HP Designjet T120 - problem printing with drawings and renderings

Hello

My name is Rania and I run an Interior Design firm. Recently I replaced my 130NR with a T120 and after a few months of printing, I get what can be seen in the attached photos. Color brakes, good color bands, black color, where it is not supposed to be, etc. Someone had the same problem? Thanks a lot for your time looking at my post. Rania.

  • Scanning with HP all-in-one printer with fax and scan Windows in Windows 8

When you install a printer driver in Windows 8, you can scan from your computer without having to install any additional software to HP. This is particularly useful if you want to or not does not require the full functionality software or if your printer does not have a driver to scan for Windows 8.

Windows Fax and Scan uses a Microsoft Service called WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) to capture an image from the scanner and allow you to save without the need for additional drivers.

In addition, Windows Fax and Scan cannot scan to PDF.

  • OfficeJet 4630: Problem printing with Officejet 4630

I just replaced an OJ4620, who was not black printing, with a new OJ4630.  I am now having a problem with the OJ4630.

It prints text most very well, but does not always print the Abobe reader messages.  I tried to install a printer driver for the 9800 without great success.  It seems that sometimes it will print the pages of Adobe, but most of the time will not.  I feel guest, and when I click on print, it does not appear that the message arrives at the printer.  The machine will then lock up and I'll have to reboot the system.  The thing that puzzles me is that sometimes the feeling will pass, but it doesn't seem to be a reason that I can understand why it happens.

I never had this problem with the 4620, but he feels now.

I have Adobe X and when I check the updates on the site, I thought there is not everything.

    A few questions for you:

    • What happens when you make multiple copies? Copy the text or mixed Documents.
    • What happens when you print from other programs, such as Notepad. (The same issue happen?)
    • How is the printer connected? USB or wireless?

In the meantime, I suggest to try our HP print and Scan Doctorand see if that can solve the problem for you automatically.

  • Problem printing Deskjet 6988 and Windows 8.1

I have problems printing multiple copies on my 6988 Deskjet Windows 8.1. I tried to print several copies of a PDF document as well as an Excel spreadsheet, but all I get is a copy. It seems that I must go to the printer properties and set the number of copies here.

Is this a known problem with Windows 8.1 for this printer driver?

    Hi Stephen0118,

I understand that you have a Deskjet 6988 which is not allowing you to print multiple copies, unless you go to the properties of the printer. I will definitely do my best to help you with this.

Because the driver you are using is an OS driver, which means it is integrated into the operating system, it will be less characteristic than a full pilot of features. I will suggest that you run your Windows updates to make sure that everything is up to date, but others, while it looks like everything works as it should.

Hope this helps, have a nice day!

  • Problem printing with HP Deskjet 5150

Hello, I have a problem with my HP Deskjet 5150 color inkjet printer. A few months ago, I noticed that all the documents I want to print are printed with the left margin of the page wider than the right margin; Instead, both margins have the same width. This question concerns the documents in general, and not of documents printed with a specific software only.
All computers that use the printer have Windows 7 as operating system. I tried to install the drivers of online support for the transition from Windows Vista to Windows 7, but the problem remains.

    What can I do?

    Thank you.

    Hi andrewshort94,

    Thank you very much!

With this, it is certainly a problem with the hardware of the printer, and because all computers are Windows 7, there is no HP software to try other things.

You need a Windows XP computer to install this printer to be able to access the HP Toolbox to perform alignment and things of this nature, as it was the last operating system supported the full features software. If you do not have access to a Windows XP computer, I might suggest that you start looking in getting another printer. You can call the HP Technical Support and inquire about trade and commerce program to see what kind of offers they have for you

Hope this helps, have a nice day!

  • Problems Printing with LR 5.6 HP

I just upgraded to LR5.6 on your laptop Windows 8.1.

I have printing problems printing to a HP Photosmart C309G printer. I've already printed successfully to this printer from LR4 running on a Vista laptop.

The questions that I have are as follows: -.

    1. When I try to change the page orientation in Page layout, it makes no difference to the orientation of the image.
    2. Once I have setup the printer settings in the printer dialogue and send it to the printer to print on paper of format A4; LR said that it renders the image; He finished then the printer pulls the paper through but does not print anything. I tried different settings without success. However, if I change the size of 10 x 15 cm prints OK.

I'm completely confused as to how to proceed, because I have no printing problem printing from MS Office and Adobe Photoshop Elements products.

Any help would be accepted with gratitude.

    Thank you

    Peter

Managed to solve the problem. Somehow the driver for the printer had been installed twice, was originally a kind of conflict. I deleted the duplicate driver and everything now works as expected.

  • Printing with Safari and Firefox

Lately, some sites say that they do not support older SAFARI browsers. When I print something, print is extremely low, even with a new print cartridge.

When I print with FIREFOX, printing is crisp but the print menu displays the pages. Therefore, I'm not able to select the pages I want to print. Is there a solution?

Firefox uses its own printing Panel and has a button down, which will display the details display or hide details (abbreviated Panel). The ability to print _ to _ is available on the largest panel display details.

  • Difficulties of printing with C309 and a Mac

I have a c309 printer all in one, and I can't print or scan from one of the two MacBook on the network.

The printer is connected to the same network wireless laptops (and iPad) that is done by an Apple AirPort Extreme point. All devices are conencted to the internet successfully.

The printer is also installed on the network; the wireless network test report all results "in passing".

In the menu of the printer on the first Macbook (running OS X 10.7), I am able to find the printer by name and add it to the list of printers.  In details, the printers serial number is visible. However, I'm unable to see the level of ink, I am able to print. The same problem for the other Macbook that is running OS X 10.6).

I was through the different troubleshooting guides, but not able to find a solution. I tried to access the features of the printer/scanner via the integrated Web server as well, but nothing is displayed.

I tried also to access the scanner via the touch screen, sending the scan to a computer, but I get a message that I must try the analysis of a computer directly.

I only am not sure what the problem is here, but would appreciate assistance. Thank you.

    Thanks for the quick response.

I downloaded and installed the new drivers, then restared the system, reset the system print and then re-connected to the printer. The system found the printer and it is now defined as the default value.

However, when I try to print, I always get a message that printing is 11 per cent, while the printer does not respond. I tried to run a scan of the Macbook, but the work is never done, rather the process hangs. I tried to access the settings of printer ink levels and even a message that information is not available. I tried to include screenshots, but I guess I'm unable to upload to the forum.

Thus, using the interface touch the printer, I have successfully reset the network settings, successfully reset the network connection, and then print page report and the test configuration to provide connectivity, and finally I've updated the software of the printer itself, if it took a few tries.  (In fact, I had tried this before but could not download updates) And now, finally, everything works! I can print or scan from either the MacBook.

    Thanks for the help.

  • Problem-solving with HP2311x and ProBook6455b

    Hello

    I have a problem-solving with portable HP2311x and ProBook6455b.

    Maximum resolution is 1600 X 1200

Current display driver is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200

However, my HP monitor supports the 1920 X 1080.

I used only the external monitor without using the laptop monitor and the maximum resolution is always to 1600 x 1200.

I also downloaded the drivers recommended by HP, but it does not solve the issue.

I also tried with the drivers provided by AMD, but I get still more low resolution (1280 x 768) because the driver software detects is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250

When I try to use the AMD Vision Engine Control Center stops unexpectedly

    I have conteacted

But they suggested me to contact HP because they were not able to solve my problem.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Kind regards.

I understand that you are not able to use the full resolution of the monitor even when the screen of the laptop is out of the question.

Ensure that the system has the right driver for the monitor found here.

  • How can I print with black and white cartridge only?

    Hello

Unfortunately, it is not possible to print using the black and white, while one of the ink cartridges are empty.

Using black ink only possible while there's ink color as well.

While the color ink is not required for the purposes of printing, there are required for, maintnance operations of the device.

As the appliance contains an internal printhead (IIC() system, lack of color ink can damage the system shortly. This is why the device is not functional when there is no ink in order to prevent damage to the system.

For users who wish to print using just black ink (despite the reduced print quality), many HP printers offer options. For example, a driver colour setting (by selecting "print in greyscale with the black cartridge only" in printing preferences) specifies printing using only black ink. In addition, many IPH printers can operate in "reserve mode", which allows the user to continue to print with just the black cartridge when the colour cartridge is removed or not installed. In HP IIC systems, all supplies are required to be installed in the printer for the printer to function
