I am being charged twice for creative cloud

I just noticed that I was charged twice for my creative cloud subscription. On my account it says that the two bills are both for the period between 30.12.2012 and 29.01.2013. Could you please check if it is? Maybe, as one of the debit entries for December and the second is for January?

There was an accidental charge twice on the 30.12.2012, but it should be credited to your account now.

My students bought a sub from 12 months for creative cloud, they will be not be charged again within 12 months for any new subscription will?
I think they'll at least they cancelled before Adobe their bill again for a new subscription... basically an opt-out approach to dealing.

WY does adobe charge me for creative photography cloud, even if I mebership in creative cloud with access to all adobe software. It seems to me that I pay double for Lightroom? What should do?

Please try the following steps to resolve this problem:
- Rename the folder SLCache in SLCacheold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
- Rename SLStore file toSLStoreold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder
Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Later, please try: connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
Moreover, I recommend to contact customer service and cancel your subscription.
