HP ENVY 5660: My printer cannot connect to Web services

Hello

When I tried to implement Web Services, I got an error.

The error is "server problem. The printer could not connect to Web Services. The server may be busy or temporary unavilable. Try again later. »

I am connected to internet (WiFi) and the Internet connection is not a problem.  I had this problem for 2 days. I would be grateful any advice.

Thank you.

I've done your instruction, but I always had the same problem. However, after I print web access test report has changed the date on my printer, and auto power off is activated, my printer could somehow related to web services. Thank you very much for all your advice!

  • HP Color Laserjet M177FW MFP PRO cannot connect to web services

I bought a HP Color Laserjet M177FW MFP PRO today and took me to the top. It can print and scan over wireless network. However, it cannot successfully connect to web services. I put the DNS numbers with google DNS addresses. I changed his IP address with manually. The IP address is unique. Normally it is not activate/remove webservices. But when I restart it, it can do for a few minutes. It may take an e-mail address, but it does not print any information sheet. When I try to print a sheet it says "Connection problem" in the first minutes, and later, he said "Connecting" and he expects, there is no error message. What am I supposed to do? Please help me.

First of all thanks for your help. I solved my problem. After that I sent this message that I've updated my firmware printers and that does not solve the problem. I called HP customer service and they help me. We have solved the problem. My router was the reason for my problem. When I reset to factory settings, the problem disappeared. Thanks anyway. I want to share my solution. Maybe it helps others.

  • ENVY 5530:5530 does not connect to web services

I bought a FANCY 5530 yesterday and followed the instructions for setting up wireless. It prints and scans. However, it does not connect to Web Services. One suggestion is that it may require a proxy server details: How can I get these details? I'm not aware that I use a proxy server for internet connection. What can I do, please?

I am using Windows 7, 64 bit OS

After a pratting very long on this labyrinthine web site, I was allowed to telephone support. The solution has been offered instantly, which suggests that it is certainly not unusual. Here's what to do:

1 assuming you can communicate with your printer, open its IP address in the browser.

    2. Select the tab 'network '.

    3. Select "network address (IP)" in the list on the left.

    4. enter 8.8.8.8 as the preferred manual server.

    5. enter 8.8.4.4 as auxiliary manual DNS server.

Which corrects the problem. Thanks to the lovely people I spoke with.

  • HP Envy 110 All In One printer: HP Envy 110 series does not connect to Web Services

I had the printer a number of years and it works very well. I wanted to set up the service of replacement with HP ink, but apparently the "Web Services" are not put in place?

The iprint app refuses to implement. (says it is not connected to the internet and it is!)  I have tried restore factory settings and delete and reinstall on my laptop, nothing helps. I tried to enter the ip address in the browser, but it still does this end no more.

The MNA I am doing wrong?

    Help, please.

    Thank you

Welcome to the Forum from HP Support. I hope you're well @Amchad!

I read on the web-services and wanted to stop doing you to share my suggestions.

As of September 1, 2016, Web Services stop working and are no longer supported on some printers. I'm afraid that your printer is on the list and therefore not compatible with web services. The function ePrint and other web services are not available on this printer.

Please check the details here: http://hp.care/2eKfeK2

As an alternative to HP ePrint, go to Google Cloud Print (in English) to set up your printer as printer 'classic' to use Google Cloud print with your printer.

Hope that answers your questions. Let me know!

  • 7520e HP photosmart all-in-one: 7520e photosmart printer, does not connect to web services

My printer was working fine, I share wireless between your desktop 8.1 windows 64-bit, windows 7 64 bit desktop and a windows 8.1 64-bit laptop, the latter is rarely used although it remains connected.

Now, for some reason, my printer cannot connect to web services, it says an error has occurred, but you may still be able to use some of our services.

I can connect to e print without any problems and it is connected to my network and wireless, I managed to send faxes, but only from the top of the charger of my printer page and not my computer, but at least it works, I can do a sheet of coverage since the fax software.

Is this one of printers who had a few apps taken away from him? If so, this may be the problem with the web services.

I uninstalled my software to print several times and re installed as has a HP technician but still no luck.

    Any ideas please.

It print and scan very well although I have on my desktop windows 8.1 for the moment, I still have to

install it on my windows desktop 7. Last night, when the technology installed on my windows desktop 7, he says you correctly it installed-windows 8.1 desktop, which of course was incorrect. I am the administrator on office computers, no homegroup, or user accounts, I just choose to share.

  • HP Envy 7645: Envy 7645 unable to connect to web services

I have a new 7645 envy that cannot connect to web services.

    I tried the things:

Verified Internet access. "The report of ' the Web access test results" printers displays "No problems found"

Checked the wireless connectivity by connecting to the Server Web Embeded printers

I put statically (primary) DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (secondary)

The IPv4 address is assigned by DHCP, so I changed to static (manually) assigned

Re-checked wireless connectivity by connecting it to printing Embeded Web Server with static IP address

Many printer restarts to ensure that the changes have taken effect. (Have you tried turning off and on again?) (HA!)

    Connected to the https://www.hpconnected.com website

The printer is registered on my devices tab

The State of the printer is 'offline' (I assume that this would change if the web services were working)

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • LaserJet M276nw MFP Color impossible to connect to Web Services, tried all the suggestions on the forum

I tried all the possible suggestions on the forum. I opened all the ports suggested by HP support on my Belkin of N600 router. DMZ has changed IP address on the printer. We even directly wired ethernet for printer, still cannot connect to Web Services. Now I have to wait until April 4 a technician to remind me. Everything else works fine. I can print wireless from my laptop & smartphone. Just can not access Web Services, oh & firmware is up-to-date on printer & router. We changed the DNS settings for 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4.

Success! I had Verizon send me a new Modem/Router. The original was 10 years. Install a new one, did a "Restore Defaults" on the printer. Re-setup the wireless network wizard. Click Web Services & connected. Received my code from the printer. So, since I have a few towns away I figure I would try eprint. It worked... Woot woot!

  • Printer cannot connect to Internet

I need a claim code. To achieve this, I need to access ePrint of my Control Panel on my printer HP model 3512. Unfortunately, I like "Printer cannot connect to the Internet." Can someone help me understand this and correct the problem? Thanks in advance... M

You don't need a code of request to connect to the internet. Your printer has wifi support? Connect the printer to your router wireless first, then you can access ePrint.

  • automatic update has made my Firefox Portable browser cannot connect to Web sites, how can I solve this problem?

When the update for my browser took place, on 05-05-14 @ verse 12: 15, it made the browser cannot connect to Web sites. It does not work in safe mode but not in normal mode. I'm on an hp pavilion dv7, running windows 7. I need to solve this problem as soon as POSSIBLE. Or I'll have to switch browsers, I don't want to do, as I have used Firefox for many years. Can I get help to remedy the situation?

Hello, normally these problems are caused by a security/firewall software which does not recognize and therefore blocks the new versions of firefox: solve connection problems to websites after Firefox update

  • My printer does not connect to Web Services.

I wish I could ePrint.  I use my wireless (Apple's Time Capsule) and I am able to print wirelessly on my Photosmart 7515.  The printer is connected to the wireless network.  BUT Web services will not work and ePrint now does not work (it worked when I first set up the printer, but is no longer works).

Troubleshooting page here used on... off site and return on internet connection and printer from the console, then on to connect to Web services, somehow that had been extinguished, but has not been highlighted by one of the errors provided, lit, which allowed ePrint and then after waiting a few minutes while pending jobs do not print , he returned to cancel the manual DNS entry proposed in the above posts and chose automatic DNS.  Immediately the ePrint and printed elements works now.

    Thank you.

  • PhotoSmart 7520 does not connect to "Web Services"

My new PhotoSmart 7520 eAll-in-one printer will not connect to the "web services" today. Yesterday all top and work without any problem. Any app I try, it gives me the same error message.

I run Win XP, the computer is connected to a wireless router with LAN feature. My printer is connected through the LAN. It was working fine yesterday. I did no changes since last night my computer system.

I'm and turned on the printer and went to print simple Crusaders and received the message that it cannot connect to the 'Web Services '. Sever after tests, I check wireless settings and it shows that it works with an excellent signal strength. The Mac address shows as does the correct IP address for the printer.

I checked my router to see if she was talking to the printer and everything was correct and functional. He showed increased activity with the printer wireless and work, the IP and Mac addresses were both correct.

I followed several statements of SUPPORT from HP on the withdrawal and the reactivation of the Web abuse and got a print both times I tried it.

Just before I downloaded HP Print and Scan, a small icon doctor appeared in the system tray in the lower right by saying that the computer analysis was not available. I ran the program doctor and ran the fixes to scan and print. The small icon disappeared, but I don't know what has been corrected.

I turned the printer and on again at least twice. And I ran twice wireless configuration software.

I can always connect to web services. I didn't have this problem when I set up the new printer Saturday. It worked fine until this morning.

I'm not having any problem connecting to Internet with other software.

We will define a static IP address and (most importanly) an external DNS for the printer:

-Print a the front of the printer Network Setup Page. Note the IP address of the printer.
-Enter the IP address in a browser to reveal the internal settings of the printer.
-Choose the network tab, then wireless along the left side, then on the IPv4 tab.
-On this screen, you want to set a manual IP address. You must assign an IP address outside the range that the router sets automatically (called the DHCP range). If you do not know the range, change the last set of numbers (those after the last '.') 250
-Apply the subnet 255.255.255.0 (unless you know it's different, if so, use it)
-Enter the IP of your router (on the Page of the Network Config) for the gateway.
-Enter for the first DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for second DNS. It's Google DNS. You can choose a different external DNS if you wish.
    -Click 'apply '.

Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.

After that, you will have to redo 'Add printer' using the new IP address.

  • Scanning: Unable to connect error Web Services

My specific error is not listed:
Server connection error: unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm access to the Internet, and then try again.
This error keeps popping up when I try to scan a document from the printer to the PC, even though I'm connected wireless to the internet and you can print wireless from all devices. I use this scan function every day, and this error occur every two weeks. Cannot find how to fix it. Have tried rebooting with no luck.

Thanks - we actually ended up contacting HP because I needed to operate as soon as POSSIBLE for my business. They we had to do something similar to what you suggested and I saved your instructions if we receive this error in the future. Thank you for coming back with me!

  • I get "unable to connect to web services" when trying to use them.

I bought a HP Envy 114.  I've connected to the network and can not print from multiple computers without problem.  When you attempt to connect and allow web services he asks me to accept the terms, then 'check' of product updates.  He always comes up saying "unable to connect to web services.  Confirm access to the internet, and then try again. ».  I set up the wireless and it diesplays the network name and IP address.  I don't know what else to try at this point.  After that, there is no help, I just keep getting sent in circles.

It took a couple times but it seems to work perfectly.  Thanks for your help.

  • Photosmart HP 7520: HP Photosmart 7520 does not connect to web services

My printer suddenly stopped connecting to the Web Services a month ago. I had already used web services successfully for two years, then my computer infected with malware and ruined a lot of things. I guess that it also affected the printer since it is at the same time ceases to function properly. I can print wireless very well all of my devices, but doesn't connect things like regular printable.

I tried restaring the printer and the restoration of the default network printer. I also tried the steps listed in this forum http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/HP-Photosmart-7520-unable-to-connect-to-Web-Services/td...
