HP ENVY 4504: upgrade to windows 10
Since the upgrade to windows 10, my impression is unresponsive to all print of what I'm getting.
It says on the screen of the printer printing in progress, but stay that way for hours.
I've updated all the software but still nothing happens, however if I am printing the device like the mobile wireless, it works perfectly.
Thank you.

Hello.
I hope there, can someone help me!
I tried several times to improve my HP Envy 15-K204NA for 64-bit Windows of 8.1 to 10 Windows Home, but she continues to fail with the error code 80070714.
I use Protection Premium Bullguard and Acronis True Image installed.
I disabled the SQL services as suggested by other posts on the internet, but nothing seems to work.
When I run the upgrade from a DVD burned ISO, it gets 37% and fails.
Hope you can help. (fingers crossed!)

HP Envy Notebook m6-1125dx: no problems with the HP Envy m6 at 10 Windows upgrade?
I plan the upgrade of Windows 10 of my HP ENVY m6-1125dx Notebook PC (Intel Core i5 - 3210M CPU) and need to know if this computer will be compatible with Windows 10. Because the HP support Web site now requires a scanning system to report on the drivers available, I have no way of knowing if there are any drivers Windows 10 available (or if they are still required). I thought that maybe I could send an e-mail or chat with HP to see what they have to say, but they want $60 to answer a question!
Please let know us if anyone has experience (good or bad) with 10 of Windows upgrade for th want m6.
Hüffer,
Just an update... I followed your advice and installed upgrading on-site instead of clean, and everything seems to work fine. The only real glitch, I met was the trackpad settings have been changed which because of many problems, but I could attack while going in the Synaptics Control Panel and reset everything to the way I like them.
Thanks again for the help and I'll review it "resolved".

HP Envy m6 1183 for example: stuttering mouse after upgrade to Windows 10
After the upgrade of Windows 8.1 for Windows 10 my mouse is "stuttering". With stuttering I don't mean lag but changes of symbol like 3 times every second from the normal pointer to a pointer with the blue loading ring and back. If I want for example to rename a file, once I typed in some letters it also marks all the text, so I have to restart. Another example is when I want to move a window, it automatically turns its back to the original position, so I have to take baby steps to move.
I use a HP Envy m6 1183, for example, the product number is C2C05EA #ABD
If you have HP SimplePass installed, try the following:
1. launch HP SimplePass
2. click on settings (the train to the upper right)
3. remove the check mark next to "LaunchSite.
4. click OK, then close HP SimplePass
If this does not resolve the problem, then there probably another background process causing flicker. You can open (Ctrl + Alt + Delete on the Windows desktop) Task Manager and under the "treatments" tab to see if something is constantly causing CPU activity (look at the percentages in the CPU column). If so, you can emphasize this topic and click "End task" to see if the cursor will stop blinking. If Yes, you can then Google the name of the process to try to know what piece of software it is bound to, and then see if there are any available updates or uninstall the software, if it's something you have no use for.

HP Envy 17-inch Laptop having problems with upgrading to Windows 8.1
Hello! I am a novice when it comes to computers, so bear with me. I bought a laptop (Envy, 17-jo11nr, SN: [edited by Moderator], PN: E0K87UA #ABA) and I tried the upgrade of Windows 8 to 8.1. It would not install and went back to Windows 8. It was a few months ago, and I wonder if it is safe to try the upgrade again. I checked my product on the page number: Windows 8.1 and it says that my computer has not been tested for 8.1. I want to improve, but I don't want to ruin my pc. Can someone help me? Thank you!
Your welcome

I tried to troubleshoot and fix a driver of hareware problem that was discovered after doing the upgrade of Windows 10 Windows 8.1. Before updating my system, I was warned by the software that I would not be able to return to Windows 8.1 if I did the update with the upgrade of Windows 10 still installed. My question is if Windows 10 also stop me from going back to Windows 8 if I did a reset of the system?
I played it safe and restored back to 8.1 for Windows before you reset this time, but this will delay upgrading me to Windows 10 in confidence (1 month to try it is not a lot of time).
Hi @hyjiad.
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A place where you can find solutions for your problems with the help of the community!
I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question on your HP ENVY x 2-computer laptop 15-c101dx and concerns with the Windows 10 upgrade. It shows me that your system is compatible with Windows 10 drivers. It tells you which driver he would have a problem with?
The best I can offer at this point is to create your a HP recovery USB drive.
Here is a link to Windows 10 FAQ. It gives you that Go Back is a feature that will restore your computer to the old operating system that was installed before you upgraded to Windows 10 for only 28 days. But with your recovery USB disk you can do at any point and time.
I hope this helps you.
Thank you.

Problem of button wifi HP Envy TouchSmart 15 j001TX on the upgrade to Windows 8.1
Finally, here is the Solution for the ProblemsI facing point 8.1 of Windows in my HP Envy 15 J001TX (D9H44PA) TS
1 PROBLEM Wifi button (led)
-Cause - Bluetooth Incompatible Ralink driver (SP64082 Driver Wifi works fine)
-How to solve the problem =
Reset you first FORMATER THE System Partition (normally 100-500 MB size) when clean installing windows 8.1 (I don't know how to do after the upgrade via Windows store cause I never have I clean installed from the image ISO of Win 8.1)
Then after installing Windows install Wifi button Driver Compitable with your system and of course to win 8.1 (SP63752 http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-123643-1&cc=in&dlc=en&lc=en... in my case)
Here you can see the effective operation of the Wifi Button (F12 key) after restarting your PC
Now if you install your old Wifi and Bluetooth Drivers you will ruin everything!
THEN please INSTALL new WIfi driver Ralink (SP64082 that are currently compatible for win 8 but works very well and were available on the site, only last week here is the link http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-125308-1&cc=in&dlc=en&lc=en... )
The driver Bluetooth Ralink (well SP64156 I do not know if it will work or not cause he doesn't get just installed on my machine gave error file not found and I never retried there are waiting for the Win 8.1 driver compatiblehttp://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-125314-1&cc=in&dlc=en&lc=en...)
THEN the underlying problem seems to be Bluetooth driver and above the steps is how it will be fixed!
In my view, FORMATTING of THE PARTITION SYSTEM is only average stuck reset who have dirtied the old Bluetooth driver!
2. the NO work of BEATS AUDIO, other software and technology Intel Rapid Storage Technology bit
The main cause is the INCOMPATIBLES INTEL GRAPHICS drivers...
If you have installed the drivers Win 8 offered by HP on Win 8.1 What is causing many software malfunction!
Then please download the latest drivers from Intel graphics for your laptop https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx (in my case 4600 Graphics Intel for windows 8.1 64-bit has been downloaded) it works perfectly!
You must also install the updated Audio drivers (SP63555, http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-124012-1&cc=in&dlc=en&lc=en... )
Yes that's it everything works fine! (I suggest that you do not install the Bluetooth driver until HP provides new compatible with win 8.1 setting the LED issue until then I suggest simply do not install and use bluetooth caue you must format the system partition whenever you need to reset the frame and for this we need to clean installation of Win 8.1)
questions please answer! tHNX

I have upgraded to Windows 10, since then my pc can't find my HP Envy 5530 wireless printer. I downloaded some sort of doctor scanning HP according to a previous post on this forum, but it does not work and my pc cannot see my printer yet. Please can someone help? My laptop is a Levono Idepad.
Hey @Rayprinterman,
I see that you have some problems with printing to your craving 5530 e - all - in - one printer after upgrade to Windows 10. I can help you with that.
To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:
- Turn the printer off.
- While the printer is turned off, disconnect the power cable from the back of the router for a minute.
- When the lights come back on the router, turn on the printer.
- Close any programs you have open on your PC.
- In your search type in printers bar and open devices and printers.
- Right-click on any icon of your printer listed.
- Click on remove the instrument.
- Repeat for all other icons of your printer listed.
- Click Add printer, and follow the prompts to add a new queue for your printer.
Please let me know the results after following the above. If this allows you to print, click on accept solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.

Upgrade to Windows 8 Webcam not working HP Envy 14-1050ef
Hello everyone, I've upgraded to windows 8 pro and my webcam is not working. I have tried to install the HP software drivers HP and support website and tried to use Device Manager in windows to detect the webcam without success.
My computer is HP ENVY 14-1050ef Notebook PC.
Anyone know the steps I can take to recognize the device in Windows 8? Thank you very much for your help.
I wasn't able to find the drivers for the web cam. I found the software to use the camera, but it was all I could find.
However, I have a question about Windows 8 upgrade process that was used.
Did you do an upgrade on the spot or a clean installation of Windows 8?
Back to Device Manager. Is there something here at all in another category, indicating that she has a problem any?
There are some events that must happen.
Go to start and search screen to uninstall a program. Select this option in the settings category.
This takes you to the desktop app and show the familiar uninstall a program from Windows 7 feature.
Select Add/Remove Windows components on the left.Framework 3.5 is checked here? If this isn't the case, activate this and install it.
Then, install the HP framework, which is necessary for some HP programs. This is an installation of Windows 7, but he has to cross.
http://goo.GL/jDI7XOnce it is finished, restart the system.
Let me know what happens.

HP Envy 700-327C: upgrade to windows 10
Windows 7 Pro (64) was preinstalled on my HP Envy. It is configured to automatically install the Windows updates. I have the app get Windows 10 and the icon appeared in my system tray indicating that I had booked the upgrade of the W10, but then he suddenly disappeared. When I choose the upgrade of Windows in the list of programs all he used to reassure me that the upgrade of the W10 has been used, but now it's over. The history of the update indicates that the upgrade to Windows 10 failed. CIP 1 service is installed, and as far as I know, all the other critical windows updates.
How can I upgrade to Windows 10?
Hello
July 29, 2015 is history now, do you still need this icon? Please go to the following link:
