  The URL you are using is already encoded. You must use a URL unecoded, because Captivate is encoding special characters again.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

• No router light not showing

  Hello, I have a N300 wireless range extender and its does not work. Funny is that it seems to work.

  I followed the instrustions to the letter (twice), as well as my wife (when it is in doubt let the wife embark, right?) Then all the lights (except the light of router) and even the deivce bright lights when I try my wifi device. The device says even his connection and then says connected with full wifi signal.but the router light lights not so, of course, it does not connect to my router (a superhub Virgin 3).

  So, what's the problem? I've updated the firmware to 1.0.0.10 (I think that's what he says) and the Extender was about 3 inches of the router at the facility, but still no joy.

  Any ideas anyone?

  Problem solved! It was a bad blank superhub 1 that was causing the problem.

  After a BIOS recent update HP my Wifi (light-F12 key) was first released in normal mode, but it still worked in safe mode. Then after a few fault-finding, he then went out in safe mode!   My router is fine my other past of the laptop works perfectly and makes my Iphone. Please can you help as I am at my wits end. I know it must be something to do with the software, as it worked fine, then stopped working in normal mode, but worked in safe mode. Then stopped working in safe mode also.

  According to what you have done, I suspect a hardware problem, possibly with the onboard wireless adapter.

• Active state with menu manual not working does not with child pages

  I created a horizontal menu manual on my master page with two links (at WORK and about me). I did them manually as it was the only way I could work out how the style and the menu items to distance as I wanted. I created an active state that works for the main page WORK and the about me page.

  I managed to solve this problem (with the help of Live Chat Support). I needed to create an autour work and provide a 'normal' State which resembled the active state, so when you click on the pages of the child, it looked like work page parent menu (with a green line) below. This meant that I had to duplicate master page and do the same (deletion of the green line in the menu of work) for the words Me page. And now, everything looks the same: www.robertgreens.com

• When I export to PDF format, some of the hyperlinks work and others don't

  I work with InDesign CS4. I have a lot of hyperlinks, most of them on youtube, some articles on the internet. When I export the page 11 as a PDF file, all hyperlinks work, except for two who are to articles. I did all hyperlinks on InDesign and InDesign in the hyperlinks window, when I click on "go to destination" exactly the same way, all hyperlinks work very well. But then the PDF document, 2 do not work, despite this.

  "line break": I discovered that the URLS of the hyperlinks in the file to find a way, but when I click on it, the browser adds the characters 0% D at the end of the URL.   I have a strange problem and not sure where to ask, but maybe someone has experienced something similar.  I create a digital magazine using InDesign, I use Adobe presets to create a PDF file for distribution to subscribers.  I use the parameter to include hyperlinks.  Inside of the document I have links of different types (some just text links and some photo links), usually when an image is clicked, it routes the end-user on the advertisers site.  It works fine for all hyperlinks on the whole when I'm on my PC.  I can then post the link to the PDF document in the Safari browser on my iPhone more 6 and all hyperlinks work, but two.  However if I open the document in iBooks none of the links work at all.  If I use Google Chrome on my iPhone that all the links work.

  I was wondering if maybe the two links that do not work had something unique, but they are no different than other links that are not working so I am at a loss.

  I saw a solution to the problem, still don't know why the original file did not work but I eventually re-create a sample page to share and it has worked very well in all areas, so I guess that just something has gone wrong.  Thank you for your answers and help, I greatly appreciate it.

  In the meantime, FYI Apple has released the iOS 10.0.2 update that solves the problem of geotags.

  I can now find my photos from the low countries (or Switzerland or India also) and get the correct results.
