  To manually install the driver, go to Device Manager, click the Base system device.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.   Select her browse my computer for driver software option and find the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

  Hello, I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.  I have a LG your Pro Bluetooth headset that I used to use all the time with Windows 7 and no problems. With 10 windows when I use it is very jerky, cut in and out, stop playing, then all I hear is strange noises and then it starts randomly playing the song / audio 30 seconds later in it.   The usb controller you model posted ID indicates that your laptop is not a p 8470, but a p 8460.

  You need this driver usb 3 to this ID.

  The 8470p have the Intel USB3 controller and the 8460 p have the Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller.

  For those interested, I managed to solve the problem that I came with the help of this EREPLOGO. The EFI utility.

  The utility is available for download in the software and drivers for my device (HP EliteBook 8470p) Web page and I followed the steps described in the technical documentation that accompanies the download. Crime (in this case) logo has been removed by the use of a control subject via the EFI Shell to start setting switch.

  So yes, it's getting a little old, but the utility worked perfectly on my system BIOS UEFI.
