HP printer:-installing

After installation to disable the software for my HP printer, I have problems with my computer first.

With the start of my computer, I get a message to HP Consultant Assistant, there is no software.

As far as I know he is indeed no HP software has left on my computer except the empty (?) next end no removable files:

-HP imaging Device functions 13.0

-The multifunction HP Photosmart 13.0 REL 2 player software

-HP photosmart Essential 3.5

-HP Smart Web Printing 4.51 and

-13,0 HP Solution Center

To solve the problem, I recently installed a new version of HP support Assistant and then again deleted the software.

It wasn't the solution.

Hope you can help me.

Not sure what you mean by '-installing "; It seems that the printer software is not uninstalled.

Open Control Panel > display icon > programs and features >

Scroll down and look for any software printer - the name (s) will be a bit easier to discern

If you find any software of the printer, right click and uninstall >

Once the removal is complete, close all programs (browsers, email, etc.) >

Stop computer > seconds > Start your computer and log in

Click on the Windows button > scroll to the bottom of the list of the 'apps' for HP* programs - open each category and look for the printer software.  Right click on any program incriminated > and Uninstall

If you delete all programs, restart the computer and log in

    Hello

There is that side of things for the printer HP. Something must be wrong
with their driver. There is a slight possibility that you have something running
originally a strange problem but I would not bet on it.

Contact HP and ask in their forums.

    I hope this helps.

Looks like I have the same problem as everyone else.
When you use HP Print or assistant doctor Scan or HP printer Install, it starts downloading the software, and when you get to 100% it tells me that the download was canceled.

In fact, I found a solution easier.

Instead of using the tool, I downloaded Windows 8.1 software package (which, by the size of it, was the same as downloaded by the tool) and manually installed without a problem.

  • Pavilion TouchSmart touch stopped working after HP Photosmart printer installed

I bought a HP Paviliion TouchSmart 23 - h056 all-in-one new and the touch screen worked flawlessly.  I then installed a 7520 of HP Photosmart all-in-One printer/scanner/copier and the mouse pointer works on screen, but to the touch on the screen no longer works.  The system came pre-installed with Windows 8.1.  Help, please!

Hi and thanks a lot for your suggestion and the quick response!  It was the same driver.

Finally, what has worked, it was that I had tried a reboot, but not completely executed a stop down and pressed the button at the top of the screen to turn it off.  I then pressed the button to turn it back on, and then worked on the touch screen.

You are very kind and competent.  Thank you.

  • WHILE A PRINTER INSTALLED

I can't configure or install my new all in one printer Officejet Pro 8600 on my IMAC desktop computer. Can you help me?

  • HP all-in-one printer install software "think" the software is already installed - it is not.

I have a printer all-in-one HP Photosmart C8180, connected via USB directly to my Windows 7 system.  Over time I installed, updated and uninstalled the software.  At the present time, when I try to install the software is properly run, it did not install the software.  If I click on "Advanced" installation option, I see that it "thinks" most of the support software is 'already installed' and it won't install it.  I tried to uninstall, but it will not uninstall it (because it is not installed).

I can print fine, I can get the driver installed, but I would like for all supported software must be installed also.

How can I get the installation package to acknowledge that the software is not "already installed".

    Hello

Open the content of the CD, run the Uninstall L3. at the bottom of the path...
    CD > Util > CCC > uninstall L3.bat

Once it is completed, and then restart the PC and reinstall the S/w.

    Kind regards

  • While a printer install problem

When you run the CD to install printer, system message arrives with a red cross against usb and can not run the cd to set up my all in a single b.e.m.

My mistake, should have said drivers XP.

    Step by step instructions:
    (1) unplug the MFP or scanner.
    (2) uninstall the printer/scanner software and two pilots to help
    the Add/Remove Programs option.
    (3) look/search folders associated with your printer/scanner model
contains "Twain" files, if the files still exist after uninstalling.
Delete these files and related files.

Note: In the list of files that is found you can ignore everything
    files listed in:
    C:\Windows
    C:\Windows\system32\...
    C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\...

NOTE: In the C:\WINDOWS\twain_32 folder: you have
one or more files. The one of "do not delete" is called: wiatwain.ds
(wiatwain.ds is installed by Windows XP)
All files in this folder were likely created when you
installed the printer/scanner. Check each of the files 'Properties' and if has the
brand of your scanner (Epson, Canon, HP, etc.), identified as the
company/brand, these files can be deleted safely.

On my PC I have my scanner HP twain file located in:
    C:\Program Hewlett-Packard\Precisionscan Pro 3.1\TwainCtrl.ocx
There should be something similar on your PC, so in my case at least
I would like to uninstall the software of Scanner HP and if it ' file TwainCtrl.ocx
is still there after you have uninstalled the scanner software I would delete it.
I have also a second that the file named "Twain_32.dll" TWAIN located:
    C:\Program Files\Adaptec\Easy CD Creator 5\PhotoRelay

    (4) check the Device Manager and remove all the entries if necessary.
    (5) create a Restore Point
    (6) analysis the registry using the name of brand/make of the scanner as a keyword for
image search. (Remove all entries are, but make sure it's a connected scanner entry)
7-restart the PC and check once more the Device Manager.
It should not show any announces the printer/scanner.
    (8) now reinstall the software and two pilots.
    (9) shut down the PC.
    (10) the PC power turned off, connect the printer/scanner, then
    restart / Windows startup.

Note: Sometimes there might help you try a different USB port if you
    printer/scanner is a USB device.

An easy way to test your installation of the twain driver software work, s
is to use a graphical editor named IrfanView.
    http://www.IrfanView.com/

If you download, install and run this software,
located in the menu bar is an option named "file".
By selecting the 'File' option, you should find a
(near the bottom of the list) option for named:
'Select the TWAIN Source', click this option
and then a popup should display valid Twain sources
for scanner you. If you see your scanner from the list,
Select it, and then try to scan an object (picture).

  • HP M1212nf Mfp printer installed via USB Port

I checked all my software and hardware, but when I install the printer using the printer installation disc works. But when I turned my computer off and restart the computer, the printer does not print. The printer indicates a default printer and the printer says ready, but I get nothing. I can re-install and get it printed, but it disconnects when I turn off my computer. I have another printer Dell I can go to and it will be printed, but HP will not.

HP printer to a USB port facilities requires installation of driver CD must be started before the printer is connected to a USB port.
