Original title: which user account you want to use to run this program?
I use a computer that is running Windows XP SP3. Recently, when the computer starts first to the top, a window will appear titled ' run as ' the question "which user account do you want to use to run this program?" with two radio buttons. The default selection is "Current user" and there is a checkbox to "protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity. The other button is for "the next user. I have to click 'OK' before you can run any programs.
There is only one user on the computer. Why has this window began to appear and can I get rid of him?
Hello
That you recently installed which triggers this popup message initially upwards?
You can try to perform a clean boot and check if it helps.
A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.
You can read the following article to put the computer in a clean boot:

Software HP C4380 printer causes delays when the computer starts.
I don't know what triggered the problem. I had unplugged the printer and reinstalled. Now, when the computer starts, it hangs for 2-3 minutes seeking a device to the USB location 0. That remove the HP software solves the problem. I installed with the latest HP drivers and tried to use only the printer drivers without the scanner software. If I avoids the HP software, Windows installs with a Jungo win driver that causes the same result. It could have been an update of my Windows XP Home SP3 in the meantime I demolished the printer and reinstalled, but I can't follow any other changes.
Now the printer is useless because of this problem. HP forums suggested disabling a program of tracking of HP under Services.msc, but who has also failed to solve the problem. Any suggestions?

How to remove temporary files, waiting to be written to disk when the computer starts?
Hi Reasman,
Welcome to the Microsoft answers site!
To clear pending files, select the files/folders in the 'Files to add to the CD/DVD' box and press DELETE. However, if you want to delete all files, click the CD/DVD drive and select 'Clear the staging area' from the context menu.
You can manually delete the files that are stored in the following location:
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning folder
I hope this helps!

Node Manager does not restart the WebLogic servers when the computer starts
Hi all
I'm testing the new WebLogic Server version as well as of new forms and reports. I don't have much experience with WebLogic (using the Internet Oracle 10g Application) bare with me for a moment.
I'm using Node Manager to start admin server and all the other managed servers. I also installed nodes as a Windows service manager and configured the boot parameters to include Xrs-/-Xnohup, as stated in the documentation and everything seems to work fine until I restart the server. Node Manager service starts and according to his diary, he plays startup.properties of each server, but it does not start them. Am I missing something here? I found myself in an impression that Node Manager must restart the server in case of reboot system, if the server was running when the computer has been restarted.
Even though I don't have much experience with WebLogic, I'm not a beginner. I managed to migrate (for testing only) all the business application (more than 1000 forms and reports) of iAS 10g to the new version in two days. Application works very well and I only have problems with servers to start when the computer starts using Node Manager.
Test environment:
Windows 2008 Standard 32-bit
RAM: 2 GB
HARD DRIVE: THE 140 GB
CPU: 2xXeon# nodemanager.properties

I am running Vista Home Premium on a laptop Compaq Presario F700. It is listed in the list of computers of readers, it is listed in Device Manager. The lites drive that the computer boots so I know it is detected. When you run itunes or media player the player does not open. When I push the drive button it will not open. It opens with a paperclip in the exit hole. It cannot read a CD or a DVD. None of the media players even recognize there is a disc in the drive. I tried to run fixit, but it would not drive either. I tried restoring from a previous backup, without change.
Hello
Check / settings (BIOS/CMOS) often F2 so watch the screen as it starts - place CD/DVD
1st in the boot order (remember to put it at the time where the fact). Then put in a DVD to boot Windows and see if the driver works.
If it doesn't then it's a hardware problem.
=======================================
If the drive has worked in the test above, that these can help:
Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total
a process that solves the problem.Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.
RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue
below.
Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward

If I understand my Internet search, that this is a classic problem with Win7 and Vista I had my sound connection at startup of the computer each time. It comes, of course, with the sound of starting Windows (i.e. before opening of session) disabled.
When I log out and then log in again once I get acoustic logging, so the question is about the AutoConnect at startup.
I would really like to know if there is any small hack or trick that I could use to allow me to get a sound at startup to logon without having to connect.
NB. There is no security issue on automatic logon, because it is a home computer and I live alone.
Thank you very much
Philip Goddard.I'm having the same problem, I think I'll call dell and see what they say, I integrated 5.1 audio so I guess that there is no sound card. I'll post my results

HP 8620: Printer in offline mode when the computer starts
My 8620 Officejet is offline. It is connected via a cable to my 360 spectrum HP network. When I turned off the computer and start that he even once, the printer starts in offline mode - for example, when I got to print from Microsoft Word (Office Pro 2016), the printer is 'offline' in the Word print dialog and I get a message from Windows system, saying printer offline - and nothing prints.
I can solve it with the help of HP print and Scan doctor. But if I closed the computer and start it up again, it is new offline.
I can fix this by going to the printer by pressing the button on the front power off and then restarting it - the document in the print queue print immediately.
Also, if I start the Server Web part, select 'Tools' and then click 'Print a self Test Page', the page prints as usual. However, if I then go back to Microsoft Word, the printer remains offline.
HP Printer Wizard starts well and the analysis of function of Document or Photo works very well.
It's just the feeling that is not.
Any ideas gratefully received.
Thank you
