• HP Photosmart B8550 printer Out Of Paper error message

  I have a HP Photosmart B8550 who insists on the fact that I'm paper little matter how much is in the main tray.  Whenever I try to print from my computer or just running test page, I get the error message "Out of Paper".   This problem occurred about two weeks after the expiration of the warranty of the printer.

  The last thing that he print with success was a sign of sale on fluorescent stock heavy.  I tried cleaning the rollers as others suggested online and found a few red residue, probably from the sign.  It does not have the printer works however.

  Someone else suggested to remove the upper plate and forcing a piece of paper through by hand to get it going again.  If I push a sheet of paper upward to meet the internal reels view and print a single page but it does not take any other paper on its own.  It just goes back to what the message OF PAPER.

  How is the document that is supposed to be pulled up to the rolls? Now that the top plate has been removed, I see an arm with two black rolls down on paper when PRINTING is affected, but they do not seem to turn. They just sit there for a few seconds and then back up just before ON PAPER will start to blink.

  Any suggestion or destroyed independent feeding mechanism? Is there maybe a sensor that is clogged?  If Yes, where is it located and how can it be cleaned?

  If these steps do not fix the problem, then a hardware problem has developed in the feeding mechanism and your best option will be to replace the printer. Have you thought about contacting HP Support on the upgrade program?

  I have a HP Photosmart C4580. 6/30 I printed a document which was 16 pages long, but I lack of paper so he printed only 14 pages. I did not like about the other PMS & I deleted the document in the printer queue. It's always the delete document showing today 4 days later. The computer shows also that any new document that I try to print I got paper but I reloaded. I tried to turn on & off the printer, unplug the printer, turning on & computer turned off, taking the paper that I have only about 10 charged pgs & not it worked. I thought for sure it would at least clear the document which was the removal of the 30, but even that is still there. I was looking through the Middle directly on the printer & I was able to print the settings wireless & info, but I can still print anything from the computer. No word docs or anything directly on the net.  How can I delete the old document?  I think that's the problem with everything else.

  Don't know what happened, but the power output at home triggered a circuit breaker I don't have my battery of my laptop so the computer turns off. When I turned on the computer when we press the restart however the circuit breaker on that printer reproduces all of the document that has been stuck remove. The document was printed before but only 14 of the 16 pages. Thanks for the help though. I never had a chance to peruse the same until the circuit breaker is triggered.

  Very well! A power drain will clear all temporary memory in the printer and it is always the first step to try when anything electronic mess.  Remember this thread and try the material is diagnosed if it happens again.  The link that I was going to send you is hp.com/support so it won't be hard to find if you have other problems like this.  Not found on the Web site additional information be found here if you ask how to do a reset button to put the printer into a "State as nine.  I hope it stays fixed and do not worry about this again!  -Happy printing!

  my printer worked fine, but suddenly stopped in the middle of the regular 8.5x11 print"paper.  A message "on paper" has been in the status window.   There were 25 + sheets of paper in the tray when he leaves.  Computer restarted, turned the printer off & on.  Put new paper in the tray.   Tried full and only 2 leaves and between the two.  Cannot get rid of the error msg and I can't print anything now.

  I use Win XP and have had the printer for about 3 years, used sparingly for files & photos.  It works fine until this problem last night.  I can hear the roller rotates more than usual, I guess because he can't get in on the next sheet of paper.

  1. we need to check the firmware of the printer to ensure that it is up-to-date

  2. check if a test page prints

  3. clean the rollers.

• Tellin me it's out of paper - won't print

  I have a deskjet F2430 all-in-one it was printing ok then started to jam.  I followed all the instructions online and clean the rear rollers.  They were very good.  When I tried to run a test of the rto page he always tells me it is out of paper.  The first seeing yellow flashes.  No matter what I do the same thing is happening.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The model # is CB743A.  It's a F2430.  I tried all the documentation at HP. I am on Windows 7

  @susan33437 what you can do to correct the printer does not pick up the paper is described in the document following the link. If this does not work, you will need to replace the printer. If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out.   This problem may occur if the bins are empty or overloaded or printing, or shiny, side face of the paper is not loaded in the tray upside down. For photo paper, always load the rough side of the paper to the top.

  I understand your printer is going through the motions, but there is no black ink on printing. I would like to help. Please start with the procedure described in the following document; Printers HP Photosmart 7520 - fixing poor print quality.

  If you have performed all the steps in the document above and the problem persists, not one of HPs, my personal recommendation is to use the solution put forward in the next video.  I suggest that if the printhead and the printer he are out of warranty.  Hot water rinse printhead - HP ink printers of the series with removable head.

  I have recommended this solution to others and have been successful, but I can't guarantee that this will solve the problem, it is a term of type line of effort. I hope it helps.

  MoeGhazal I have reviewed your account and it seems that you have upgraded to a volume license CS4 Design Premium for an upgrade of retail Design Premium 5.5.

  I also shows that you have made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium, but the second purchase was cancelled.  Make sure that you use the serial number that ends in 7886.

  If you are using the correct serial number, then it is likely, that the installer won't recognize your serial number of volume license CS4 as being valid for upgrade.  If you can contact our support team you can be traversed through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our team of support directly in Contact with the customer.  You can try to install a web browser, you have not previously used.  It of probably a toolbar or other software applications affect your ability to access the media cat successfully.
