  OK, did some research AMD Athlon II Dual - Core P320 has no problem reading blu ray and Yes, I suggest to uninstall the existing Cyberlink software and to install the Cyberlink software that comes with external optical driver...

  I don't know what happened, but there are about 30 minutes, the sound came out. I restarted my laptop and no sound.  I plugged my earpiece and still no sound.

  Try the following.

  Download Realtek HD Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the Realtek audio device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

  Chipset Driver - Windows 7.

  Once this done, stop the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

  Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

  Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the installation of Realtek Audio program and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.

  That's just my opinion, but I understand that the value maximum supported is 4 GB because the card chipset mother Intel GL40 and this is the limit (4 GB)

Looks like the processor i7 - 620 M of Intel Arrandale™ (total 2.66 GHz, 4 MB L3 cache, 1066 MHz) - Dual core 35watts CPU and memory twin 4 GB (2 x 2 GB) DDR3 1066 MHz SODIMM memory are at the max. However, the service guide also States in "Supports up to 8 GB of memory system"

  On the Web HP Customer Support-software and Driver Downloads page, I downloaded some updates. When I then downloaded and installed the operating system-enhancements and patches updates of system essential to the folder, the action inadvertently uninstalled the Intel Control Center on my laptop.

  On a Web site, I have seen that the operating system Windows 7 most of them uses Intel Control Center. In the Web HP G62-b60SI Notebook PC-troubleshooting page, I read that its recommended that you don't need to download from the site to Intel, but rather to the HP Web site itself for performance reasons, it is done. The product number is XU596EA #ACQ, my Version of the Bios/Date: Hewlett Packard F.47, 15/02/2011 and equipped with a processor Intel Pentium can you please help?

  When the installation is complete, restart the laptop.

  Let windows fully recharge, open windows control panel, then open the Device Manager.

  Look for all the entries that are listed as "Unknown device" or have a warning (yellow) against them triangle.  For each of them, follow these steps.

  Right-click on the device problem and select Properties.  Click on the Details tab, choose hardware ID in the drop-down list and post back with the details presented in the title of the value.

  It depends on if the PC have relatively the same hardware (CPU and chipset).

  If they do, most likely the drive will start.

  Worst case, it's that you reinstall the operating system.

  If the player starts, you may need to reactivate Windows 8.1 because he feels that the new card mother.

  If there is a device controller smbus appearing in Device Manager you must install the AMD Chipset drivers and reboot.  You want the first file on the Web page.

  The maximum CPU you can install according to the maintenance manual is the dual core i7 - 620 M.

  You normally a different motherboard for quad core processors - even if they fit into the socket dual-core MB.

  Dual core processors go into motherboards dual core and quad core processors go into cards mothers image and you can't put a dual core processor in a motherboard of hearts (not that you want), or visa versa.

  Hello!! I recently got a HP G62-367DX laptop about a month and half ago and a mouse without a wire about two weeks later. The mouse no longer works last week and tried to put his receiver in other ports usb with no luck there. I also tried to do a system restore and uninstall usb drivers and then by using the device driver to find the hardware changes defective. The only thing I got was an error indicating that the software device driver has not been installed successfully. Is it possible to manually install the drivers I need, or is it a problem of operating system that may require a reinstall of my OS? I would greatly appreciate any comments. Thank you.

  You will need to reinstall the original chipset drivers.

  Go to the Start Menu -> click on all programs ->, click on manage recoveryr (open Recovery Manager).

  From there, under "I need help immediately" you can select "Hardware Driver réinstallation"-> click Next.  When you see the list of available selection drivers "ATi (or AMD) Driver VGA" and click Next.  Once it's done, click on finish, then will restart your computer and you can test your system/USB devices to verify that it is fixed.

  If it does not, meet with your specific model number or PN (product number).

  I have trouble understanding why h/w acceleration is not supported for my graphics card. I have an internal card "Intel (r) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family '. Firefox said "Blocked for your version of the graphics driver" under troubleshooting information. I use Firefox beta 18 under Win8x64. So, here's the problem. When I ran Windows7x64, h/w acceleration was available under chrome & limiting too. I complained ever really because I realized that my card was about 5 years old. When I moved to Windows8 I was planning on getting a new graphics card, to my great surprise, Intel had released new drivers for this version of windows, but suddenly I was getting full throttle under IE, Chrome & Adobe flash plays also support accelerated videos. It would be useful that someone could tell me why Firefox only seems to have a problem.
