HTTP port conflict detected...
Hi allI'm just new to JDeveloper.
When I try to run the page. XML file in my project... its giving the below the error message in the log file...
HTTP port conflict detected. The HTTP port is reassigned to port 8063.
Starting of the OC4J was cancelled by the user.
The return port assignments to: HTTP = 8062, RMI = 23892, RMI - SSL = 24044, JMS = 9228.
The IIOP return port assignments to: = 5656 IIOP, IIOP-SSL = 5657
If I put the HTTP = 8062 value in 'Embedded server OC4J Preferences', his tent to assign the value HTTP = 8063 then my port instance is 8062.
Please suggest me how to go further.
Thank you
Harish.
IF you don't have much of a problem, I suggest that you close jdeveloper, delete the folder system and myclasses and try again. Even in this case if the problem is not resolved, I suggest you to unpack a fresh zip for Jdeveloper.

Change according to the instructions of vmware tomcat http port, still gives error
According to this doc, Centre of Documentation of vSphere 5.5 I should be able to change the tomcat port http. But once I do, I see the errors below. I guess there are other conf files to change, but I can't find those who. I need to change the port to something else than my failure to support another agent of products I need on the vcenter server.
Impossible to recover data on the health of https://localhost:443/VSM/health.XML
Impossible to recover data on the health of https://localhost:443/EAM/eamService-Web/health.XML
Thanks for the reply. After working with support and troubleshooting a bit to mine, vmware help has found a workaround.
I stopped the services of vcenter server and Web services.
I changed the port 8082 to meet my needs in the bio line - vmssl.http.port = 8082 in the file C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\tomcat\conf\catalina.properties
VMware support also noted this line in that same case, bio - vmssl.https.port = 8443
We changed the 8443 port to meet my online "
https://localhost:8443/eam/eamService-web/health.xml " present in the sectionconfiguration in the file C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\VirtualCenter Server\extensions\com.vmware.vim.eam\extension.xml We changed the 8443 port to meet my online "
https://localhost:8443/vsm/health.xml " present in the sectionconfiguration in the file C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\VirtualCenter Server\extensions\com.vmware.vim.vsm\extension.xml I changed the port 8082 in line
http://127.0.0.1:8082/vsm/ovfConsumer / in the file C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\VirtualCenter Server\extensions\com.vmware.vim.vsm\extension.xmlI started the server vcenter and webservices. Then I start the service in a conflict that also used the port 8081, I have since the change of port 8082 in my configuration of vcenter. In my case, port 8081 used for communication of McAfee Agent throughout our whole environment. After all this, no error is reported by the vcenter service monitor, and I can hit the URLS of health via a browser and get a valid answer.

vCenter Question Upgrade (requirement of http and https ports)
Hello
In vSphere Upgrade Guide, the documentation clearly indicates "vCenter Server 4.0 uses TCP/IP Ports 80 and 443, you _cannot _run vCenter Server on the same computer as a webserver using these ports, because this causes conflicts of port.
Now in the vCenter has always allowed me to change the ports by default during the installation, not only do this to avoid conflicts? My current virtualcenter server using ports 80 and 443 for a bunch of websites and I can't move. I don't have another server that has these free ports.
If any of you have changed the default http and https ports during installation (I even do that)? Problems? All comments in general? VCenter even use these ports for? I searched but could not find a definitive answer.
This is a very critical level and I'd rather not start it until I know exactly what to expect.
Thank you!!
Well the port 80 and 443 are generally webservices 80 http 443 https, it is no different with virtual center, they are used for web access to manage virtual machines etc.
and yes I have changed these on a server vc, when access to the content of the web services via the browser enough ":" at the end of the address
change change will require virtual center of service needs to be restarted

1) looking for ball Essbase, the only way to determine Port conflicts and the only way to solve will EMP and reconfig?

Published by: user7731932 on May 5, 2009 16:01Looking for ball Essbase, the only way to determine Port conflicts and the only way to solve will EMP and reconfig?
N ° kill the essbase or stop the essbase and then issue a netstat command in cmd prompt and look at this report. For example if you said 33000 to 34000 in the file essbase.cfg if you see profits of this range, it means you have port conflict.
(2) if the addition of an external device such as a modem card or services to wide band is there a way to prevent port proactively conflicts?
ACC to me there is no way.

Hello
I'm new to OAF and my jdeveloper became very slow this morning.
Until yesterday it worked fine, and I have not done anything since then.
I get the popup when running the jdev which I've never seen before.
"Port conflicts were detected, and the ports affected were automatically reassigned to available ports... »
and it takes a long time to run the page.
What could be the problem?...I think that some jdev double instance is running in the background in your system.
1 close your jdeveloper and go to Task Manager
2. check if there is any processes running as "javaw" & "jdevW", then kill them all.
3 start the jdeveloper and try to run the page.Prasanna-

Driver of HP Photosmart 7515 conflict detected
A network connection and he lost. A ran diagnostics and after uninstall & reinstall several times, it keeps PILOT CONFLICT DETECTED, whenever I re - install when it gets to the NETWORK CHECK or VERIFICATION of NETWORK ENVIRONMENT, it becomes unresponsive. Going nuts!
Hi @DanielMM ,
By your post, I see that you cannot set up the printer on the network. I can help you with this.
Here is a document to run the uninstall once more, reset the Winsock settings and try the install again.
Network Installation hangs on the screen "check network environment".
If you're still having problems, download and run the printing and scanning doctor. It will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically. Find and fix common printer problems using the tools of diagnosis HP for Windows?
What operating system do you use? How to find the Windows Edition and the Version on your computer.
What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (she print or scan, error messages)
Please provide detailed results if you're still having problems.
Also, I will private Message you a few extra steps to modify the registry for the printer, if the problem persists.
In the forum next to your handle name simply click on the envelope to see.
Have a great day!

Cannot access internet, check HTTP, FTP and HTTPS port settings
Using Windows XP, cannot access internet. The problems notified that Windows cannot connect Internet using HTTP HTTPS or FTP. Said that it's probably caused by the settings of the firewall. Adiveses to check the settings of the firewall for HTTP (80) port, the HTTPS port (443) and FTP port (21). Did not inform how to do this.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Samsung BD Player reports HTTP port is disabled.
As the subject says, I hung a Samsung BD player on a BEFSR41 router. The router has the current version of the firmware. When I run the test connection to the player, the local connection is good but the Internet connection fails and the message is "HTTP port is disabled."
I searched high and low for a solution without success. I did research on the forum and could not find anything. A test, I connected the BD drive directly on the ADSL modem and Internet connection worked perfectly, it seems that the block is in the router.
I have serched through the configuration of the router and changed most of the settings to try to find something that would work. Nothing worked, so I go back to my installation to its original state.
Any help would be appreciated.
Found the solution!
The problem was with the help of the automatic configuration. The configured router allows you to enter 3 DNS servers. The router is smart enough to try all 3 to resolve a domain name. However, Samsung grabs only first that of the router during autoconfiguration. If the first is bad, no internet connection. By manually setting the DNS server in the Samsung with a valid DNS server, everything is good. Or better yet, make sure the first value of the router DNS server are valid.
Hard to hunt, this is the error message given by the player who the "HTTP port is disabled." So bad, it did not something like "Cannot resolve the domain name."

Why do I get a message "driver conflict detected" after you have installed the latest driver.
I got the impression ink levels display problems. So, I decided to run the latest software to print and Scan doctor. Of course, diagnostic tests detected a driver problem and displays a message "Driver conflict detected. So, following the instructions, the driver has been uninstalled and new software has been installed by using the latest version of the driver full and another software installation. After this has been done, diagnostic tests was performed again, guess what, same message. The next timeI just installed the driver installation package. The diagnosis was made again. Guess what, same error. Well, after a few hours trying to find another driver for a 64-bit computer to Windows 7 and looking for an uninstall program different, I gave up. Oh, the other problem is repeated 'offline' messages on my wife, WIFI connection to the printer. No problem has been fixed. Does anyone have a solution?
Thank you-
That solved the problem for the USB connected computer. The wireless computer works correctly.
Thank you very much for the help.

VPN connection to access the content server on the HTTP port only
Hello
We have ASA5520, and we want to set up an IPSEC VPN profile so that one of our partners can access a server and only on the HTTP port.
I tried to Configure tunneling split with an extended ACL, but probably I'm missing something. I just set up the ACL so that it included all source IP of our server on the HTTP port, but when testing, it did not work.
However, if I configure a Standard ACL on the split tunneling I can access the server and all services it provides.
Do you know if Miss me anything on the extended ACL configuration?
Should I configure it any other way?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards
Igor
Hi Igor,.
To do this, you must use a VPN filter.
Please see this:
* Split tunneling should be a Standard ACL.

Running ORDS3 on Port 80 returns HTTP port as -1
Hi all
When I run 3 ADR on port 80, the HTTP_PORT CGI_VAR is returned as -1.
Running on other ports seems to work very well. I tested on standalone and through tomcat.
Version of ADR is: 3.0.0.121.10.23
My settings are:

DB. HostName = localhost

DB. UserName = APEX_PUBLIC_USER
PLSQL. Gateway.Add = true
Rest.services.apex.Add = true
Rest.services.ords.Add = true
Schema.tablespace.default = SYSAUX
Schema.tablespace.Temp = Temp
standalone.http.port = 80

User.public.Password=@05E805F0B5CEC625BE3C2296AC3161A9D7
User.tablespace.default = Users
User.tablespace.Temp = Temp
(oracle passwords)
that is what follows in a page of the apex:
begin FOR I IN 1 .. SYS.OWA.CGI_VAR_NAME.COUNT LOOP if SYS.OWA.CGI_VAR_NAME(i) in ('HTTP_HOST','HTTP_PORT') then htp.prn(SYS.OWA.CGI_VAR_NAME(i)||':'||SYS.OWA.CGI_VAR_VAL(I)); htp.prn('<br />'); end if; END LOOP; end;
Outputs:
HTTP_HOST:192.168.1.4:-1
HTTP_PORT:-1
Thank you for your report, it is a step backwards and will be fixed in the next version. We have filed BUG 21083867 to follow up on this matter.

Remote Server Update Manager with different http port
To put it simply, I think I might have some problems, but I installed the update on a remote server Manager (and not on the VC server) and since he also manages the WSUS updates, I couldn't use port 80 for the http port so I changed it to 81. I have problems with the VC connection to Manager Update server. I can't download the plugin to activate it. Also, I noticed that there is a full installation of the 2.5u3 on our server of VC, which also included the Update Manager. Should I uninstall that before the new one would connect upward?

How to change HTTP port programmatically?
Hello
I would like to know if it is possible to change the http port on a server managed by program without repeating the server?
Could it be perhaps with a JMX MBean?
Greetings,
AméoHi Améo,
One more thing... As soon as you accelerate that program... Once the server change port, you will get "* PeerGoneException *"... This is because the Server Port is changed... Now the MBeanServerConnection object no longer able to be connected to the old Port. It's good... So when you write try {} catch {} block to handle this exception, and then create a fresh MBeanServerConnection to connect save() and activate().
Please mark the thread as answered as well... ;) Just for the simplicity of a few users who comes to read messages answered...
Thank you

Trouble when not specify the HTTP port
Hey all,.
I'm trying to install JRUN4/IIS and deploy a web application that accesses servlets. I'm fairly positive that almost everything is set up very well because the servlet needs out of XML, however, I get a 404 error, if I DO NOT specify the HTTP port that uses the server - for example, my server is called frank and i've got things configured so that newsite.here.com translates into frank and things pull his IIS. Long story short, I can get out of my servlet if I specify the HTTP port that it is using such as:
http://NewSite.here.com:8303 / htmlcontent.View
However if I access it as:
http://NewSite.here.com/htmlcontent.view
In addition, newsite.here.com should resolve correctly because there are several other pages JSP/etc I can access this site.
Can someone point me in a direction to look? Thank you.Did you run the web server configuration tool (wsconfig.exe)? See http://livedocs.macromedia.com/jrun/4/Installing_JRun/servconf.htm.
