HP Envy 110: HP Envy 110 Missing lines on print

The printer impression leaves lines including half superior of the whole sentence is missing.  This happens throughout the page in several places.  I though it was a computer problem.  I unplugged and just print through all trials and alignments, and cleaning.  Same printing diognostic printer settings page it prints the same, not connected to a computer.  Yet once, ran all tests and cleanups and changed ink. so no need to ask me to make them again.  It is obviousely a problem in the printer.  Have you seen this problem before? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi Robespierre36,

At the bottom of the document I linked you is a corrector of collateral by serial number.  This will allow you to see if you are in or out of warranty.

If you click Printers in the upper part of this page will be linked to HP shopping and you can see some of the new printers you can buy replacement if your printer is no longer under warranty.

I'm sorry that troubleshooting has not recovered the impression for you.

  • HP Envy 5532: Missing lines of print error HP Envy 5532

Hello, I received my printer on instant ink. However when I got it it came with a few free regular cartridges so I used them before I went to instant ink. But, today, I ran out of ink, so I went an instant ink cartridge. However, when I went to print something that was missing lines. I believe that this is due to be left out to dry for too long, when I repeated to clean the head of the cartridge, I noticed a change. But when I went to do a few more a warning came telling me that my printer would be blocked for printing too. But I could not avoid the impression that it prints a sheet whenever I do a head clean. So if someone could help me with an alternative method (which does not use my print credits more that I already have) it would be appreciated.

    Thank you

  • Missing lines in print Outlook calendar, but not with the PDF printer

    Hello

I bought a HP Officejet 6700 Premium [H711n], but from the beginning, when I print my weekly calendar in Outlook there are missing lines in each nomination.

    My system:

The system is HP Officejet 6700 Premium (all updates, driver ver: 9.0.0, usbscan.sys worm: 6.1.7600.16385, HPScanTRDrv_OJ6700.dll worm: 25.0.614.0, HPWia2_OJ6700.dll ver: 24.5.276.0), and Windows 7 SP1 32 bit (all updates), as well as Microsoft Outlook 2007 SP3 (all updates). The system is connected to the printer via USB, no WiFi or so.

    My problem:

When I print my weekly Outlook calendar with my new Officejet, the upper and the bottom lines in all appointments is missing. I did a few small arrows in the photo, to show that appointments block timelines. (see scan & Outlook screenshot).

    (a) when I use my printer with Outlook to create a PDF file of my calendar, the exported PDF file is perfect. If I CAN open the PDF file with my Viewer and print calendar with my Officejet page, printing looks like it should look like. (see screenshot)

    (b) my old man, but broke a LEXMARK C530DN printer, print the pages of the calendar always correctly.

    My settings:

Given that I bought and installed the printer a few weeks ago, I changes nothing on the HP driver settings. It is plain vanilla. The problem was there from the beginning. I tried once to solve it by changing the quality of "normal" to "optimal", but it did not help, so I put it back.

    Other printing problems:

No, everything worked except the Outlook calendar printing.

According to me, these are enough detail to reproduce the issue easily.

Any idea outside workaround with my pdf printer? Maybe there something wrong with the driver HP itself? (Just an idea...)

    Best regards

    Michael

I have the all-in-one printer HP Deskjet 2540. What impression a few lines (black) do print or that part of the line display (ie. half of the letters). "Doctor test" said everything is OK

  • HP envy 5532 - poor black printing - trailed missing lines showing

    Hello

I just bought the hp envy 5532 and found poor print quality.

While color printing seems to be okish, black is very poor.

I tried all the tools available via the control panel of the printer, but there are always problems with black printing.

It's almost as if the black is missing from the lines and. For example on test prints that print a block in black, some of the block is low or striated.

Runs all tests in diagnosis is also eating away at the ink and not started using the printer to its destination.

Please help, I really do not want to return the printer, but will do if this is not resolved.

    Thank you

    Bobonthejob.

Hello Bobonthejoband welcome to the Forums of HP.

I see that you have print quality issues.  I would try to help.

I recommend removing the cartridges and perform a power reset. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

I also recommend later in this document on the streaks of ink fixing faded prints and other common Print quality problems

Good luck and please let me know the results of your troubleshooting operations. Thanks for posting on the HP Forums.

Hi there @DFK43 , welcome to the Forums!

I saw your post and I would like to offer my suggestion for the problem you are having with printing photos in color or black and white.

First of all, to perform all the updates of Windows, select those optional too:

Windows Update - ' do I need to check the updates?

Try printing now, if the problem persists, try:

    1. uninstalling the printer software

    2. restart your PC

    3. Reinstall in 2 ways:

    (a) HP printer install wizard for Windows

    (b) HP Officejet Full Feature software and driver
