    Hello

The HP Solution Center is not available for Windows XP 64-bit, all features are available for a 32 - bit XP operating system.

Appearing on the site of HP, the printer is not compatible with XP 64-bit, only a workaround for printing is available with the 990 C driver and scanning is not supported on the operating system:

Why didn't - it's not my scanner that analyzes in the computer but don't scan to make copies?

Make sure that the parameters of the Analyzer are set on scanning to a file on the printer.

Second, make sure that you have application on your computer. Generally, it is on the installation disc. In the worst case, reinstall your printer software.

  • Photosmart e-all-in-one B110a: HP Solution Center does not open

This problem began in late December 2015.  HP Solution Center worked fine until then.

Now the printer works well, but the HP Solution Center does not open, so can not scan to computer or check ink levels.  Tried to uninstall the KB3132372 update [as suggested in this forum] and then everything works.

However, the update (KB3132372) maintains the re-setup and hit the Centre of HP solutions again.

Is there something wrong with the KB update that disrupts the HP driver?

Is that what I can do through a permanent solution? (other than uninstalling KB3132372 immediately prior to scanning)

Thank you.  Problem solved.  I admit I was a little uncomfortable uninstall security updates - but everything is OK now.

    Multifunction,

Thank you for the update. The registry document I sent should apply to all computers in Windows 8. Please try to follow these steps.

If you do not provide the error log, which could be very useful. This will help me to refine the question. Also, I do not fear spend 20 minutes reading code until something is different.

I will help you with pleasure until the issue is resolved. If you find my help, you can keep tagging my posts with congratulations and accepted Solutions. It would be appreciated.

    Hi all

First of all, sorry about my writing, because I'm French.

    I use a printer HP F4280 all-in-one and Windows 7 32 bit.

I'm preparering of my marriage and the impression a lot of invitation cards. But my printer has just lost his yellow ink all of a sudden and I followed every steps of this link (http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01369481 to solve my problem, but it did not work.)

I am a software developer and work with electronic cards every day. I checked my driver, but when I print the test page (button / stop + Undo button) my yellow ink is missing too, so I suspect a hardware problem, but I don't really know.

  • DeskJet F4280 all-in-one: Deskjet F4280 print white

    Hello

I just inherited a HP Deskjet F4280, printer all in one and put in place.  It auto downloaded the correct driver from Apple and added the printer in system preferences / print and fax.  I use OS 10.10 on a mini mac computer.

I tried an alignment page and it prints blank page.  Goes through the motions as if it's really the impression, but the page is empty!  Tried a regular document via overview and MS Word, same result... blank page.

I checked and the utility said all the cartridges are fine and have enough ink.

I deleted the printer and readded twice and reset once the CUPS.  Same result.

    Any other ideas?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • F4280 all in one printer/scanner. It scans is no longer because of a registry error. How can I fix it?

HP F4280 / Windows Vista 32 bit. When I press the scan button, nothing happens; the light just flashes. The printer works fine. I already uninstalled / reinstalled the driver software several times - without success. I ran the scan HP Dr. and he finds that there is a registry error. How can I fix it?

The problem it is necessary is related to the fact the wrong dll.  The way to fix is to replace the wrong with the right dll.  The post below is measures to solve this problem.  The first message in the thread's brand as the solution and everthing inside is good except for a part of step 5.  Fortunately, the expert has noticed the error and posted corrcted steps in the fourth post of the thread.  Let me know what happens.

  • All-in-one HP Officejet 4620: printer problem

Printer works fine with the office. When you try to print from laptop, black is faded or nonexistent. The colors are sometimes normal and sometimes faded. Are passed through the HP print and scan doctor including updated drivers and the problem still exists. It started when I replaced the black ink cartridge. HP used cartridge, not off the mark. Printer is set up with WiFi connection with a Belkin N600 router. Both computers are HP. Last screen with print and scan doctor says printer has some serious problems.

    Hi @freddie3,

You know, even if the printer prints fine on a computer, I can't help but feel that the question has something to do with the printer itself. Let me explain; I wonder if when you print from a computer so the settings are grayscale, so 3 colors would be coming together to create a composite black.

We will complete the recommended steps provided in the following document, this will help determine the root cause and can help to solve the printer prints a blank Page not printing black or color ink for HP Officejet 4610, 4620, Deskjet Ink Advantage 4610 and 4620 e - all-in - One Printer Series.

If the problem persists, please let me know if the test pages have black ink on them or not. This will help me determine whether or not the problem is, in fact, the printer.

Thanks, I look forward to hearing back on your part.

You're no harm at all, in fact, I appreciate your patience and perseverance, a lot more than you know!

8.1 for Windows is designed to be slightly different from that of Windows 8, it appears the restoration forced you in the upgrade and I didn't know it would be. A I knew, I would have told you it's possible and you could decide whether you want to continue.  I myself 8.1 and like you I enjoyed to have the Windows key in the lower left corner which allowed me to make the navigation easier. I installed what is called the classic interface.
