HP Photosmart 2570 - scanning parameters not no projection in the HP Solution Center software
Everything worked, and then it stopped working. After several uninstalls and reinstalls, I have running HP solution center software but don't show any scanning settings. I am not able to scan. The button to scan does not yet show upward.
How can I get the scan to show button and do scan?
Try bypassing the solution center to access the scan function.
To work around the centre of solutions for scanning:
- Click on the on the start menu.
- Click on computer.
- Open the C drive.
- Open the Program Files (x 86) folder.
- Open the HP folder.
- Open the folder of digital imaging.
- Open the bin folder.
- Run the hpiscnapp.exe.
If the hpiscnapp.exe shows the scan options and allows you to scan, then right click and create a shortcut on the desktop, then you won't have to dig for it every time. I was going to name the shortcut something like HP Scan, so you know what it is. Let me know what happens.

I downloaded the updated driver that is located on the HP site for this printer. I uninstalled and installed this driver three times. I keep getting an error message when I use the HP Solution Center to scan a document to a PDF file. I restarted the program, rebooted the computer and reinstalled the software, as had been suggested in the error message. I'm losing my patience! Anyone have any ideas as to the cause and the solution to this problem?

Suddenly won't scan hp 8600 function, and the hp Solution Center does not connect?
I have been regularly using scanning, copying and printing to my HP 8600 printer features 4/1. All of a sudden when I click on the printer icon only functions of the printer are listed. When I click on the HP Solutions Center (which I have not had to do was s/u w / a previous printer) the message says: HP Solution Center cannot run b/c your device installation is not complete. PLS, connect the cable usb or re - run the Setup program from the installation to a network installation CD. If this does not work...
I insert the CD, re-directed the s/u and nothing has changed. Please notify.

I see that you have had previous HP products, Katharine. I'm glad to know that you have the software installed for the 8600 with success now.
However, the center of Solution software you used with the previous units is more used to the 8600. The software installed for the 8600 should have placed an icon that resembles the printer with the name of the printer it labeling on your desktop. This icon opens the wizard of HP printer with options to control the printer.

within an MXF. If you could help figure me out how to do it

This is not supported natively in SOUL CS6. I'm sorry. Updated SOUL CC for this feature.

After the upgrade to Windows 10 does not open my HP Solution Center software. It flashes only. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software but the problem continues.

Right-click on the Start button and select programs and features.
Click View installed upadtes and search for KB3132372.
Uninstall the specific update, then try running the center of HP solutions again.
If it works fine, I suggest hiding the specific update for now using this tool:

How to add HP Photosmart 5520 to the HP Solution Center
Can someone tell me please how to add my new HP Photosmart 5520 in the HP Solution Center.
My other printers HP added autumatically when I installed them, but this one did not. I have spent quite a long time and can't find anything on how to do it.

Welcome to the HP Forum.
You must install the full features software for your printer: Printer Wizard (the new name for the Solution Center) is installed as part of the installation of the printer software.
General instructions to install the printer software
- Create a Restore Point: create a restore - Win7 Point OR create a restore point Win8
- Open drivers HP & downloads
- Enter your printer model information
- Select your printer in the list of the 'results '.
OR
- Open e-all-in-one printer, HP Photosmart 5520 drivers
- Enter your operating system from the menu drop-down
- Click NEXT and scroll down
- Find the category driver - software product installation
- Select the base driver, e-print, or a full features software
- Save the *.exe installation package (s) on your computer
The files will probably save in the "folder"downloads. "
If it is available, you can download print and scan doctor and / or other programs of the category-utilities
TIP:
Install the utilities / tools first. bit installation packages are smaller in size
- If you have control of "Admin", you can highlight the package and "double-click" to install it, otherwise just right-click, select run as administrator and install.
NOTES:
- Look at the bottom half of the main Web page for your printer for helpful videos help with the installation of the printer software!
- Scroll through the list of videos back until you find the video that best fits your situation.
- Connection USB: download and install the driver software before connecting a USB cable.
- Ethernet: connect the printer to the network and (optional) assign the printer IP address to the router. Once the printer is connected to the network, make sure that the printer is on, and then install the printer software.
- Once the initial installation is complete and functional, check / install category - updated

Could not load the HP Solution Center
I had to reload my HP PC of the image of manufacturers, Windows update and upgrade to Windows 7. I followed all the steps to load the full software features several times. My impressions C4780, but the scan function has an error which suggests the scan from the PC. Never loaded repeated loads and HP solutions Center does not get the responsible Solution Center.
I hope not to repeat the full recovery. Is it possible to get the PC based Centre of Solution without making the full restore?

I understand that you're having trouble installing the software for the printer on your Windows 7 system, and can I just have a few suggestions to help out you!
I suggest a level 3 uninstall first. This "deeper" uninstall will remove all the files on your PC printer.
1. Click Start and type %temp% enforcement, press ENTER to open the temp folder
2. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356) (if there is more than one, choose the most recent folder)
3 open the Util folder
4 open the CCC folder
5. run the L3uninstall.exe
6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

9 download drivers and full software features: HP Photosmart C4700 all-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Driver
10. run the download to reinstall the printer
I hope that does the trick and gets the installation completes successfully. If there are any problems during the process, save a screenshot or write me back with the details.

HP Photosmart C4480 all-in-One gives the HP Solution Center error

I have a HP Photosmart C4480 all-in-One printer. I also have a laptop HP Compaq Presario CQ60 with Vista. These two are under the age of one year.
I just used the ink contained in the supplied start with my printer ink cartridges, so I replaced the. The problem that I was going on even before I replaced the cartridges.
When I run the HP Solution Center, it says at the top:

When I click on the Toolbox, it gives me an error will appear: "the computer is unable to establish two-way communication with the device.

I have a new windows 10 computers using my old HP Officejet Pro 8500. On the HP Solutions Center weedend more would not open, so I'm not able to scan. I deleted the software several times and reinstalled and still does not work Noah. I also installed HP Print and Scan doctor who gives me the following information: device detected error: cartridge or print head problem. "Please make sure that the ink cartidge (s) and Printhead (s) you use in your printer are good" (full message on the attachment). The scan works very well during the test through the printer scanner doctor app. But when I click the icon for the HP Solution Center, it does not open. No problem with printing. Ideas on that. And why the print cartridges affect the ability to use this software and this analysis?

Why the HP Solution Center will not find the printer and then closing?
I reinstalled the HP Solution Center Suite software for my Officejet Pro L7590 (all-in-one) on my wife's computer and was able to print but the solution center not working anymore. Then, I connected the printer to the network and the driver/software installed on my computer. I am able to print as well, but when I open the Solution Center it says "Products HP undetected" and then closes. I have Windows XP Pro on two computers and before that I did a reinstall of the software on my wife's computer, everything worked well. Where should I go from here?
Thanks for the Document of all possible solutions. What I found was the "Digital Imaging Monitor" wasn't not and by going to the directory C:\Program Files\HP\Document Imaging\Bin and find the run file hpqtra08.exe, clicking on that and pressing the key ENTRY, the digital imaging monitor started and the icon popped up in the projection of bar good lower program that it is running. Once who was running, I was able to open the HP Solution Center to my scanner, etc.
The only problem I had was when I restarted my computer, the Document Imaging Monitor does not open and the icon show up in the lower right of the bar program. So this time I went in the directory C:\Program HP Imaging\Bin, click once on the file hpqtra08.exe , then created and right click a shortcut icon on my desktop for this run. Now, whenever I need to use the HP Solution Center I double-click on the icon that I created that starts the digital imaging monitor and then I am able to open the HP Solution Center.
Of course, there is a defect in the installation but I reinstalled the program 3 times without success so I'll stick with manually from the digital imaging monitor, because I know it works.

Grateful for help in finding a way to install the HP Solution Center after upgrade win10. The installation CD original will not auto-run and when seteup.exe forced to run from the DVD, offers 'output' as the only item on the menu. The HP support web site offers only the "HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows" I have installed and tried to run several times. Pretty frustrating. Prints OK from normal applications, but am really struggling to analyze. Any help appreciated.
I have a 8610 who worked during the first weeks perfectly under windows 8.1.
After the Win 10 update, it does not work. The installer who "sees" the printer on the wireless network, impossible to install drivers or programs.
Hate to say it, but I think we're out of luck until HP fixed their software.
Very ironic because they don't have that tell of these printers are compatible with Windows 10 messages. Technically, that's true; It is their software that isn't.
