HP officejet 2010 Solution Center gets removed from my computer

MY CENTER of SOLUTIONS HP 6310 officejet 6310 receives constantly deleated from my HP Pavilion 6838f computer. The problem is not with the printer or the connections but with Windows VISTA or a corrupted hard drive.

So you install it, it works for awhile, and then it disappears?  Are you sure that the program is gone and not just the shortcut to the program icon?  Go to start / Control Panel / programs and features and see if the program is on the list.  Then, go to the actual executable file in Program Files (everywhere where it is installed) and see if the files are there and in turn on the executable file will open the program.  If so, the problem is to get the shortcut to stand where you place it.   If she's really uninstalled, then I have no idea why this is happening.  Are you sure that the program is compatible with Vista?  Will always be the printer print a test page for the start / Control Panel / Printers without the software (that is, the drivers and firmware and printer are always installed).  The printer even still appears?

I hope this helps.  If HP cannot or will not help you and reinstall the sottware update don't reolve the problem after back and we will see if there is anything else, we can try - but it is a HP software and they know a lot more on this subject than we do, they should be of more assistance here.

    You can use the CC cleaning tool to remove CC apps to your current machine, but do not forget to disconnect from them before uninstalling.

    Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

    Once you disconnect, it will disable the CC of the current computer and then you can activate it on the new machine.

  • OfficeJet 6500 Solution center will not install/help files missing

    Hey community:

    Have tried several times to install Officejet 6500 with the solutioncenter does not.  When I click on the icon to get an error message that the solution center was not installing correctly.  I saw a flash quick a message about the flash player, but on uninstall / installs later may not get the same message.

    All proposals/solutions.  Am disappointed right now with the Hp Printer.  Online tech solution was to place shortcuts to scan ap and says the printer works perfectly like her without the Center as well as the fax, but cannot fax from word doc.

    In addition, I don't have the help files to set up the printer.  Any help on that would be great.

    There could be two questions

    1. your computer does not have a more recent version. Please download and install. Now reinstall the hp software

    2. if above does not work. disable the firewall (including the windows firewall) and check the solution Center.

    The HP Solution Center is a software for consumer inkjet devices and is not a part of the laserjet software.

    probably, it still exists on your PC from an older HP device.

    I got this HP Officejet 4500 since last October and he has no problem, but something that came just earlier, I get this message on the solution Center HP saying that the printer is disconnected, but everything IS linked and it works.  Y at - it no adjustment I could do short of re - install the software?

    I was on the point to re - install the software but I ran my registry cleaner first, and that solved the problem.  Thanks for your comments.

But it comes with all the software, including HP Customer Participation program 13.0, HP Document Manager 2.0, HP Smart Web Printing 13.0 software OCR by I.R.I.S 13.0 HP Imaging Device functions 13.0, HP Photosmart Essential 4.51 and HP Solution Center 13.0. I have even all this software with the exception of the HP Solution Center 13.0. First of all, what is an OCR software? And secondly, can I remove all the software, and keep the HP Solution Center 13.0, this work HP Solution Center yet?

    From my experience it should not affect other components, it only affects the use of the specific component

    In most cases if the games are deleted from the computer files will remain on the computer.

    I suggest that you are looking for game files in the system32 folder.

    Click on Start menu later click on run and type c:\\windows\system32 in the following search of the window for the file of games like free cell. If you get the files in the system32 folder then copy the file to c:\\program files\start menu\ later in the game folder.

    If fails it above step, try a system restore to the point when the game was available on the computer.

    Solution Center will not load.  Error message: "HP Solution Center cannot work because your installation of the device is not complete."  Solution Center has worked for 3 years and no recent update of the software of the printer have been made.  Solution Center has been removed and reinstalled using the CD of HP.  This does not solve the problem.  Model is A909g, number CB023A.

    Try this solution:

    1. Enter "View installed updates" in the search bar of Windows.  It will show you an option in Control Panel.
    1. Click the appropriate option.
    1. Select the "Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3132372)" and an uninstall option will appear next to the drop-down list to organize.
    1. Click on Uninstall and work through all prompts.
    1. Once uninstalled, the HP Solution Center should work.
