  Hi, I searched around, but does not find anything specifically about it.

  Audio plays fine in the timeline until I have cut all change, just video or audio/video, graphics whatever it is. As soon as I cut or edit in the timeline audio will not play on stage monitors. The waveform is very good and the counters in the first see audio playback. Really, everything seems perfect, except no sound on the monitor speakers. If I toggle the spectator and then back to the audio timeline will play well until my next edit Any thoughts?

  Rampage PP prefs resolved the question of the static head as mentioned in my previous post.

  Regards the audio not play not of my monitors. Apparently, there was some problems with the pilot of the AJA 12.3.0. Uninstall and falling back to 12.2.1 seem to have solved the problem. Yay! Hope this helps someone.

  I understand that you see an error message on your Photosmart C310a on the ink cartridge is missing or damaged. The print head may have a problem that could trigger this error.   Why not?  (FYI: use in the future something significant, 'cute', if you want to get answers)

  Some manufacturers have a chip in the cartridge that tells the printer that it is empty, for example the date "use before", even if there is ink left. I know specifically that this is the case with your printer, but it can be. Fill the chipped cartridges requires the reset chip. If it has been damaged it could produce volatile results.

  My printer has suddenly stopped working, of course, comes "incompatible cartridge". For the next two weeks, I tried everything I know and everything that I could find (even the Forum Support HP's. I received a response from you, but it was a response to a problem that I didn't ask) now I'm in the never never land. This is the third set of cartridges that I have tried.   I see that you have a problem with incompatible ink cartridges.

  Please click on the link following which treats a 'cartridge problem', "Incompatible cartridge" or "Cartridge missing or corrupted" Message is displayed on the computer or the printer control panel.

• Problem cartridge Photosmart C6380 ink cartridge appears to be missing or damaged

  When I installed a new cartridge black HP, after the existing black cartridge HP showed no black ink on paper, the message on the screen says "Ink cartridge problem - the following ink cartridges appear to be missing or corrupt" and indicated that the black cartridge was at fault.  I tried an another new cartridge HP black and had the same result.

  I can't use the print head clean installation/tool while the message remains.

  I have reset the printer (several times) by unplugging the power cord from the printer, while the power was on, wait at least 30 seconds and then reconnect the power cord to the printer.  All to nothing does not.

  Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

  After having tried many suggestions from the Forum, including cleaning the printhead twice, I abandoned all hope and withdrawn for all connections of my Photosmart C6380 and instead, began to investigate other (not HP) printers.  A few days later (I'm slow nine material selection!), I thought I would connect my printer to my computer for one last try.

  AMAZING RESULT!

  The printer has recognized all the cartridges HP 5 as he had already said that the (new) black cartridge is missing or empty.  It then proceeds automatically to clean and align the cartridges, taking more than 10 minutes in the process, and finally it print a sheet showing that the printer was working again.  I had to restart the computer before I could print normal leaves.

  It seemed to me that the printer for a long period of isolation meant the printer lost recorded "information" and so had to start again.

  Problem has been resolved by downloading a new version of the Comcast toolbar. They use to automatically update this bar tools, but for some reason stopped mines updated. But problem is now solved by this new version, the toolbar is now visible on the screen.

The thing that worked for me tried a soft reset by pressing the power button and volume buttons, and then restore to the factory settings.
