HTTP device driver cannot restart

I install a web software (IIS) on Windows Server 2003, but the installation fails because it cannot restart the HTTP service.  If I go into Device Manager - show hidden devices and - no Plug and Play drivers, I can click stop on the HTTP driver but it gets stuck on stop.  I can't solve this problem unless I reboot the whole server.  I worked on it for about a week now.  Someone saw?

I'm sure that I used PSKILL for this in the past (to force it to stop). Any errors in the event viewer?

    Hello:

    On the PC with the Intel Skylake chipset like yours, there is no support USB2 and the W7 installation media has no the USB3 support, so you are between a rock and a hard place.

    The solution that works for most is to use the tool below to integrate the drivers USB 3 of your installation drive of W7 USB flash media.

    There are instructions in the readme on the link below to learn how to use the tool.  It should be run on a PC with W8.1 or W10.

    ======================================================

    If necessary:

    Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
    Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.

    Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward

    Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
    manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    ===============================

    Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD

  • My CD-ROM device driver does not (code 39). This happened after I restarted while trying to load Norton Antivirus on CD.

    I have a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH10 ATA Device of DVD and also a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GE20LU10 USB device on my Windows Vista desktop - system.

    After the restart during installation of Norton Antivirus on CD, the ATA device failed to recognize the CD and Device Manager showed that the device driver for the two devices CD-ROM (System32\Drivers\cdrom.sys) was now not to load. (code 39). Device Manager indicates that it may be damaged or missing, but the driver is in place and date from 04/11/2009. Restart and try to upgrade the driver makes no difference, and he does not always load. All other device drivers work well.

    Try following the steps under "Windows 7 or Windows Vista" in the MS KB article:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/982116

    These measures, to remove the UpperFilters and LowerFilters, values if they exist, in the registry key named can help.

    I am running Windows 7 on a HP Pavilion a1600n and sometimes in the last month the CD/DVD drive stopped recognizing DVDs and CDs. It is opening and closing, and turn the disc when I put them in the drive, simply do not recognize anything beyond that.

    Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
    ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and

    Also check with your system manufacturer to see if there are any updated drivers for your DVD. Or even if it
    are you can reinstall the 'old'. Many use Windows default drivers however some special aura
    ones. Also check the website of the manufacturer of the car.

    Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
