Are there plans to support common applications used by HP employees such as virtual classrooms of HP and MS Communicator?

Also, I would be absolutely DELIGHTED if we had a version of WebOS of MS OneNote, or at least a soft which synchronize with him.

Ok. I'll tell you about it:

-First of all, you need to add a bridge to TMS, in your case, conductor. You must configure the driver on MSDS to limit the number of ports available to 15 video.
-Save all your meeting rooms for MSDS and make them available for planning for end users. When I say 'Save', I mean that you must add to the TMS as not managed using false information numbering system. In addition, if the room is large and requires more than 2 SX80s, you should save this piece twice using very similar names, for example: VC-BR-room-15 (room) and VC-BR-room-15 (video).

-Save all your SX80 to MSDS and NOT make them available to end users plan (you can do this by changing the permission settings). It is only for the purpose of the management

-Change the global setting of Type Conference of TMS to "manual connection. At a conference with the type "Manual connection" is scheduled on the TMS, TMS will implement resources multipoint for this conference, however, he will not try to automatically connect the selected participants.

-Configure TMS to use a driver like default MCU and always include MCU when for routing

-Give users to specific instructions for planning the Conference on MSDS. They must schedule a conference by using the 'Manual login' type, which will be the default value. They must also choose rooms twice (for parts requiring 2 SX80s, for example).

Before you start thinking that this may seem a "working" solution, you must consider that we are only dealing with the planning perspective, there are many other things to consider, such as the layout of rooms, conference layout, audio loop (you have 2 sets of audio devices (microphones and speakers) where you have 2 SX80) etc.

Personally, I don't like the idea of having more than 1 codec in the same room. You'd better develop capacity audio and video using third-party equipment.

Finally, once more, consider MSDS is not a product designed for this purpose, and that is why I would never want to sugget allowing you to run this workaround in a production environment.

Assistant HP support keeps showing me that there is an update for the graphics card AMD driver and control panel for my HP EliteBook 8540w. It is for the driver to download and then fails. I could update all my drivers except this one today.

I had already uninstalled and reinstalled it as suggested elsewhere on these cards (and before your above suggestion). Kudos are certainly in order because you answered, but yours was not the answer that solved my problem.

Curiously, I used HP Support Manager to answer my question, to aid that it is built based on cat. I was put in a conversation with a competent representative of HP and he advised me to do the same thing as you. Still, I had to tell him it was all finished. I allowed him to control remotely from my laptop through virtual rooms of HP and he confirms what I said.

In the end, we agreed that the wrong display driver that was listed in the support manager was an anomaly that should not be are revealed to me that he is not yet released. The representative stated that he would a note at HP on the problem as it was more than just an embarrassment on my part; I tried several times to install this driver ghost using HP Support Mananger only of for have failed and then uninstall later Support Manager himself AND finally post on this forum before you try the chat feature...

Overall I am satisfied by the level of support I received. I recommend the option chat to everyone that I was helped by a real person with real technical skills and there is no "communication problem" between us.

Calls disconnect unexpectedly after a fixed period of CODIAN and VCS

I have the following problem:

Media codian blade use the VCS control as a goalkeeper.

One day, when do the new conference of the codian (or MSD)... AFTER 2 hours and 15 seconds, the present end point at the Conference to close the connection. In the paper, I see messase 'normal clear call '.

In the debugging of vcs log, I see in the same second:

in the log, I see the call disconnected... message endpoint leave the Conference with number 3315 (is the virtual room)

the first request was born form point endpoint or the codian? the programmer, there are the same time.

I don't know what can do to see if it is present a timer in the VCS control configuration.

What I want to do, is to deploy a classroom with (non-persistent) virtual machines as a CEP. This class can be used by anyone, so I'll need to entitle "Everyone" or "Domain users" to access these machines. However, I do not want to download the VMWare Client on other workstations and use virtual desktops in this pool. We will have a separate pool for this behavior (scenario 2). My original plan was to limit it with a firewall, but this would not at all for the second scenario.

Is there a solution integrated into the rest of the Horizon to welcome a 'right workstation' or is there a better solution for my problem?

OK, so I'm using Ubuntu Linux, but I want to kind of run Netflix. Given that Netflix only works on Mac OS X and Windows, I found a way to run Netflix inside a virtual box. You * can *-really, the question is "Why would you?" because the server would be limited (severely) by bothe, VPC restrictions and those of the home edition. This is a configuration of (very) not supported.

So not the areas and very limited display features.

Many of you also on the low side of the RAM in the configuration or vice versa - I recommend at least 3 GB so that you can didicate at least 1 GB at the prompt, and still have room to move around in the host. You can allocate the guest at best - even if WIn7/ServerR2 is less expensive RAM than Vista.

Virtual host name

We have one Equallogic running on a PS4100. I'm relatively new to the learning system so even my way around it. This could be a simple query.

My question is this: we have an old server with 4 TB of data storage. Call the SERVER1. It is retirement due.

I would like to move that data to the Equallogic, where I have plenty of room for it.

However, we have many, many customers running many readers mapped to SERVER1. Instead of remapping all, which will have an age, y at - it a facility inside SAN HQ or group leader to give a virtual host name (which will be "SERVER1") and intellectual property to a volume? Pretty sure that our former NAS system a few years back was able to do this.

For customers, the transition would be seamless - they would always connect to the same host name, only it is now hosted on the Equallogic rather than being a stand-alone server. I need to update the DNS entries and turn off the original Server1 completely of course.

I downloaded the vKernel VoP VAPP and see on the environment page that explore the ability on the right box shows "you have room on 1 cluster to place up to 23 virtual machines.

That means's the maximum VMs or this number indicates can accommodate 23 VMs?

Expand a virtual RAID 5 Partition on a Perc 6i

All,

I'm running a Dell PowerEdge with the Perc 6 / i card. When the server has been setup, a RAID 5 was created from three drives of 2 TB. During the initial construction, I discovered that I could not create a RAID array 5 4 TB to the unique address and be able to install windows. The solution I found was to create two separate partitions within the open manage software; the first partition is a 250 GB boot 'reader', which windows is installed, and the second is the data 'reader' where my data.

Now, I ran out of room on the data "drive" and would like to extend the table. All the instructions I find mention by clicking on the menu drop down and select reconfigure. I don't have this option.

I have a 2 TB drive unallocated on the server that has been cleaned using the clean option in openmanage.

Is there something I'm missing or is it because I created these "partitions" of virtual disk that I am now no longer extend the range?

I did some additional research and managed to find that you are not able to get the option to reconfigure it is because the Raid array is 'cut' into two separate virtual disks. If the entire raid 5 was a simple VD then you would be able to see the option reconfigure you're looking for.

Through this guide, I have configured:

-SIP Trunk of CUCM TP driver (Rendezvous) and model of routing to make call.

-Bridge Conference and conference bridge pools, Conference

-Models Conference and conference alias.

-L' user to connect.

-Add TP CUCM license; touch, call session for conductor; STM license screen.

My test scenario:

-01 camera SX10 call to conference by routing model 6188 list road bridge room is 'Rendezvous_Trunk'.

-In the conductor, make "Rendezvous meeting" of the alias(6) @.*'-'\1.rendezvous_mtg'withHD Servicemodels.

"HD Service" have Conference bridge "To_VTS".

State of the link/trunk:

-Trunk of CUCM TP Condutor:Time up: 0 days 1 hour 29 minutes.

-Bridge Conference in TP driver: permits and status: active.

But the call cannot be successful with the message 'your call cannot be completed as composed. Please check your phone book and call again, or ask your operator for assistance.'

I see that it connects VTS:
