can not sweep.  The desktop icon is always off.  Didn't test the fax.

I have here an updated driver that contains the implementation complete for the 4500 Wireless: G510n-z

My system is Windows 7 64 bit.

    Please answer.

    Hello @rudetom,

I would like to see if I can help you get your Officejet 4500 Wireless software working again.

Looks like pieces of old software is causing the installation to fail. I would like to clean at the far (unisntall) and try again.

When you have uninstalled the printer software, it is possible that pieces of it may remain which could interfere with a reinstall. I recommend referencing the steps described in this document to make sure that you haven't missed anything whatsoever; Uninstalling the printer software. * If you are connected with a USB cable, be sure to unplug it.

You can also delete files using disk cleanup - take care to put check marks in selection boxes when it is available.

Software drivers can hide other places would be in your device manager.

    To open Device Manager:
' 1) click on start (Windows icon) and enter the Device Manager "in the search field.
    2) click on Device Manager.
    (3) you can click on View, in the upper windows and then show hidden devices.
    (4) to develop the types of devices and check for any pilot associated with your printer.
    (5) to remove a device from Device Manager, right click on the device name in the list and then click on uninstall.

For more information, see device for Windows 7 Manager information.

Once you have removed everything, I restart your computer and then try to download the new software again to HP Officejet 4500 Wireless - G510n full feature software and driver.

If you still have problems, please let me know what kind of error you get and how your printer is connected to your computer. What is direct installation USB or wireless?

Please let me know if any of these steps has resolved your problem, or if there is anything else I can do to help.

I look forward to hear from you!

    Thank you

    Hi TahseenJamal,

Thanks for the video, which has been most useful.

I suspect that the router can be not broadcast the Hello Protocol as it did in the past. To resolve this problem, please follow the instructions below.

    1. Out of the router, unplug the power cable
    2. Out of the printer, unplug the power cable
    3. Stop the Mac
    4. Give up everything for 1 minute and then reconnect the router
    5. Once sighted routers are on, reconnect the printer to the
    6. When the wireless printer is solid, turn on the Mac
    7. Now try to add the printer that you had previously, you should now see the Hello or Hello printer multifunction beside him.

If this does not resolve the problem, it could be the printer. Follow the steps below.

On the front panel of the printer, the arrow down to settings, then press OK. Down arrow for wireless and press OK. In the wireless menu, go to IPV6 and turn it off. Once IPV6 is disabled, try to add the printer in the preferences system again.

Please let me know if either of these solutions solve the problem and if one of them, please also let me know, thanks.

  • Feature: Wireless Printer, cannot print

I can't get my wireless printer.  Everything is set up fine, I just moved and got the internet in place today so maybe that is the issue, but someone has suggestions

    Hello

Check with the printer manufacturer's support, their drivers and documentation online and ask
forums about known problems. OEM for the manufacturer of the printer is directly responsible for
the proper functioning of the printer and their drivers provided. Sometimes the help of those
same router machine resources are required.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi @bajaskier,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand that your HP Officejet 6000 wireless printer won't connect wirelessly to your Windows 8.1. I'm happy to help you with this problem of connection!

I would like to begin browsing through this guide, set up the printer to a wireless network in Windows for the HP Officejet 6000 printer.

If you can print a Network Configuration Page, do you see something that failed on the report?

Let's start with that, and we'll go from there!

  • Wireless printer will not print

I downloaded a printer wireless with the disk successfully.  It is listed under programs, but it is not listed under fax machines and printers available, so do not print.  After installation it says that everything was finished and complete.  Any suggestions?

    Hi TerrifWright,

Please answer a few questions to refine the question.

    1. What is the brand and model of the printer?

    2. what happens when you try to print? Do you get any error messages?

3 is this problem limited to any specific application such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word etc.?

This problem normally occurs when the printer is not compatible with the operating system. We will analyze and identify the cause of the problem.

    Method 1:

Run the troubleshooter, and proceed as described in the article.

    Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall

You can uninstall the printer completely go Add / Remove Programs & then try to reinstall and see if the problem still occurs.

    a. because you used the CD supplied with your printer, you can download & install the software of the printer from the manufacturer's website.

    b. connect the wireless printer on the computer. Make sure the printer is powered before you continue.

    c. click on Start menu > settings > Control Panel > printers and faxes.

    d. click on "Add a printer" in the navigation bar on the left under"Print jobs." "Add Printer Wizard" will open.

    e. follow the wizard until you reach the page 'local or network printer"and choose"printer local... "or"a network printer. Choose the basis on the question of if the printer is connected directly on this computer or a print server or other computers on the network.

    f. type the wireless network password, if prompted. The Printer Wizard can also ask to install drivers to print before the final connection is made. If you receive this prompt, click 'Yes'.

    g. close the wizard when you get to "Finish."

  • I forgot my WIRELESS password to use my wireless printer... Please help.

I don't remember my password for Wf - Fi for the wireless printer.  What should I do?

    Hi Joel,

Contact technical support for your printer or your router or your computer (any device is the source location for the seizure of the password - probably the printer here because otherwise if you were wireless, you could get the password for your computer, as would use them the same as the one with the router and therefore would not have posted here).

Ask them to help to do a hard reset of the password (probably a button or code on the printer) that he should return to something they know as the default reset.  Keep them then on the line to help you add a new (with appropriate security algorithms if included) and update the router and computers as necessary and check that everything works again before let him you get away.

    Good luck!

  • 6600 HP Office Jet: Samsung devices do not find my wireless printer.

I have a Samsung galaxy phone s5 and a Samsung galaxy tab s. Tablet I bought an HP officejet printer 6600 on there a year and a half and everything was connect and working properly everything wireless from my phone and tablet. Just recently my Tablet and phone will not find my wireless printer more? I still have the wifi service and my devices can find my fine router and Internet service.  I borrowed a non portable samsung to check that it was not a printer problem because she has always found a printer and worked well. I don't know but, possible had a software update on my phone and tablet that could change something I guess?  Any ideas to fix or try to fix it. I don't have a pc.  Thank you

    Hello

Things to quickly check would be that your printing device apps (ePrint etc.) are updated and that if there was no wifi password changes that this has been updated on your printer also.

I recommend also, if it is not already in place on your android devices to download the HP print for android (be sure to activate the plugin in settings after downloading).

After all the above steps, I will re-start your devices and if this does not help, I would also like to restart the printer. Finally, I would like to restart the router if none of the steps above help.

  • Print Ipad to wireless printer

I have a wireless HP3050A J611g printer, I also have an Ipad that I used to be able to print since then, now I can't.

The main computer is a HP, Windows Vista. I printed out directly from the printer the wireless network test results and

It shows no problem, however, when I printed everything first this page showed 3 detected wireless networks, now it only shows 2.

I pressed a lot of buttons on the printer and may have something screwed up.

Who is your wireless network printer?  If this isn't the case, I included a link that guides you through the process of connecting the printer to your network.  To use airprint with your iPad, your printer must be on your network.

After checking that printer is connected to your network you have any error message on your iPad after trying to print?
