  I am betting that the contacts on the cartridge are not completely in contact with the cartridges or cartridges must be sent through the cleaning process. The second contains the steps for the cartridge to be cleaned mechanically and fix the printing problem. If none of this solves the problem and you have already tried a different cartridge, you need to replace the printer.

  This looks like a problem with your printer, not Microsoft Windows. Try the following:

  -Remove the ink cartridge and check it for damage. Replace if necessary.

  -Try to use a new cartridge; the contacts on the old can be damaged.

  -Maybe your paper is too thin or absorbent. Try a different paper brand.

  -If no other solution doesn't work, the problem is probably the printer itself. You may need to replace it. (You don't need to do unless nothing else works)

  I have seen your post on how your HP Deskjet F4480 printer will not feed paper. I'm happy to help you!

  Low ink cartridges can certainly be the cause of not feed paper. I recommend that you replace the ink first and see if that solves the problem. If it does not solve the problem, go through this guide, 'on paper' Error Message on the computer and the printer is not Pick Up or paper feedand let me know what happens!

  I have a 6520 All in One – this week the printer decided to stop printing in black ink - cartridges were installed a few weeks ago and level is higher than 50%

  What procedure I tried, the printer does not print with black more - also not a bit - paper stays white where black ink should be!

  Of course the printer is out of warranty (02-2012), but as I see it, this problem happens a lot on this type of printer - so there is certainly something wrong

  Please HP, it may be that I have to replace my printer after 2 years because he is not black print more or I have to pay more money to fix when I have to pay for a new printer.

• HP Deskjet 3000: Prints but no ink on paper

  Have had problems with connectivity since the upgrade to Windows 10. Have not used printer in a few months. This am I able to restore connectivity and downloaded the new software. Now the printer 'prints' but nothing is on paper. Checked ink supply-says that's enough. Tried to "clean" - still nothing on paper.

  Because if the printer had not been used at the month, cartridges are dried up.

  I do monthly calendars on my HP4240 400 Series Photosmart printer/Scanner.  I want to use HP brochure paper, matte or brilliant, depending on your response, print.  I use 99 Photo Ink, who did an amazing job, I might add, on my HP photo paper.  My question is, is there a noticeable difference in the amount of ink used on paper for brochure compared to paper ordinary hp photo.  I don't know what the saturation is about paper brochure and don't want Miss mid-project ink.  AND, is there a noticeable difference in the amount of ink to print on paper matte brochure against the glossy brochure paper.   Matt paper will usually use a little less than brilliant link.  Plain paper setting will use usually much less than the glossy media.

  In the paper here troubleshooting steps can help solve the black print is not in your Officejet printer 4630.

  In a pinch, you can go to the configuration of the driver and select the type of paper Photo paper.  This will use the color cartridge to print in black.

  Hi guys, I'm designing something that must be printed inkjet on paper 50 # 24 x 26 inches. I tested about 30 newspaper # using a HP deskjet printer and worked find in DRAFT mode. However, for the production we use a Designjet z2100. Even the completely quality slider to the left, it is still too much ink.

  How would we go the printer using less ink speech?

  You're going to need profile and calibrate limit "of ink" of your RIP.  If your RIP doesn't have a profile for this substrate, you get one or the do it yourself (xRite colorimeter and something like "Proof" application-Monaco.  You may be able to obtain a profile of the paper manufacturer.

  If so, what was the outcome of the appeal? If you do not call, please do and let me know how it goes.

  I haven't used my printer for a while, but when I put in place and that you were trying to print a document, the page came out white. The ink cartridges are not empty, and I tried to install new cartridges of ink with the same result. The printer seems to operate normally other than that, just no ink transfer.   Okay, one last thing to check - Remove the ink cartridges and gently pat dry area of the nozzle (where ink should be out) with a clean damp cloth.  A good cartrdige let strong spots of black or cyan, magenta and yellow on the fabric.  Is there is no ink, or only a small stain then the cartridges are likely at fault.  If the ink stain is strong and dark then probably the problem is in the printer and service will be required.

  After having the highest try printing a page of diagnosis as described in this document.  Y at - it no trace at all of the printing on the page?  If there is then cleaning cycles can solve the problem.  If there is a strong ink stain on the fabric of the test above, but no trace of printing there is probably a problem with the electronics of the printer.

  You can remove the software individually and through programs and features. Then I check in devices and printers as well as for you Device Manager ensure that the software is completely removed from the computer. I also saw people manage to delete the embedded through the free trial of the Revo Uninstaller:

  I would also open your dialog box RUN and type "%temp%" and to remove that all of the files there. Some will be used and will not be deleted, but all others can be.

  This should help you to where you want to go. I would like to know if there is anything else I can do!

  New behavior to an old printer that has always worked well until recent days. Prints white sheets, sometimes includes a very few pale lines and small incidental text, but never the desired impression. Does not even print a copy of the scan bed or any kind of status report of its menu on board; will not print any job in any program sent our Macs through our Airport Extreme wireless. Have tried all suggestions of help from HP to restart the printer and all the devices that send to it. Replace all inks without result. Baffled. Ideas?

  This printer has separate print heads and ink cartridges. It seems that the heads need clean or replace. Press 'Setup' on the front and go in tools, there should be an option to "clean the print heads", try several times, if this does not resolve the problem, you must replace the printheads (cartridges)
