HP Pavilion laptop 1310us g7: wireless internet connectivity

I can't connect to the internet via a wireless network.  Windows 7 tells me that the NICs working properly.  I think that the proper adapter is Broadcom 4313 GN 802.11 etc..   I tried disabling and enabling the adapter without success.  A guru of the computer club suggested that I probably have a bad card network.  I wonder if it could be a bad wireless (f12) key on the keyboard.  How can I determine what really is the problem?

  • Pavilion dv7-6b55dx: loss of internet connectivity wireless with Win 10 update

I have a Pavilion dv7-6b55dx notebook with Intel Centrino - N6150 wireless network card. I've recently updated to Win 7 to win 10 64-bit.  The first negative consequence is the deactivation of my wireless internet connection. The without wire/switch market stop on the keyboard is more worked as planned but simply tilted airplane mode on or off.  I followed HP troubleshooting for wireless connectivity problems associated with Windows 10 improvements, including the reinstall the NIC driver wireless, without any positive result.  It seems that 10 Windows does not recognize network N6150 map.

Anyone know if there is a fix for this problem (Microsoft? HP? Intel?) In the meantime, I came back to the Windows 7 operating system.  If there is no patch or another solution at this moment I may decide to go with a wireless USB adapter, but prefer not to do this, if possible.

I did not have a facility clean, but simply ran the standard upgrade ensuring once again I did it using a Wi - Fi and ethernet not.  It worked very well - fully operational wireless connectivity.  Thanks for pointing out the importance of having wireless enabled when you upgrade!

    Internet connection

My laptop is down the internet connection several times daily. I can usually restore the connection to solve the problem. It restores the connection for a while but always says the same thing. «A network cable connected correctly isnot or can be broken and also problem with wireless adapter access point.» I live with 3 other people and we all use the same router and they have no problems.

Also, my computer has some weird pink points at the top of the home screen. So sometimes when I pull up to early or a photo or something there are pink lines on the photos. No idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

I discovered that I had the same problem of the abandonment of the Internet with HP envy. I went on the Intel site and found that they had a fix for the problem I do not know the wireless card you have that I go to your site of NIC and check and see if they have a patch for your network card. After I installed the patch for my NIC my problem disappeared. HP sent me an email with the appropriate also fix.

I keep getting the 'Network security Key Mismatch' message when you try to connect using my wireless internet connection.  I don't know that I use the password.

    Hi oms1957

I recommend you try these methods

    Method 1:

Reset the wireless network and make sure that you set the level of security to WPA2-Personal, as it is recommended.

Here are some links that will help you set up the wireless network

What are the different wireless network security methods?

    Method 2:

If this does not clear if installed third-party antivirus and then try to connect. If the problem is resolved, you have to uninstall the antivirus and reinstall back or check with the settings.

    Method 3:

Cycle power to the router and check if this is useful.

  • HP Pavilion 15 t issues with Internet connectivity can be used under Windows 8

So I just got my new HP Pavilion 15 t-e000 CTO Notebook PC last week, it runs Windows 8 & amp; It is a 64-bit.

The only problem I've had is to stay connected to my wireless Internet. The connection stops at random intervals saying 'Limited' instead of 'connected '. I have to constantly disconnect and connect to my WiFi. It's particularly frustrating when I am trying to download something that lasts longer than a few minutes because the Internet connection cuts, and I have to start the process.

I tried pretty much every "difficulty" people have posted that worked for some people. No luck for me. Sometimes it seems that he will stay connected and then I try to connect to a web page or download something and it turns off again.

-Turn off the "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" under power management in the properties of my wireless connection section... DID NOT WORK

-By using the command prompt to reset the network card... DID NOT WORK

-Running the network and Internet, and convenience stores something... Didn't WORK * update: if I run the connection test network via the HP help/support on my desk Center, while the connection says Limited, I get the notice that the 'default gateway was not available"and the router has been handed over to zero and issue fixed, etc. BUT if I run the test, while the connected said wireless, the test still says there is no problem. And although the test 'fixed' the issue, it does not because the Internet always cut again.

-Updates Windows has installed new updates several times... DID NOT WORK

-Forget the wireless network and set up as a new... DID NOT WORK

-With the help of my computer right next to my wireless router... DID NOT WORK

Used wireless router is: Cisco Linksys Wireless-G 2.4 GHz router to wide band as well as our network is WPA with a security code. We also have an Internet DSL SpeedStream thing (sorry, I don't know what it's called). The Compatibility Center said that this router is compatible with Windows 8. Other computers running Windows 7 and Windows Vista, iPhones, iPads and all work fine.

My laptop uses Intel Centrino Wireless - N 2230 and the light is on and it still says ' device working properly "in the properties.

For any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated because I am at my wits end.

    Thank you

Therefore, it seems that my problem with the limited Internet connection has been resolved. I didn't use my computer for two days and this afternoon, when I turned it on I was still having problems. However, I went to the HP Support Assistant, and it appeared that I had a few updates to download and install, so I let him do his thing. It took awhile because the Internet kept cutting out, but once the update for the wireless Intel have finally set, my connection is REMAINING CONNECTED. Finally!

I don't know why when I went into the properties wireless it says "device working properly ' and when I tried to update the driver it says"your driver is the latest version"or something else.

I suggest you just go to the HP Support Assistant and updates in the section "Updates and the updates of". It was a bit random, but touch wood my looks of problem connecting wireless to be gone.

    Hope this helps

    EY you have some questions,

Funny, is that I have my laptop 4 on lets say half a year. I had problems with my wireless connection, I tried 2 fix it, but really never been stable.

But now I had a problem I've ever had before, can't get no Internet connection what so ever with my wireless connection, only time when I get a connection is
When I put in the cable.

Checked a lot of posts but nothing really worked, tried the FN + F8 verified and updated http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan/.
Tried to update my Realtek RTL8187B wireless 802. 11b / g 54Mbps USB 2.0 network adapter, but he can't find anything on the net.

Let me know what you guys think I should do.

    was soon Dupp

    Hello

Well, you said that the Internet connection is working that with the cable so you have checked the settings wireless LAN on the router? WLAN is enabled on the router?
In addition, you should try to update the firmware on your router.

Also, make sure that you use the same WLAN settings than on your router. I mean the channel and speed (e.g. 802.11 g).

You should also try to disable encryption on the router. Can you connect to the router then?

Finally and most importantly, you use factory settings or you have installed another OS?

  • Wireless Internet connection problems

Windows Vista Edition Family Premium 2007

    Studio XPS 1640

CPU: Intel (r) Core (RM) Duo

    2.40 GHz

    64 bit

I've had my computer for almost three years now and during that time, most of the parties on this matter have been replaced.

More recently, I got both my hard drive and my card wireless replaced due to different problems and now it has developed recently that I can not connect to wireless internet. I live with my best friend, who also has a Dell laptop and I myself own an Acer Netbook and an iPhone, both of which successfully connect to wireless internet. It seems that my system that is having this problem.

I spoke with representatives of Dell's Support more + 5 times and nothing has solved this problem. They simply tell me it's a software problem and I have to buy something System Repair for $100 + (even after having spend $600 on a warranty, which apparently doesn't cover that material).

Obviously, I can connect to via an ethernet/cable connection, but not wireless. It's not that the connection is not displayed, it shows and said it connects, but I only have 'Local' go. This isn't the first problem I've had with my wireless; I got other errors such as: "the ability of this network adapter does not match the requirements of this network" or the connection will show, but that their will to be greyed out as if I don't get any kind of connectivity.

If there is more information that I can give to make this easier to understand, please let me know. I'll post the Windows IP Configuration if necessary to help solve this problem.

    Short version:

    -New hard drive

    -New wireless card

    -New router

-Other appliances in the House a wireless connection

    -Local only access

-With the help of Google Chrome

    -No internet access

"It may be a problem with one or more network adapters on this computer."

"the ability of your network adapter does not match the requirements of this network.

    Hello

Since the update of the driver did not work I would return the system back to factory
as suggested in my response above. After the revision updated the WiFi driver again. If this
does not work then it's material. If necessary, you can disable the built-in WiFi and
use a device of WiFi add-on.

    I hope this helps.
