HP z3200ps Gloss Enhancer cartridge issue

We are having a problem with cartridges of gloss enhancer on our printer hp z3200ps range. When we install a new cartridge, it works at first, but we had 3 cartridges that began the empty record, even though they are clearly not anywhere close to being empty, half-full or more. Then, as soon as we put in a new cartridge, the machine works fine. Anyone has experiences with defective cartridges, or do you think that it is a printer problem? BTW, I've updated the machine with the latest firmware, and it has not solved the problem.

I doubt it's a faulty cartridge because she works first right out of the box.  I'm guessing that there is a problem with your printer or the print head of gloss enhancer.

I would remove all the ink cartridges and the printhead, I would then pay off the printhead of booster seat of brightness on a cloth soaked in hot water several times to try to clean the nozzles.  I then reboot the machine and install all inks one at a time to ensure that the machine beeps and accepts it.  Then do the same with the print heads.  Sometimes if the print head is not output enough spray the machine can think that the ink cartridge is empty.  Once the machine has started, you can go in the menus for the ink cartridges and find out the details on that specific cartridge.

    I have a black color cartridge in my printerand printing all black and now I'm almost our black ink.  How can I use colored ink that remains in my cartridge I want to throw.

    Welcome to the HP community @Taybey,

    I read on how you want to use your color ink cartridge, and I wanted to tender hand with my suggestions. Maybe you can check the print on your computer settings and make sure that the option "print in black ink only" is disabled, which will allow the color cartridge to use ink.

    Follow these steps to change the default for all print jobs print settings.

    Hello

    You have all the ink cartridges, the fat black is black but narrow black is black photo and you both need to. You can force it to print, but the chances are very slim. Please replace with a new black photo cartridge. If you need to print something now, please send it to her.

    Hello edwardo55,

    I see you got error codes on your printer referring to the ink cartridge or print head is not not compatible with the printer.

    Please click on the following link to clean the print head and cartridges.  The name of documents is reinstalling the printhead Assembly but she steps to clean the unit.

    If troubleshooting doesn't help not solve your problem, then I would say call the HP Technical Support to see all the other possibilities for you. If you call in North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, please click here: click here.

    Very recently, I replaced my yellow ink cartridge and it worked fine for a few days, but now the printer tells me that he should be replaced, even though I replaced it a few weeks ago! It's never happened before.

    I can't find any online solution that worked... any suggestions?

    Thank you!!!

    Hello efieg,.

    Thank you very much for your answer! I have found a document of troubleshooting for you I'll post for you below. Maybe reset the printer and clean the contacts can solve this problem.

    I hope this helps, let me know how it turns out, and if you are still experiencing a problem with your reading yellow cartridge incorrectly.

  • Error 'Remove and check cartridge _' persistent.

    Hello, my problem is with an old G86 OfficeJet all-in-one. I don't know exactly when I got it, but it was somewhere in the range from 2004-2006. In any case, the problem is that I get many read errors, "remove and check cartridge. _. I left a vacuum there because the error is variable. Sometimes it says color; Sometimes he says black. The first time I got the error, they say color. Initially, my response has been to remove both cartridges and re - install. This had no effect. Then I tried the cyclical food printer. Once again, no effect. I continued to try this: remove the cartridges and resettlement. Finally the message passed to 'color' to the 'black', but it was not very reassuring... After what appeared to be a cycle with no end of trials and errors (and 'colour' and 'black'), I went on the internet and found this page:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/bpa00299

    I tried everything listed there: I cleaned the contacts on the cartridge, I cleaned the contacts on the printer, I re-installed the cartridges and power to bike over and over again... And the only thing that changes all the time was whether the error saying 'black' or 'color', as if it was me taunts in the most irritating way imaginable. What else is left for me to try? Finally, I must turn off this printer to pasture? He is old enough.

    Maybe, it is worth noting that I completed my cartridges recently at Costco. Both are far from empty, and I used them to print correctly since they were filled.

    Hello there PhilSchifley

    I read your post on ink cartridge issues you have. You had posted the exact troubleshooting guide that I would have recommended for you as well. At this point, if there is still a problem you are having, I would say the HP call directly to see what are your options with them.

  • Moved to an another cartridge Photosmart 2710 country does not! HP and the shop can't stop :(

    Hello!

    I found the following about moving to another country to ink cartridge issues

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c02558798

    Contacted HP, but because my printer is old, it is no longer supported, and they can provide information. Asked me to contact the store where I bought the ink cartridge. The shop is arguing that they sold me the correct cartridge for my printer and there is not much they can do to help

    Blocked also do not know where to find information on how to reset my printer to accept new cartridges.

    Help, please!

    Thanks in advance!

    Ornella

    You will need to Contact HP to ask a "regionalization Reset." Do not charge for this, it is covered under the warranty of the cartridge. You will need to have access to your computer and printer then on line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once completed reset cartridges of region of origin no longer works.  Webpage of HP on the subject is here.

    Have uninstalled and rebooted and installed the complete 'solution' software & restarted and it isn't there...

    Cartridge issues are normally resolved by changing the cartridge.  It is usually not much anyone can do to fix one defective, other than frequent cleaning, cartridge until ink is exhausted.  It is often a lot of annoying for most people to bear.

    If you have isolated him down to a problem with the drum or cartridge that my suggestion is to replace it with another cartridge first and consider other options for cleaning and maintenance after.  If the Exchange with a new cartridge solved the problem, you can pursue the options of guarantee/return/refund from the supplier you bought the cartridge under whatever policy they have for defective cartridges.

  • Issue using the ink cartridges.

    I just replaced all my ink cartridges (and now black twice). He did not print documents sent by my iPad or make copies. However, it will display the printer status. I cleaned the print heads. It is then printed out-of-print diagnostic quality showing all my color cartridges are full, but nothing for the black. I clean the printhead three times now and same thing.

    Hello

    Many printers will not print if any of the ink cartridges do not register. If
    You can remove and reinstall the black print cartridge (had to do that to my)
    Printer Brother last night).

    OEM for the printer manufacturer is responsible for the proper functioning of the
    printer and their drivers. Check with their support, their online
    documentation and drivers and ask in their forums (if any).

  • Printing issues cartridge empty?

    Some changes of two cartrideges and all systems say the ink levels are full... the itse printer; f prints and I can print a diagnostic computer hoever page when printing anything else it is said that the two cartridges are empty replace and try again

    Try to turn off the computer and the printer.  Then, disconnect the printer from the computer cable and turn on the computer.  Once its initialized and completed loading of things, then turn on the printer and back the cable.  Then see if that resets things and it prints fine.

    I bought my model printer J 410 HP Deskjet 1050 in India nearly three years ago, I used to install 802 small cartridges as replacement. I recently moved to UK and when the printer ran out of cartridge I installed HP 301 replacements cartridges since 802 small cartridges are not sold in the United Kingdom, but the printer could not recognize these cartridges and the printer utility Toolbox displays the message of incompatibility with the blinking lights on the control panel of the printer. How can I solve this problem. Thanks for help.

  • Cannot turn off the issue of jam and paper cartridge (both at the same time)

    I have a HP Officejet 8600, running on a wireless home network.  The printer will not work.  We get two messages. 1. Introduction to jam, and I'm going through all the steps to clear paper, including the search for pieces of paper, as well as any leaves.  I found no paper, whole or in part anywhere in the printer.  2. at this point, I get a message that I have a problem with a printer (of ink, installed correctly, etc.) cartridge.  Simply replace us all cartridges, so I know that we are not out of ink.  However, when I opened the door to the area of printer cartridge, the cartridge does not move where I can check it out.  There's just right.  So I'm "stuck".  I don't know how to get the cartridge door to roll over so I can check!  I turned off the computer several times and tried to reset things, but nothing seems to work.  Any suggestions?

    Followed - I turned off the printer.  Then opened the cartridge and reaches into the printer access door.  Without moving the cartridge door, I pressed each cartridge to make sure it was placed correctly.  Then, shut the door and back running the printer.  The printer seems to start correctly.  I then opened the door, the door-cartridge moved where I could access them normally.  I double checked that each cartridge is installed and closed the door.

    At this point, everything seems to work properly.

  • Enhancement request: have the ability to see all active rules only (cartridge or not)

    I wish I could see a list of only my rules (active) active running, they are cartridge on without cartridge so I have a single place to view and evaluate only the rules affecting the environment.  It seems it should be easy to do but is apparently not available now.

    You could do it with a groovy script, too - like this:

    ruleService = Server ["RuleService"]

    msg = new StringBuilder ("status, name of the rule, cartridge Name\n")

    .each ruleService.getAllRules () .findAll {! it.isSuspended ()} {rule->

    Msg. Append (Rule.isSuspended ()? ("" Disabled ":"enabled"). Append(","). Append (Rule.Name). Append(","). Append (Rule.getCartridgeName ()). Append ("\n")

    }

    return msg.toString)
