  Laptop got hit out of the office by CAT when you are connected to the printer when printing. Now the printer says there is no paper in the tray and it leaves a black on the paper mark as the printer attempts to shoot the top sheet of paper in, but he can't.

  I fixed that on my own by giving the top sheet a little bit as he began to print. Hope this helps someone.

  Let it run and if that said also that no problem, it could be some kind of security software blocking the connection of programs to the printer that it cannot see the status. Let me know exactly what this tools.

• Photosmart 5524 print all PDF

  My 5524 will only print a few pages of a PDF and then gives a message "unable to print the document.  It is connected wireless to a new PC for Windows 8.1.  I also have a Photosmart 2575 connected to my router via a network cable wireless and that prints documents same ok.  The 5524 is directly plugged into the power outlet.  I tried to print in black and white and print the document as an image, but that has not solved the problem.  8.1 Windows is up to date, Adobe is up-to-date and the PC and the printer are only one month.  The perfectly other printer functions.  Help, please!

  I suggest make us full uninstall and then reinstall.

  Just in case where a configuration has been changed by an update of Windows, it is a good idea that we just start from scratch.

  I have a HP Photosmart 6510 - B211a which is connected to a wireless network.  Operating system on my Dell PC is 32-bit, Windows XP.  I also have a laptop Toshiba Satellite A355-S6925, Vista 32-bit.  The printer is installed on both computers, and installation was with the disc.  I had no problems printing of the Toshiba laptop and the problem is with the Dell PC.  After I installed the printer I could print from PC, but after awhile, about 2-3 hours, when I tried to print, nothing happened.  I checked the printer on the control panel and in the queue, situation showed "error - offline", when in fact the printer is not in offline mode, because at that time, I could print from the PC.  How can I solve this problem?  Thank you.

• Hpc5d63e printer says offline

  I have a printer HP wireless which allows to print but since my wifi network name has changed it's printing is more and says that it is offline. How do you get online?   Thank you for visiting the Forums from the HP Support! I understand your HP Deskjet 2542 shows offline and you cannot print. I see that you have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers without success. Looks like you may need to rerun Setup wireless. Please follow the steps listed below:

  1. disconnect the USB key if you use a direct connection.

  2. remove the HP software DJ 2542 uninstall from the control panel of your computers an option of the program.

  3. restart the computer.

  4. make sure that all the software DJ 2542 disappeared from the list programs, but also your HP folder listed under all programs in your Start Menu.

  5. now go ahead and download the software and drivers for your DJ 2542, please select the USB to wireless conversion (DO NOT connect USB until the software prompts you to):

• Photosmart 5520: Printer is offline and does not connect

  Printer is often reluctant to a wireless connection.  Printer, Mac, or a router and power off, remove the print file and print again or through the wireless set up wizard usually gets to work.  None of these steps now to get the printer to connect.  Any solution, please?

  I have an Extender.  After that it was off a page which was pending printing print OK.

  Using the Wi - Fi connection.

  Router is Asus DSL N55U router modem.

  No error message displayed on the printer; No flashing lights.

  Printer is not asleep.

  Blue wireless light is off (although the Panel displays "Connected")

  The IP address is 192.168.1.183.

  I just printed another page without turning anything off tension.  Maybe the Extender was the cause of the problem?

• Photosmart 5524 duplex printing margins issue

  Hello

  Just bought a photosmart 5524 printer.  Everything seems ok to start, but have you noticed (with a previous user) who come to the margins when printing on both sides.

  It seems to be to reproduce the same problem as the previous user, but I followed the resolution proferred in this thread, and the problem persists.

  I am running Windows 7, get the number of Word and Acrobat Pro 11 13.

  I tried to change the settings of the printer, as suggested in the thread precedent, but if these are defined that only, I don't get the option to print on both sides.  If duplex is set, I have the option when I select print in the program, but the margins are narrowed.

  My apologies if this has been resolved, but the only thread I can find is the only one I want to talk and this does not seem to resolve.

  Any suggestions gratefully received...
