  I understand that you have not setup HP plugged music but your Magicjack voicemail is failing at the trendy music that HP is not configured.

  I would try to change the default for that file type as program that should solve the problem.

  Choose the apps Windows uses by default

  When I tried on the laboratory notebook I followed these steps

  Open charms and went to settings

  default change

  Scroll down and you should see Choose default application by file type

  Locate the wav file, and select the program you want to open in.

  If this does not work, I suggest to contact MIcrosoft for assistance to change the default program for a particular file type.

  I had two partitions on my HD (Satellite L30-114).

  I used the Toshiba recovery Cd to restore windows back to my laptop. The CD has not offered me a full mode or an Expert as written here http://support.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/FAQ350072001GR01.htm he has just recovered without any input on my side!

  After recovery, Windows does not see my second partition. I used the disk management utility, and it is said there are 17 GB of disk unassigned space (this is my second Partition!).

  Hi Coffee_DK, the special action for audio control keys should work with any audio player supported. They will not work in 'Windows Explorer' for example. For example, I did a small test in Windows Media player, and would work only play and stop. Once I created a playlist, I could minimize the player and also worked for Previous/Next audio controls. Essentially, you need to get a player that you can make selections in, and it should work without the need for the HP hip music.
