HP OfficePro 8620e: cash-back on printers - HP officePro 8620e
I ordered the above printer with a well known distributor of Yorkshire. I noticed that advertising claims when buying I can get cash of £60 return of HP.
Looking at the HP site, it says that the expired cash back the last day of July 2015.
That stement is correct?

There are printers intalled but when we decide to print a pdf form, it shows no printer

I put printers in place on my computer windows 7. From time to time, when I try to print a pdf form, it shows all available printers. When I do a system restore, it brings back the printers. This happens often. Is there a problem in the system that does this often?

L870 - costs of recovery disk satellite
Hi all
Well after 1 month to have a new portable Satalite L series the player bad happened and lost partition onekey... so my rear disks I did when I arrived was not good so I called Toshiba and spoke to some who was very helpful and told me to go to a website to get the recovery disks hmmmm pretty easy.
Then he hit with "there is a tax"? I have a little over £400 for this laptop and I have to pay for the disc as well.
I did not how much they cost, but it's a scam.so I got a ref number and returned the laptop with a complete cash back.

It is not easy to discuss something if you n t understand how it works. Compare Toshiba with other laptop manufacturers and you will see that almost all manufacturers of laptops offers laptops with preinstalled operating system and without recovery disk.
Recovery media must be created by the owner of the laptop. It is described in the document s user manuals. Some people don t care about anything, so if you lose several times Toshiba should send it to you for free?
Toshiba offers for the fair price of 30 Euros, so that the money you will get enabled operating system, including all the drivers, tools, utilities and some other software for free.

We are supposed to be able to add Rewards cards to pay Apple, but what rewards cards, exactly, are eligible? Should there be a real payment method that has some sort of rewards and benefits associated with it? Or can I use a stand-alone rewards card, i.e. the cashier scans and a discount is applied to your purchase? I am trying to add the latter, without success. Using the method of the camera, it is not accepted even when the map is centered in the viewfinder, and using the manual method to enter the card number, it says that the card is not a transmitter that supports Apple pay. In the list of supported cards, it shows that the real banks, not a single merchant with a rewards program.

When I click on the "print" button I get the following message: -.
Word cannot communicate with the printer
There are several possible reasons:
- There may not be enough memory available. Try closing files and programs you don't use.
- Your printer or driver that maybe isn't setup correctly. You may need to adjust your printer settings.
- If you use a network for printing there may be a problem with the network connection or the printer driver.
- There may be loose cables or a bad connection between your computer and your printer.

If I click on 'Print' in the file menu drop-down I can send the document to the printer. (No Communication problem?)
When it reaches the printer it shows an error of: -.
'PAPER JAM' - "clear paper jam and then tap OK."
If I don't do anything but press 'OK' cycles a blank sheet of paper through the printer then prints my document!
I am confused about if I have one or two problems and would appreciate any help anyone could offer.

I see you have a little a problem of confusion when printing from your MS Word documents. The best way to check the hardware of the printer in order to ensure that it works properly is to make a copy of photo stand alone. If the printer is able to copy with giving a paper jam problem then the material is OK and you are probably looking to a software problem.
If your persistent paper jam issue during a photo copy follow this document:
If his only past not when printing from Mac I suggest to reset the printing system in Mac and add the printer again.
To reset the printing system:
1. click click the apple in the upper left corner of the mac
2. click on System Preferences
3. click on printers and scanners
4 hold down the CTRL key and click with the mouse in the empty space under the name of printers
5. click on reset the drop-down list printing system
6. you should get a color wheel and the printer should disappear
To add the printer again
1 go back to printers and scanners
2. click on the sign plus (+) sign under the list of printers
3. in the add a printer window, select your printer and click Add
4. try printing again!

The terms and conditions link, I read that the cashback is for only companies that can claim back VAT? Is it just said so that the "top Free mobile broadband" which attracted me to the Toshiba do violate any rule of advertising with regard to persons who cannot claim VAT refund they always pay the part of VAT and so it is not free? Or will be rejected my request for the cashback with me being not not a business?
I'm a COMPUTER developer who wanted to pay a little more for the area of activity of Toshiba to get something a little more robust, but that does not give me a business customer. So I feel a little annoyed that I could be excluded from the offer that it makes it not obvious from the outset, the offer is for business only. Also, this offer is announced on the UK merchant websites that show the price included VAT as they target consumers rather than businesses, so it is a bit misleading.

Time to claim my cashback after 30 days and guess what, find how to do is almost impossible.

I have now found the "missing link" at the request of cash back. I also discovered that the TOC are very clear about what registration means and is still valid.
I'm disappointed so difficult this process was filed, mainly by very poor instructions and website design (which is frankly terrible).
Toshiba, why are you tarnish a good product with this garbage, ask someone who knows what they are doing to make it user-friendly. None of this is nothing more, it's just, it was who ever made the website for you!

which means that Safari has only a couple of open tabs, but it consumes 3 + GB of your memory. There must be some very greedy Javascript running in one or more of these pages. Here again, it's Snow Leopard, so this version of Safari can not create processes by web page, then you might have dozens of tabs open, which would explain 3 + GB of memory used by Safari.
Avast is the likeliest suspect.
I suspect things MacKeeper remains links a MacKeeper withdrawal (unless the abduction was recent, then it could be that something damaged MacKeeper).
Mettle network stuff. If it's hogging the network that can interfere with other network applications, such as Mail (I think I have more to get here, but I also think it should be mentioned).
These are all red flags, that I can see.

Image Windows 8 build 9200 question. -Is it legal to activate company 9200? and yes I have had this legally and or found it unconsciously meaning I knew not the build number of the official MSDN or a domain name for the Microsoft Service but just took the time to think about what would be a system suitable for me, meaning I knew not if it was the final and some claim that it is the company Microsoft build knowing an extreme freeloaders amount crazy which I sort o' editing in this partial description; I had to search the information until I found and apparently it was a final RTM version, that back at the time I didn't know what it meant. My mother gave us his old HP Photosmart C4580.

Sorry, this model has the old embedded Web server.
Once you click Wireless (802.11), you can simply fill in the information of the network.
If you do not know the encryption network made me know. You can also call your router company for this information.
Here is a screenshot of the fields to fill.
Enter the SSID. (your network name)
Select Infrastructure.
Select the encryption type. (WEP, WPA or Open - no password)
Apply the settings.
You have now completed the configuration of wireless network.
Click on the airport on the upper right corner on a Mac and select your network.
Click on the Apple.
Click System Preferences, click the printers and scanners, and then click on the + sign, then select the printer in the list, make sure that the printer is listed beside the use: displays the name of the correct printer and not Airprint, (Airprint is a driver apple pre-installed with the basic features) click on the Add button. You may need to click the drop down to select your printer.Test the printer.
Then switch back to printers and scanners and remove it from the list for the USB driver.
Unplug the USB cable.

Trying to set up this printer HP with my Mac, running OS 10.9.
Go to system preferences, select Printers and scanners, click the + to add a printer.
I see my printer, select it, and then have three fields below:
1. name, comes up with the default name of the printer, I leave it as what.
2. location, I leave this empty.
3 use, with a drop-down menu, but the only options I have on the menu drop-down are Auto Select, select software and other. Automatic selection does not come to the top with what anyone, select software opens another box but no drivers or anything else in this area to choose and open a Finder window, to find the driver on my system, but I don't know where he is.
All this automation under auto Mac update is not what it is supposed to. Can I use a printer driver the old-fashioned way, which is, download from somewhere, then simply select it in the above Finder window?
Check/repair disk permissions did not work either, same problem.
I found a workaround though. Found the HP utility in the Hewlett-Packard folder in my Applications folder. Who opened, network settings and found the IP address of my printer. Went back to printers and Scanners, and then clicked the IP option to add a printer. Insert the IP address and it has found the driver. No idea why she couldn't do the same thing via the installation of Hello.
