    Hello

The HP AIO app delegating remote detection of devices later, only support devices connected with HP ePrint suppor, the HP Officejet 4500 model is not taken such care.

  • DeskJet 4625: HP deskjet 4625 does not show ink levels in app AiO

Two related problems please, it seems Windows 10 last updated:

    1. after the update, I was able to get the printer going again to remove and reinstall then using the latest HP driver (from the HP site) and as a plugged USB printer. Works fine, but I see no longer the ink levels. AiO says "information is not available at this time." Can someone tell how can I see the suply of ink levels. Don't help out them and their detention until the window!

    2. I would like to go back to a wireless connection that I had before the cleaned Windows 10 update only. Should I reinstall completely? We have dubious wireless here and I had connected the TWO Wireless USB before which was easy because I've always had a connection. Is it still possible?

    Thank you!!

Thank you for joining the HP Forums!

I saw your post on how your ink levels are not displayed and you want to go on a wireless connection with your printer HP Deskjet 4625. I'm happy to help you!

To check the ink levels estimated from the printer control panel

    1. from the home screen, press the (Setup) button.

    2. using the buttons on the right, select information of ink and then select estimated ink levels.

For the wireless connection. See Configuring the printer wireless (Windows).

  • 6520 cannot print envelopes

I just bought an eprint 6520. I don't have a PC or a Mac, only an iPhone and the iPad. I can print from the ePrint app, but I can not configure the printer to print envelopes. How to set the printer to make the envelopes (or other pages in size, photos) of the printer itself or through my iPad?

It's actually very easy. I did load the ePrint and remote apps AiO and mating with the 6520. But, none of these applications would not provide paper envelope in option. So, after having unloaded the printer paper and put some envelopes in the bottom tray I just clicked 'print' of the Pages App where I created my list of the envelope. I could only form 6-8 envelopes into the tray at a time, but he did print correctly.

  • on printing the line

I have a deskjet 1512 all in one.  registration and arriving at the home page for all kinds of printing ideas, I found that this could possibly be connected wireless.  I can't understand how to do this, I can't find this homepage with the things mentioned above.  Also, I can't print more than one copy at a time.  I have to hit the button copy over and over rather than choose a quantity.  It's very frustrating.  If anyone can help!

Uh, I'm a teacher, not a student.  The site is a little overwhelming, even for someone who has been around a lot.  I would like to change that, but can't figure out how to return to the profile page...

You did not say if you use a Mac or a Windows PC.

In any case, HP has an application that helps to set up wireless for this model.

  • LaserJet Pro M125nw MFP - scan to application all-in-One remote control does not work

    Hi gurus,

Basically, I bought that Super-imprimante and I now trying to scan to my mobile devices.

I have an iPad 2 iOS 7 on 2 Android devices (small tablet and phone) both running Kitkat 4.4.2

I try to send a scan of all these devices and retrieve the output in my mobile, in fact it is quite described here and for exactly my printer model: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02486319

    Unfortunately, what is happening:

-From my iPad, the app AiO says that my printer is not compatible with the application!

-From my 2 Android devices, the application of all-in-one remote works perfectly, except the scan function as nothing happens (well, when pressing the button 'Preview' or 'Analysis' in the Scan section, I see a button 'Cancel' for 0.1 second and I'm back to this section of the analysis)

    Could someone help please?

The printer is returned to the seller.

According to French support, the product page is fake, so I was waisting my time.

    Problem finally solved!

How you ask? I connected my laptop by entering the static IP address of the printer such as the URL in the settings of the printer page via a Web browser. On the settings page, under the network tab, in the left menu under Setup, I selected the advanced option. In this advanced page, under the heading other settings I ticked the box Reset Factory Settings for all of the network settings and I clicked on the button apply. And voila, the HP AiO Remote App on the iPhone and the iPad is instantly the printer. I still don't know what happened in the first place, but more importantly, the problem is solved. It took a while, but it finally works. My happiness!

    Best regards, bottom

  • HP Desk Jet 3050 J610 Series: help with HP AiO Remote app for iPhone

I recently downloaded the HP AiO Remote app to print directly from my iPhone 5 C.  It works fine, but I would like to know if it is possible to print envelopes of size #10.  I am able to create an envelope in Google Docs and save it in the cloud, but when I try to print from the app I only gave three choices (in the print settings) to paper size (letter, legal and A4).  Does anyone know if there is a way to add an option to envelope #10 size (for the printer settings) within the app? Thank you.

    Hey @Jgk91,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I understand you are trying to print envelopes #10 of the application of remote control HP all-in-one. You may be able to do it by downloading and installing the HP ePrint app instead. If you open this app, then find the document you want to print, you can find paper sizes here. If this isn't the case, then you print from a Windows PC or a Mac instead.

Please let me know if you have the ability to print the envelopes or if you have any other questions. If not, have a great day!

  • HP Envy series 4520: cannot find Windows AiO Remote app store

    Hi all

This is my first time in this forum. I'll try to find the HP AiO Remote app, but it is not in the Windows Phone store.

    I have a XL 640 Lumia.

    Hey @richo43,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see that you have some problems with the printing of your Windows Phone to your craving 4520 e - all - in - one - done. I can help you with that.

First of all, the HP all-in-one App Remote is designed for iOS and Android devices. For a Windows phone, you will need to instead send emails to the address of the printer configurerais ePrint. To do:

    1. On the printer, click web services icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
    2. If you see an email address that is letters and random numbers, click on the gear and scroll to delete Web Services. Once completed, click web services icon again.
    3. Click on accept and Yes. The printer should print a page.
    4. Go to HP connected and sign in or sign up.
    5. Once logged in, click the devices tab.
    6. Click Add the device.
    7. In this screen, enter the code request on the sheet of paper printed earlier.

Now, when you need to print from your phone, you will be able to send e-mails to the address of the printer. Everything you send is print.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, or have a great week!

If this solves your problems, please inform other users by clicking on the Solution accepted under my post.

  • Problems for HP AIO app find printer.

I recently downloaded HP AIO app for Apple wireless printing my printer HP Smart C1580 photo device is connected by ethernet to the router for an unknown reason this app does not seem to find my printer. Is there an answer to this?

    Hi Sherman1,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you would know if the HP all-in-One printer application supports the Photosmart C5180 printer (your other post, I realized that C1580 was a typo).

Your printer is not one of the supported by the HP mobile applications. I have included the HP printers and Mobile Printing Solutions support document for reference.

  • HP Deskjet 3720: Reshape the photo on the document of the iPhone 6 before sending it to the printer with the Remote AIO app.

I have yet to adapt a picture with AIO HP application form document before sending it to the printer.

Harvest funtion works on the next screen, but I don't get a reduced version of the original photo when moving the adjustment screen to another, despite the reorganization of the Blues and lines points (that capture the doc OK outline)

    I have one using IoS iPhone6 9.3.5

    Any ideas please?

    Hello

Try to use the fit to the screen options in conjunction with cropping - because of differences in proportions between your phone photo and paper size, it will be very difficult to get in, but with the help of cultures and adjust to page, you should achieve something close to what you are after.
