The 10 key pad does not work on my wireless keyboard.
This just happened. For some reason any (I don't know if a me or something) when I use the keyboard 10 keys on my wireless (mouse and keyboard microsoft 1000 wireless) keyboard, the keyboard uses only features home, pageup, end, PG. FF. I do a lot of work in the spreadsheet, and it is very inconveneint for not being able to use the 10-key pad. Can anyone help me to reset my keyboard so the keyboard-10 is functional?
Your keyboard has a digital lock key [often just marked NumLock]? If so based on it does nothing to change the problem? So that you can address this issue immediately, look at control panel, keyboard to see if there is a way to permanently allow the pad [if that's what suits you] to avoid this problem in the future.
If it has no NumLock key then this can be achieved by the software & could inadvertently pressing keys that are its hotkey to toggle NumLock key on & off. You will need to check the manual to see how to set / unset unless what information & control of adjustment are Control Panel keyboard.

Basically, the other day I noticed the keys 3 and 5 were not work next to the f3 key (meaning I now have to go into the settings of brightness, whenever I want to increase it). I thought "I'll just reboot and see if that fixes anything" and he did... temporarily. I have to restart every time that I've lost the ability to use these keys, but now it does nothing. There is no update which should install Windows (updated 8.1 update 1 recently).
There is no update options the keyboard driver (the box is grayed out).

* I asked this question on the Microsoft forums and I've learned to run the troubleshooter of material (did not help) and if defective, to search for the latest drivers for keyboard - seems to me later for my model, such as the toshiba site list any keyboard updates.*
---
I also grabbed the driver files if this will be of no use at all:
PS/2 standard keyboard
C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\i8042prt.sys
C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\kbdclass.sys---
Can anyone give me any help? I'll buy a USB keyboard in a few weeks anyway, but for now, it's really annoying not being able to use these keyboard shortcuts: P> I asked this question on the Microsoft forums and I've learned to run the troubleshooter of material (did not help) and if defective, to search for the latest drivers for keyboard - I seem to have the most recent for my model, as from Toshiba Web site does not list the keyboard updates.
It seems that this opinion is not from Microsoft staff, but some users of the forum.
You should know that the drivers of keyboard (developed by Microsoft) are still part of the Windows System. Any Windows OS you use, the keyboard driver would be always installed as part of the OS. This means that the drivers of special keyboard DON T exist but system uses own driver...You can check the functionality of the keyboard in USB external keyboard.
If external keyboard works properly, the internal keyboard is malfunctioning and must be replaced. If the external keyboard does not work properly too, then I recommend you to recover the laptop using Toshiba HDD recovery. Otherwise, there could be question of motherboard (keyboard controller).

Satellite Pro A100: Keys to self-retaining post-split alcohol to the keyboard
Hello
I recently shared Jack Daniels in my keyboard and now some of the keys have become
sticky - is anyway to jump keys on clean them?My laptop is a Satellite Pro A100
Thanks in advance,
Matt
The key - caps are loose enough easy, you know how they are attached to the base.
Please be very gentle when you try it, especialy on your first key.You will just need to lift the key (perhaps using your nails) of the left and right of the key,... a few seconds later, he's going to jump on you.
You can build your own tool, too. This is how the dedicated tool looks like:

http://www.wgonsior.de/images/Galerie/DSC05714.jpgPlease keep in mind that some keys like SPACEBAR are very sensitive and have a slightly different mechanism.
Oh yes, one more thing. Please don't blame me if you break something... I've seen people hammering on their keyboard to remove dirt and were angry after they broke something.Best regards
Good luck
chainPS Lucky it was just of Jack Daniels, Bacardi would be worse :D

Hi all
I use LV 2009 in Vista. I use a VI dynamic, in addition to higher level, to monitor the key pad. It works great except for the fact that when I have another application open during the execution of the LabVIEW application, it still meets the press of button. that is so that the use of the calculator and pressing the ESC key to clear the display, LabVIEW reacts as well.
LabVIEW will know if it is the "application of the update" in windows environment? I know he can tell it is windows that are in front, but what about other applications? I think to use this to filter keys when LV is not the front application.
Thank you!

In table form, addition of line, enter the key
I have a tabular presentation. The user must enter the number of items; Sometimes one, sometimes thirty. There is a field to display in the report, i.e. 11111 22222 33333... By default, we can enter an element using the ten key pad, press TAB and jump on the add a line button, press ENTER and a new line is created. But the cursor happened somewhere else in the form. I would then put the Add button a line sets the cursor to the new line of tables so that the user can quickly add multiple numbers without having to use the mouse to click in each new domain. Thanks in advance...
Also, is there anyway to notify if the user enters a number double?
Hello
I have add to your page sample 3 new JavaScript function in the HTML page header
function validateAndAddNewRow(){ /* get all input tags */ var lInput=$("input[name=f06]"); /* array to hold input values */ var lValues=[] /* collect input values to array */ lInput.each(function(i){ lValues.push(this.value); }); /* get unique values */ lValues=$.unique(lValues); /* compare input count to unique values count */ if(lInput.length !== lValues.length){ /* if there is duplicate values */ /* alert about duplicates and exit */ alert("Duplicate values"); return false; } /* no duplicates. so we add new row */ addRow(); /* set focus to last row */ $("input[name=f06]:last").focus(); }
And add a line button target has changed
javascript:validateAndAddNewRow();
This seems to work ok in your example when I run with Firefox.
I noticed that on page 3, you have little JavaScript in the HTML Body Page attribute.
You should not write here all the JavaScript functions. You must fix this.
After you have correct this problem and try my proposal in your own environment return message it works.
If it doesn't, the control is there are JavaScript errors, for example by using Firebug.
Kind regards
