I am frustrated!  I need help!

I've owned both Photoshop and Lightroom for several years.  I just bought a new laptop (macbook pro) and Mac people told me that my photoshop and Lightroom would not transfer to my new computer from my old.  I have also a 27 "Mac who both on it, but I need on my laptop also.  How to make them on my new computer?  I have the serial numbers for both.  My customer ID is 140631798.  I would appreciate help with this issue.

  • TBird/gmail set up in 2012. Don't know what version of Tbird. 2 days ago gmail IMAP connection stopped. Need help bad!

  • Need help with settings - wifi extension

    So I need help from networking. I have xfinity for my internet with a router/modem from arris tg1682g. However, it is located in a horrible place. So I run Ethernet to a central point and connected to an AirPort Extreme (latest version). Extreme, I ran Ethernet in the basement and connected a first gen express. I also have a second express gen located in the rooms upstairs.

    the extreme and express it is defined to extend the network, however the signal keeps a fall or be slowed down significantly even when you are inches apart. When I got the arris in bridge mode and the extreme to create the network and expresses it to extend everything worked fine. However, we have the security to the House installed xfinity, and they took the arris off mode bridge because they do not allow me to use the extreme for the security system. Since then, I got nothing else problems with my internet connection. It is either significantly reduced performance (up to 18mbps 150mbps).

    I also get error messages that the network is not found on the airport connected Ethernet devices.

    It has been very frustrating because the people Comcast it is horrible. So, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  • 60 HP G Series notebook PC: need help with Hp 60 G screen flickers to black then returns if repositioned screen?

    First the 8.1 update stinks.  This operating system doesn't do well with a laptop no touchscreen.  The system will not wake up after the cover is closed. I have to restart with a difficult start.  Also when I tap the screen suddenly goes black vibration and movement of the laptop itself. If I set the screen before and behind the screen back to normal. I think it's only a matter of time before this constant back and forth of movement to loosen the screen completely and more severe the wires that connect the Panel to the keyboard.  ORRRRRRRRRRRRR I'll just throw the frustration!

  • Having a few issues with the functionality of Windows, need help.

    The question I want to have all started with Windows media player, it kept giving me an error whenever I tried to say something about some dll and she had to be reinstalled so I went in the programs and features Panel and took office and uncontrolled Windows media player in the media tab. I restarted my pc and when I am returned to features to reinstall media player it gave me an error message indicating an error has occurred. Not all features have been changed. Well, I restarted my pc again and it says failure configuration windows updates, returning to the changes before the logon screen appears.

    He did exactly the same thing every time I try to get media player back, gives me this error and is unable to set it up. Need help please, I'm frustrated and don't know what to do as I use media player as my default player. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x 64-bit with service pack 1 installed.

    Personally, if Id had malware on my pc, after a clean analysis Id make sure pictures of data, documents, etc. are saved.

    After that, you can try creating a new account admin test, and if it leaves you then try to install WMP for this account.

    With some malware is hard to know what that its alteration, but it sounds like it may have fiddled with your security access settings.

  • Need help to Support Adobe re: verification of education

    I ordered a 5/2. Asked me to send documents for verification. I sent the college ID through a case that was opened by a representative in a conversation. It's been almost two weeks now and I haven't heard anything yet. I tried to start a new Cat several times and were left waiting for someone to answer each time. No one never came for the cat at the end of an hour, and I can't sit staring at a screen Virgin cat all day in the hope that the customer service could answer in fact.

    I am very frustrated and now either want my documents to be checked immediately or my order be cancelled and the money refunded.

    I'm new with After Effects and need help with something that should be simple.

    If you're new to AE, it would be a good idea to take a step back, take some time and go through these resources. Have solid foundation in how AE work will make things go a lot faster and with much less frustration.

    aghhhh, I'm so frustrated with IE - in any case, I need help - something is wrong, and I can't understand it out for the life of me, I worked on the redesign of my site, began, bad move LOL. I love the colors and the layout, but he was hurt on the first day, it is a form of a model, modified to better tailor the site, but tables are ruin in IE badly. in firefox, they appear ok, most of the time LOL.

    You use the layout of DW, mode which will make the site difficult to maintain and troubleshoot. You are much better learn how to use nested tables or CSS to layout your site.
