HP Officejet Pro e-all-in-8610: printer does not print
I am getting an impression-failed to get the status of the printer,
Previously, I was able to print remotely from all computers and devices in the House. Now I can print from a computer, a PC, but not from my smart phone or iPad.
I try that, but it did not help. But my grandson has suggested to uninstall and then reinstall the printer. It worked so now I'm all set.
Thank you

HP OfficeJet Pro L7590 all-in: Solution Center does not
We have three computers running Windows 10. On two of them, the Solution Center will not load. Click on the desktop icon and the image of the Cluster Solution flashes briefly and disappeared. We use Windows 10 for several months now and have used the solution Center on all three computers (with Windows 10) up to two days when I tried to use it and it would not load. I buy best Geek Squad support and yesterday an agent has spent more than 4 hours trying to solve the problem and could not managed to open. The final suggestion is to take it to the Geek squad in store for "an update of the operating system and reinstalling the HP drivers on a fresh operating system." I really don't want to do that.
The print function works very much like the copy feature. Do not use the fax machine.
Any ideas anyone?
I have the same problem. It just started a couple of days.
If anyone has a resolution please write me.

HP Officejet Pro 8600 more indicates 'missing or does not print head ". I did 4 HP instructions and now I'm #4: contact HP. I cleaned the heads, replaced the 4 cartridges, removed and replaced the unit restarted, everything. Now what?
There is a document with measures to help address the missing or condition is not the print head. This document can be found here.
From your post, I understand that you did some the most of these steps, but run Solution 4: replace the print head.
If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer/printhead without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out. Once you fill it and she is treated, it will give you the printers warranty information, a file number and the phone number to call.

Cannot get the HP Solution Center to load for officejet pro L7590 all-in-one printer
Unable to get the HP Solution Center to load. Have an officejet pro L7590 all-in-one connected wireless (through the router) on my new computer Windows 8 but had to deceive it calling it a direct connection.
I have a new computer with Windows 8. I managed to get my HP officejet pro all-in-one L7590 printer connected and working with software downloaded from HP. During installation it placed an icon on my desktop (the old format disktop I love) to the center of HP solutions, but when I try to open the Solution Center a message indicates that the installation is not complete. When I try to install more software it brings back me to the orginal installation and indicates that the device is already installed.
I want to clarify again once my choice of installation was directly connected even if it is wireless via a router. It was the only way I could make it work.
The Network Configuration page was just that you will find the IP address, but you have this. It is not as important now. Now that I've shown you a method to help you analyze let us begin the process is not easy to get the Solution Center works again.
I was very happy to find an official document on your computer Windows 8 and the solution Center. I think this should help you when you select your operating system on this page. It is titled "The scanning device estintrouvable and other related errors" and will be a little better explain what you need to try to get the Solution Center to work once again, I am.
Let me know if you have any questions concerning one of the steps here and I will do my best to answer those as quickly as possible. I do not know a few things to do if it does not, but it is certainly the best advice to try first.

How can I determine if a "support alert" applies to the HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-all-in-one printer I own? Since the purchase and registration it two months ago (March 2015), I received two "Support alerts. How will I know if they apply in fact to my printer? I'm "naïve."

It seems none of them apply to your printer.
I opened the two opinions:
- The first notice does not list your printer - does not apply.
- The second notice, although completely obscure in its formulation, provide a local patch page. I clicked on that and was redirected to the Support page. The name of the Patch is still a mystery (no surprise); I clicked on the drivers and software link (this page) and the result did not show anything about your printer / product - does not apply.
These opinions are a bit hard to read sometimes. You are wise to consider and track them. There is always the chance that you could get something that you want to act.
You can always open the Support of your printer Web site and take a look here to see what is available on this page - most of the time is there is a alert there is a notice on the Page. At the very least, you can scan drivers for updates that might be relevant.

I bought the printer (e-all-in-one printer HP Officejet Pro 8610) in January 2015. The printer was working properly - fax, copy and scan, until two days ago. Now, it doesn't print at all. Received an error code: "0xc19a0013" (missing or does not have the print head). An expanded version of the error code reads: "the print head seems to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. Error: 0xc19a0013. The printer uses a removable printhead, HP Ink cartridges (black) 950 and 951 (cmy). I used the diagnosis of HP support recommendations: all software and firmware for this printer is installed. HP ink cartridges are not low or empty; remove the printhead ink cartridges and reinstall them.
There are several steps in the recommendation of troubleshooting, but I stopped to lift the printhead. Because of my technical inexperience, and there were too many ceveats (attention, attention, proper relocation and etc..) with the removal of the print head which could cause problems more serious. Then, I stopped to remove and clean the print head. Also, used the doctor to Scan printer HP for assistance. Tool to clean the printhead does not. What worries me most with the 0xc19a0013 error code is his explanation: the print head seems to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. I can use all the help I can get to understand what is happening with the error code that I received and the resolution of the printer malfunction.

Use the built-in webserver (EWS) to set up scan to email.
NOTE:
During the process of setting up profile, you may be prompted for the name of the SMTP server, SMTP port number or authentication information. You can contact the electronic/Internet mail service provider or system administrator to get the information. SMTP server names and the names of ports are usually easy to find by doing a search on the Internet. For example, to use terms like 'the gmail smtp server name' or 'the yahoo smtp server name' research.

If the HP utility is not on the dock, follow these steps:
Double-click your hard drive.
On the left, select Applications.

Click the scanning tab, and then click Scan to E-mail Setup.
Click outgoing e-mail profile.
Click new and then enter your email address.
Enter a name to display the control panel of the printer to identify the profile of this email.
Enter or confirm the appropriate SMTP server and SMTP port information.
If you usually have to enter a user name and password to connect to your e-mail account, enter this information in the fields of electronic authentication.
Click Next.
If you wish, enter a PIN to restrict access to this e-mail security profile.

HP Officejet Pro L7590 all-in-one printer (prints half of the pages &; gibberish)
My HP Officejet Pro L7590 1.5 year, all-in-one has decided he wants to print a half pages & then gibberish or page 1 of a document of several pages & then turn the remaining blanks pages or gibberish. It started about 3 weeks after a Windows Update (I do not push this update because this may just be a coincidence). I rolled power computer & printer. I also made sure to have the most current printer driver. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the unit 3 times now. I checked the settings of the queue as well. Initially, the problem seems to happen when I rolled up a job to the printer and then closed the application or document that I wanted to print by going to work on something else (like I always did). Now, it happens whenever he wants to. I then delete the pending print job & power cycle sometimes even the printer to act again on the right. I'm pretty tech savvy - I do IT for our office, unless it is over my head. What can you try me & this problem?
If it happens again I suggest to reset the spooler via the command console and then try printing again.

HP OfficeJet Pro 6830 all-in O: printer 6830 fax receive not when auto answer is disabled
I have a phone that has an included answering machine. My connections with the phone jack, phone and printer are all properly connected and voice calls and faxes are basically works well. My problem is when I have the off Auto answer and I receive a call, the answering machine get it if they want to leave a message, but if they press send at the end of a FAX, it won't in fax mode. I have to be present and manual press FAX on my end. If I put it on Auto answer, then when the phone rings and he answers it automatically in FAX mode, regardless if it is a fax or voice call. The rings before answer is 4, but I also tried with 2.
How can I configure it so that I can do both... which means that when a call comes in, it can get picked up by the answering machine if they want to leave a message or if they want to send a FAX, press they SEND to their end and it passes the FAX on my end. I used to have like that with my other all in one printer so I know its possible... at least with another HP model. Thank you in advance.
Try all the 'rings to answer' on the fax machine to 6. You must set the 'rings to answer' on the bigger than the 'rings to answer' fax on the answering machine the answering machine have a chance to pick first, and if it is a fax tone, the fax is then pick up.

OfficeJet Pro 8500 Wireless - pop-up window does not disappear
To start the computer, a window pop up keeps saying "Please wait while Windows configures Document Viewer.
Then he said: "Insert the Document Viewer disk error 1706 no valid source could be found for the viewer of documents produced."
I am connected wirelessly with a Hp Officejet Pro 8500 wireless printer... And it prints, but message pops up everytime I open computer, or open HP solution Center.
Running on Windows XP. -
Any help would be kindly appreciated - as this pop-up message won't go away.
I was hoping that the simplest method would work first. I studied this carefully for you that I am aware that the missing files in your registry can cause this but I can't tell if this is directly related to the HP Solution Center or XP computer. You are able to open the solution Center? If so, then I do not recommend remove and reinstall the printer immediately if it is scanning and printing correctly.
Microsoft Forums gives a very long list of troubleshooting steps, but the reason it is suggesting that a clean boot is to make past the error. I don't think it will fix actually.
This document entitled "Error 1706 - What Is It' had the same information I was looking for. In the end, he recommends the purchase of a software computer cleaning, but if you read this document that tells where to find this missing file you and you can not find, I recommend the simplest method first which works simply on your XP Disk Cleanup (Start button > all programs > Accessories > system tools > disk cleanup) and restart the PC. I really want to try to save the greater amount of time, and keep it as simple as possible. Here is an example of the magnitude that it can get however.
Let me know if any of the simple methods do not work, and I'll give you the best recommendations on registry cleaning software.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 A909: Hp Solution Center does not work for Windows 10 installed
Since windows 10 my HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 A909 will not scan unless I run through the diagnostic tool and then do a test of loading scan. I used to do that through the HP Solution Center, but this doesn't seem to work. His charges and must charge bar but just Flash when you click it. I ran all online and diagnostics Windows, uninstalled and reinstalled on HP website and downloaded new drivers. It still does not work. Windows tells me that all drivers are up-to-date. Out of options.
