  Why my laptop shut off when I use the charger? I got a new charger installed port, but this has not sorted the problem. It will work for a few days with the charger but then cuts off.   I am trying to connect a bluetooth mouse for my HP Pavilion dv6t-3100 CTO Entertainment Notebook PC, its been 10 windows upgrade, I'm not sure if she actually had bluetooth on its previous operating system, the network adapter is "Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000".

  Device Manager shows no bluetooth driver, after having gone through the hassle of downloading drivers and tried different methods, I started to wonder if my PC has made bluetooth or not! How will I know?

  I have problems with the bluetooth in my HP dv7t-6100.

  I am no longer able to see/add devices bluetooth with Windows 7 is to add a device. He was working a few weeks ago, but was (waking up from his sleep would cause the device to turn off and I should enable in Device Manager to operate).

  WELL, I GOT MY BLUETOOTH WORKS AGAINN!  (Sorry for the caps)

  After turning around uninstalling and installing drivers for many hours, deletion of registry keys, reseating the bluetooth module, I finally found something that worked.

  I have installed the Toshiba bluetooth stack software and unfortunately, my bluetooth has started working again! Wohoo!

  It was difficult to settle at first it seemed that the installation froze on the driver real bluetooth, but just cancel and start the program caused to function normally. (I think its because my stack of drivers/bt bt were corrupt and I couldn't make them disappear completely).

  So, if your bluetooth stops working to the point where mine was to, try another bluetooth stack. It should not be Toshiba, but it happens to work with my HP laptop.

  I have HP Envy 15-171nr notebook pc installed with Windows 8.1 pro. Since the last 2-3 days, I was not able to connect my cell phone to the laptop via bluetooth.   Your laptop was also initially running windows 8.1? If this is not the case, the driver in the Recovery Manager would for an earlier version of windows.

  I just reinstalled windows 7 64 bit on my HP G6-1184SA.

  I managed to get all the other drivers to work from the Drivers HP section on the Web site.

  However I have a problem with drivers Bluetooth.

  • It does not appear in Device Manager.
  • It is obviously not working and I don't even know how I get it to the settings to find/installation/use.
  • I tried all the drivers Bluetooth 4 under my driver on HP product page. (2 of the drivers made me have BSOD and I got in safe mode to remove).

  So basically, I want to get the Bluetooth on my laptop at work - there is no key on the keyboard or button to activate it - but I know there are as I've used it before you reinstall the operating system.

  Hello, I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.  I have a LG your Pro Bluetooth headset that I used to use all the time with Windows 7 and no problems. With 10 windows when I use it is very jerky, cut in and out, stop playing, then all I hear is strange noises and then it starts randomly playing the song / audio 30 seconds later in it. Once this happens, he says they are out of reach (1-2 feet away) then stop playing for a few seconds and all of a sudden resumes play normally, then BAM he begins anew the regular routine.   Interesting that your notebook has a separate wireless and bluetooth module.

  Before you upgrade to IOS 10 both Iphone5s and 6 s more, bluetooth in my Nissan Murano 2013 worked perfectly. Now, pairs of thin phone and able to call but Bluetooth drops out when receive call and it happens on both devices IOS 10.
