  59.5 K refers to a motor with the toner cartridge problem black.  Several times it might just be a bad toner, that does not illuminate.  You can test.  Remove all tonics of the printer.  Turn on the printer and when it asks you to install toner, press the menu key and scroll to the diagnostics menu and then choose the item to disable control of the cartridge.  The printer will say check and he would come after a while to say ready, diagnostics mode.  If it does not try once more with the menu in the same way.  When it indicates ready diagnosis mode, open the door and install the toner cyan in black housing and the other two colors in their regular time slots and let the black toner in the printer.  Now close the door and the printer should say check and eventually come to loan, diagnostic mode.  If she comes back with the error, then you have a hardware problem with the train of drum for the black slot and will need service.  If it's ready, print a configuration page in the menu information and it should send a cyan color config page.  If so, your problem is most likely a bad black toner and it must be replaced.

  The HP Color Laserjet Pro M252N Featuer software complete is not supported on Windows XP, however you can get the features of the printer using HP PCL 6 Universal Print Driver listed on page 9 of the User Guide, be aware that the Service Pack 3 must be installed on the operating system to use the printer:

  Try this test.

  Printed page in after you get the blank page open the access door and see if you can move the carrousel by hand.

  If the carousel will rotate the carousel latch is stuck.

  The lock can be fixed by disassembly of the valve and clean some foam sticky residue deteriorated and its replacement by a thin piece of material. I use stickers very thin markers of a dollar store.

  We have a Color Laserjet 4600 printer. For a long time, it has been printing cyan on the back of the documents that are printed.

  When you reinstall the printer helps reinstall you by plugging the USB of the computer? Or are you downloading from the HP site? I recommend that you disconnect the printer from your computer by unplugging the USB or disconnect the connection without wire and then go to the HP support for HP Color LaserJet 1600 printer. Find your printer driver and reinstall.

• What causes a Color LaserJet 3525 print only Extensible task and nothing else?

  I enclose a printed copy of what should be a configuration of a Color LaserJet 3525 page. As you can see, there is no text of any kind printed but only finger stretch marks. I am also attaching one of the pages of the diagnostics output. As you can see, only magenta print whatever it is readable.

  The printer went out of warranty two years ago, but worked well so far.

  You problems with the black and yellow toners or problem with the scanner to the laser/for these colors. The easy way to test is to go to the diagnostics on the printer menu and choose the item disable check cartridge. When the printer says ready, diagnostic mode, open the front cover and do switch the magenta toner in the black slot and in the yellow slot cyan toner and toner Black, then put in the slot of magenta and yellow toner in the cyan slot. Now try and print a page of Setup again and post the results. If you now get a magenta print which is good, which would indicate that the black toner, and I think that the yellow toner are bad. If still the same problem I think you meet / scanner laser or high-voltage issues. You can also do engine test again to see what lines appear on the page. Keep in mind that the person above you wanted the diagnostic with the installed trainer test.

  Be sure to enter the proper operating system and whether 32-bit or 64 - bit.
  You don't specify your operating system so I can't take you to the correct driver.

  There is not a driver listed for Windows 7, so if you have Windows 7 then download driver Windows Vista and right click to install in compatibility mode.

  If this does not help, I suggest you post in the forums of HP support for your Laserjet Printer.

• HP color laserjet m451 print 2nd page upside down, why?

  I have a HP Color laserjet m451dn which has a capacity of dulpex automatic. I created a two page brochure in Adobe InDesign CS3. In printing the file, it prints the second page upside. I have front and back on or go back upstairs, the 2nd page is upside down. It does this with my pages of graphics program as well. Can print a Web page, document word without problem [with several pages]. Even if I select "print on both sides" and "Finish" even problem.

  Can I print one page at a time? I'm sure I can, but could someone give me the correct instructions: what [s] sandbox use: ending of paper and how to I insert in the tray (external or internal) which direction?

  Help, please! It makes me CWAYZEE!

  I found the solution on my own. As I have said, it was only happening with InDesign CS3 and Corel Draw. I don't think it has to do with the programs BUT, Ta Ta! Here is the solution that I found:

  1. open the print dialog box

  2. After you have put [a journal] in the [set #1] outside bar in the print dialog box, select "Paper Source", then in Tray 1 Manual power.

  3. Select 'Finish' and check "Print on both sides", and then print the first side.

  4. a 'message' on the printer control panel will come [heck, I forgot what he said <> but something to the effect that I should continue the process of printing].

  It allows to print the first side, then pull the paper back and the second part print correctly! YEEPEEEE!

  It worked and if you have a faster procedure, please let me know. Sometimes to find a "work around" and it works, even if it takes more time do you! But if one more easy procedure that is faster and less "hoops" to pass, my boy.  .  .  I'm a game for it!

  Is do what ya have to do, but if a faster easier way comes along, PAHLEEZE! Let me know!
