I recently had to resinstall my printer by using the instillation CD. When I try to scan a document to my computer trying to

to install my scanner. I went online HP SUPPORT DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE. and I tried to download the drivers for

the scanner. This did not help. Each attenpt to download my computer froze. What can I do else? Printing, faxing, and

copy the features very well work.

    The complete software for the J3680 will not install on my new Acer Windows 10 PC (6 months). I don't have the codes error, but when undo them the installation process continues from referring to Windows 8 and I made sure that the software that I chose was supposed to be for Windows 10. I went through the entire process, including all the trouble shooting process, and yet it will not be installed. 3 hours ago and I'm not impressed. This same machine and software worked fine on my Windows 7 PC.

    The message in the window of my printer says cartridge error. I opened the door of the cartridge and makes sure that the cartridges were safe. Message on the screen of my computer says low ink. If the ink is completely out, the printer fails to print and display cartridge error? The cartridge is fairly recent, but it is a remanufactured cartridge.

    I guess that if the printer who copied the cartridge was okay   Then, I got a popup asking if I had problems printing with Windows 10.  After several entries and finally get a prompt for HP Assistant something or other I was finally able to print. I guess that the printer was not recgnizing Windows 10. Now, he recognizes it and is the fine print. Thanks for your comments.

    To start sounds like it is a driver problem. I want to start to be sure that deleting the software and relocation happened in the best way possible. I want you to follow my steps, I can be sure that we start both on the same page.

    It is difficult to say, but it is surely worth a try.

    Ensure that the correct area is selected under Setup > Prefrences > Set Language & country.

    If it is still not listed, the options may vary according to different countries and such is not supported by the printer in your area, usually the option should be available.

  • J3680 all-in-One: get alignment messages

    I've had this printer for a few years and never had this problem before.  I'm at halfway through the ink cartridges and I starting to get requests to make cartridge alignments.  Even after having made them, if I try a new print job, I could still have a request to make an alignment. I can't print a document until I do it. Today, I have printed several documents, and then applications.  How can I understand what is the cause of this problem?  Is there a solution? Is there a way to bypass the message and continue printing?  This is an incredible waste of ink to do these alignments.

    Try to do it an alignment of the printer manually and make sure it crosses and succeeds. You use the HP cartridges?

    Prints, do scans with my 8.1.  The two HP products. Could I download Photo Smart?  W / exact same Guy printer had same problem & no no response.  Any info free HP?  Can I take a screenshot of the photo and file transfer?

    Did you download and install the full feature software?

    I have Windows XP and uninstalled and reinstalled the new software for the all-in-one HP Photosmart 3310, but evrytime I click scan, the scan menu comes up with 3 options, but being the 1. Select the computer the only clickable option. When I click on select a computer, it gives me the error message "no Scan option. Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot. "I had this problem before with my J3680 but solved the problem by reinstalling the software.
