- Rename the folder SLCache in SLCacheold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
- Rename SLStore file toSLStoreold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder
Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Later, please try: connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
Moreover, I recommend to contact customer service and cancel your subscription.

If you updated to Creative Cloud 2015 and some or all of your CC applications show 'trial start or buy now' in the desktop app creative cloud, or if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up displays a test message window, please check this link for the resolution:

How to register and pay for Creative Cloud in English when I live in Taiwan
I live in Taiwan and can not read Chinese (Mandarin).
When I try to buy the creative cloud it gives me all the info in Chinese,
How can I get all the pages of the contract and the payment in English pages?

I have a license for creative cloud, but I am only able to access Photoshop
My subscription has expired, and I renewed. Now I can only access Photoshop with license Creative Cloud full membership. I spent a number of hours on the phone and 2 hours yesterday on a screen shared with someone above Adobe that has for me "I have eliminated the possibilities of what is a user error or a configuration error. " " I will escalate this case for troubleshooting more." They are supposed to contact me by email whenever there is an update and I haven't heard anything. This has happened more than a week. Someone at - it ideas? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

I need to be able to change work and home, that was child's play in our world of Adobe Creative Cloud. However my work got the 2015 version updated to CC and for some reason any my CC at home will not be updated and I don't know why.
In addition to the answer to the question of the Peru Bob (who we users need to help!) ... There are a few things I could suggest/request...
(1) what are the specific numbers of your applications to the studio & home? Last build is 2015.0.2, construction 9.0.2(4).
(2) disconnect from your Cloud creative desktop app, then reconnect. Sometimes this resolves this issue. Give it a whirl...
If 2) does not work, you may need to use the soft Cleaner CC Adobe to uninstall Desktop CC and PrPro and download & launch of office, then the application download & install PrPro & update.

Can't choose my country when you pay for creative cloud
I live in Spain so I should pay in euros, but whenever I try to pay it automatically chooses the Australian dollars and Adobe does not accept my purchase.
What can I do?
Hi repudiation.
The email you use here on the forums is associated with Australia for the country which is probably the cause. You will probably need to change your Adobe ID email address current (even if its correct) to something else in order to release of the it. Then create a new Adobe ID with the former e-mail and the correct address and the country.
